Authentic Mexican cuisine, Awesome Staff, Great Service and a very laid back atmosphere. The Menudo is so delicious and the serving size is amazing, Dos Amigos is a Go To Restaurant to be sure.

Chips & Salsa with Fountain Drink

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant with a little dining room, an outdoor patio & a little parking lot...but big on service. Great customer service in fact, the staff was very welcoming. We arrived on a week day for lunch & it was busy. Customers order & pay at the counter, then are given a number for the table. When your food is ready it is brought out to you. Also, there is a self service fountain drink station. Once seated we were given a complimentary bowl of tortilla chips & salsa. I enjoyed the chips & salsa, they were tasty. I ordered from the Lunch Special Menu & had the #3 which was one Cheese Enchilada & one crispy Chile Relleno served with rice & beans, all for $7.99! I liked the sauce on the enchilada & relleno but the relleno tasted slightly burned, (I should have asked for another)...it was crispy. The enchilada needed more cheese & seasoning and the rice & beans lacked seasoning as well. I'm hoping this was a "one off" experience, however I will return to try their food again. After all there are not many places that offer such a great price with great service!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is nicely decorated and is kept clean. I ordered two tacos, the lengua was tender but the al pastor didn't quite taste like al pastor. The agua de Jamaica and the horchata both tasted very good. Chile relleno plato was pretty decent. I think the relleno sauce could've been more flavorful. The birria tacos were FIRE! I wound come back just for these. The meat was so tender and tasty. The flauta plate was good although I would've liked some sauce on top since the flautas were friend pretty hard. Overall I enjoyed lunch at this place. I would come back to try more things.

Me and my man happened to be in Castle Rock on our way to the outlet mall, and I was craving something savory. I pulled up all of the Mexican spots in the area and I saw Dos Amigos. I scrolled through the menu and they had ALOT of options to choose from including their drink menu. Their atmosphere was more of walk up to the counter and place your order and take a seat. After waiting like 15 mins we got our food and it was very hot and fresh. I got a chicken chimichanga and it was REALLY GOOD. I could tell this place was a hot spot since it was busy when we first walked in. Will go hand in the future.

We love Dos Amigos! Their weekday lunch special is truly unmatched--$9 or less for a hearty combo with rice and beans. Portions are generous, and the green chili is hands-down the best around. My only gripe is that the sides of green chili feel overpriced and never quite filled, which can be a little frustrating.

Just amazingly delicious authentic Mexican food. Definitely returning and totally worth the travel from Parker. My friend and I were on our way to a hiking trail and it was a great experience for a quick bite. Definitely recommend!!! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I loved the upbeat music in the background while eating

I love coming here, the food is always good. The service is always quick, the workers are ALWAYS nice and welcoming. you walk in and order/pay at the front- they give you and number and you choose a table. It is such a small cozy and simple Mexican restaurant in castle rock but definitely one of my favorites. They need a bigger parking lot lol!

Quesabirria, chips & salsa and michelada!

I'm so bummed I didn't know about this place sooner. I come to Castle Rock for work often for a few years now and this place hit. Service from the moment I walked in was so welcoming and comfortable. Then the Quesabirria caught my eye and it was so good! So much flavor... I already can't wait to go back. Did I mention the hospitality? Love this find.

Yummy salsa and hot crispy chips

Great little Mexican casual restaurant. They have thicker chips here and tasty salsa. I love the street tacos here and the rice. I love that they have horchata . They have beers and cocktails. They also have Pepsi fountain drinks. Parking lot is very tiny. They have patio dining for warmer days. For 2 people with 2 entrees and fountain drinks it will cost about $29. I hope to come back to try one of their $11 M-F daily specials.

This is a quick service restaurant. You order at the front, sit down and they bring you the order.plenty of seating. Everyone we encountered was friendly. The chips and salsa were great and had a little spice. The crispy rellenos were great and stuffed with plenty of cheese. Enchilada Was decent as was the taco. The tamal was really good too. The sauce was on all the items (except the taco) and was a bit different but good. Margaritas were perfects would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Is there plenty of parking?

