All the ingredients were nice and warm to the right temperature. I still tasted the flaky croissant on the outside. I've never seen a croissant served like this so I found it to be very creative. My cappuccino tasted wonderfully. Whereas I do like the bitter coffee taste sometimes I prefer it to be mellowed out by whatever the dairy product they use so it's creamy to some extent. Since I asked for whole milk (as Jack asked me what kind of mild I wanted) the kind of milk I chose was just the right kind to make my cappuccino to be the perfection of artisan coffee.
