I chose the torta borracha with steak,ham and cheese . It sure was good. I wish it had more steak but nonetheless it was a pretty good size sandwich My only recommendation is to either do numbers or names at the register. The poor girl is very soft spoken and gets frustrated because she just says "your order is ready" but if you have more than 1 client there and you really need to get their attention, a name would be the best way to call out an order. read more

If I could I would leave zero stars and I hardly ever take the time to write up negative reviews. It was my first time in to Santortas (and will be my last) and what a disappointment. I have enjoyed Tortas before (not here) so I was expecting a decent sammy. It was 30min before closing time so I tried to be quick with ordering. I asked the girl at the register what their most popular Torta was, and I was immediately met with a "deer in the headlights " look. She didn't give a clear answer and I could see there was a language barrier, so I just pointed to the Güera (chicken breast) and specifically asked for no mayo or onions. I wanted to dine in but also wanted to be considerate of closing, so I took my order ToGo. At home and two bites in, I realized I got the wrong sandwich! What should've been chicken I discovered some bad cheese, mayo and a hot dog (ick!). Something I absolutely did not want. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. $23 down the drain and an evening of being sick was so not worth it! read more

I have been coming here for a few years now and all the tortas I have tried are equally delicious (huerfanita, breaded steak, pork chop, al pastor). I like the homemade chips as well. Still love this place!. Me and The Hubs get a chicken sandwich with the chipotle sauce and a pork leg sandwich with jalapenos (both with no mayo) and share them for lunch. What a treat to have in Parker! Mexican sandwich shops are nothing new to me having lived in Tucson Arizona previously, but Santortas was better than anything I had in a town known for its Mexican food. They boast a wide variety of options that you can have as a torta (sandwich) burrito, or quesadilla. The bread is fresh and soft, the meat is flavorful, and they don't skimp either. Stopped by on a Saturday night on a fall day and my family couldn't decide where to eat so we split up and tried 2 restaurants in the area . Walked in and were greeted with a smile . It's an order at the counter kind of place , has a seating area if you choose and the menu straight to the point . We chose to go. Out choices for the night were a chicken torta and a toluqueña torta. The chicken torta was filled with fresh ingredients, the chicken was the star of the show and the torta was soft and delicious, full of flavor . The Toluqueña torta was filled with chorizo, eggs ,refried beans and a ton of veggies to much to remember but a perfect combo to bring the torta to life . Huge sandwich and easy to share . Gross. My husband and I thought we'd give this place a try based on the rave Yelp reviews. Sadly I was extremely disappointed. We ordered the weekly special sandwiches to share "Carnitas" and "Pastor" it was hard to tell the difference because the meat was very questionable. I opened my sandwich multiple times to try and distinguish which one I was taking a bite of. I have attached a photo which will show the cubes of pure fat. Delicious Mexican sandwiches! I took my nephew here for lunch before school and it was a hit! They have great Mexican sodas for a sweet treat and they have a great selection of sandwiches to try. I love tortas, especially after living in Houston for several years. The quest to find a good gotta in Colorado seems to be near impossible. I was hoping Santortas would satisfy that void. The reviews looked decent so I hoped for the best. Ordered one with breaded steak and chorizo, forgot the name. Unfortunately it was rather unsatisfying. The bread was a bit stale and not much in the way of meat. There were a couple slices of tomato and a sliver of avocado. No lettuce, sour cream or guacamole, maybe they were options that I didn't know about? All I could really taste was the chipotle sauce. For $11.50 I expected a lot more. Rest of the family went with quesadillas and a breakfast burrito. The quesadillas were loaded with cheese which was too much for us. And my son's burrito, which was supposed to be w/o cheese was loaded with it as well. We were in a bit of a rush so didn't ask to have it remade. Kids meal came with potato chips, which needed some salt. Maybe it's just me but I like to have some chips and salsa when eating Mexican which I did not see on the menu either. read more

My husband and I have driven past Satortas Mexican Sandwhich Shop off of Lincoln Avenue. Today we decided to go in and try a torta. We split the Toluquena torta, it was delicous! The roll was soft and fresh, all of the ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality. I am so glad we decided to split this torta, the size was pretty generous. I would stop in again. I've been searching for a tortas place comparable to Denver quality and I'm happy to say I've finally found it! It has the same atmosphere with great music, clean and modern style and more importantly authentic Mexican sandwiches. We order a supercubano and a norteña and we're not disappointed. The bread was so fresh and delicious. They had roasted jalapeños for the side for .50 which I had to have that flavor. The service was great, parking was easy, clean restrooms. I waited for this place to open after COVID delayed it and I guess I'm finally getting around to posting about it! This is a great alternative to chain sandwich shops in the area so if you want something other than Jersey Mike's or Subway this is a good place. In summary, we won't make this a regular spot but it was really good. We ordered a few different options and they were all good. Not really spicy but the sauce and meat was tasty. I liked the avocado. I read their bread is handmade in store and it is fluffy and has a stick in your mouth way about it. The bread to filling ratio is good though and saves it. This place doesn't have really any veggies choices, so if you like your sandwich to be part salad (like me), it's lacking. read more