There's not a lot of parking directly in front of their building but there's parking on 8th Street, to the north of the building & if needed, you can park on Wilcox Street.

One of our party ordered a chicken quesadilla. It came with no chicken. Another of our party ordered the grilled chicken salad and upgraded to fajita style chicken. We were charged for the upgrade but did not receive the requested style of chicken. My wife ordered the Chicken Flautas and they never came. Difficult to say if the orders were not put in properly or if mistakes were made by the kitchen. THE GOOD: My wife's order was put in again and we finally got it but only after everyone else had finished their meals. Ended up getting it to takeout. However we were not charged for her meal. OVERALL: A little pricey for what you got and the problems with our food orders left a "bad taste in our mouth" (pun intended)

I love their breakfast burritos and will drive downtown once every 4-5 weeks and walk up to their window and order a couple to go. The salsa is also fantastic and having that burrito while watching football on a Saturday or Sunday morning is awesome! It's just... so darn pricey! I am happy to pay a bit more for a great meal, but with small portions and a limited menu Dos Santos does not deliver against what they are charging. While the service was very good, the space is really compact so it made it feel like I was seated with the table next to mine. It also made it difficult to physically eat our food as the dishes barely fit on the small tables. The menu seems over-engineered lacking some basic options without one ingredient that tries to justify the outrageous price tag of their tacos. Overall if you like taking a second mortgage on your house to leave hungry and unsatisfied, while learning about the next tables life because they are nearly sitting on your lap, you may like Dos Santos.

The fajitas were very tasty and delicious--no complaints at all there. The toasted michelada was okay; I might suggest a salted or Tajín rim to enhance the flavor a bit more. The only downside was that bar service was a bit slow, but it was clear the bartender was working hard and handling a busy crowd on their own. Despite this, the margaritas were made to perfection! I ordered the fish and shrimp fajitas, and while the seafood was cooked perfectly, the overall dish was a bit under-seasoned and left me wanting more flavor. That said, the menu has so many great options that I'd definitely come back and try something different. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to giving them another visit.

Just…read morenorth of the sprawling Outlet Mall Empire, Cuba Cuba serves up delicious Cuban fare that pleases the palate and stirs the soul. We almost always start with one of their Mojitos that feature fresh limes, mint leaves, and a variety of flavorings. Superbly crafted, these beverages always slake the thirst. We have ordered a variety of entrees including both plates and sandwiches. Our personal favorite is probably the lechon asado which is slow roasted pork shoulder in a garlic mojo that melts in your mouth. The palomilla tradicional is pan-seared NY strip pounded thin and served with sauteed onions and a piquant chimichurri. We also recommend the ropa vieja - shredded beef in a tomato-based creole. Their Sandwich Cubano is a go-to take on the classic Cuban Sammmie. Slow-roasted pork, ham, swiss, mustard, and pickles on pressed Cuban bread is a definite winner. Service is typically prompt and we prefer to sit outside if weather permits. The food here is exceptional and we highly recommend Cuba Cuba !

Believe the buzz -- and plan to wait if they're busy!…read more First visit to Stak'd and I now understand why this place was packed. I happened to arrive at just the right time because not long after I ordered, the line was literally out the door. I went with the OG Western and the split order of seasoned fries and onion rings. Great decision on both! The burger was fantastic. I'm not usually a big fan of smash-style burgers, but this one completely changed my mind. The combination of the crispy-edged beef, cheddar, bacon, onion strings, BBQ sauce, pickles and chili sauce just works. So much flavor in every bite. And the onion rings? I saw someone else's while I was waiting and knew I needed them. Crispy, substantial and absolutely worth it. I loved being able to split the side and get both fries and rings. My food took about 20-25 minutes, but they were extremely busy and it was worth the wait. Everything was fresh and hot. If you see a crowd, don't let it scare you off--just plan for a little extra time. The indoor space is on the smaller side, so seating can be tight when they're busy.
