She requested an iced tea refill, and after 10 minutes with no response, I had to go to the bar myself to get it. The chips and salsa were good, but getting a salsa refill took far too long. We also had to wait an excessive amount of time for basic items like salt and pepper, which only arrived when we were already packing up our food.
