Everything can improve. Cleanness, quality of food, and get the drink machine working.

New Mexican style food with excellent green chili. Best breakfast burrito in the area IMO.

Was there as soon as it opened and they were ready to serve. Friendly counter service that delivered a hot quick bacon egg and potato breakfast burrito. I was expecting a soupy mess inside but it was very well made. I was the only customer there so was nice and quiet. In and out. I liked the spice level of the chili. Not too spicy but had a good kick.

All potatoes. Where are the eggs???

Usually, they're pretty great but today was not great guy was rude and my breakfast burrito was 90% potatoes. Almost no eggs

The bacon and chorizo special breakfast burritos were really good, and service was very quick from ordering to it being ready to go!

We arrived early at 5pm and it was already packed! The secret is out! Service was friendly. Margs were delicious. Good was great. Loved that the Burria tacos are crispy and not so oily that so many places get wrong. Chips, salsa and guacamole were great. Breakfast burritos all day which made my friend and husband very happy. I would probably get the tacos next time. We will definitely be back! Parking was easy to find on the street.

I don't remember what I ordered though so at the time it just wasn't very stand out-ish. I recently went back with some friends because I told them I was in the mood for tacos. I tried a few different ones, the Carnitas, the Barbacoa, and the Lengua. I was full with three, but it was so good. I ordered a fourth and my husband who normally gets my leftovers - didn't get any leftovers from me this time! He got a couple different tacos from what I had largely. We ordered about the same, but he got the shrimp which he said was delicious as well. I also tried the signature, Bellanova margarita - I must say that was a little unexpected, not your traditional margarita it was very sweet, so probably not something I'd order again since I prefer stronger tasting drinks, but the coconut flavor in it was delicious if you like coconut. The service was excellent! When we arrived, the interior was super packed and super loud so I was very relieved when we got to sit on the back patio, which turned out great because even though there was a little noise there, we were able to hear each other much better. The server was excellent. She kept checking on us. She answered all our questions and was very kind and accommodating. I've been thinking about the tacos since then, it's been about a week, I can't wait to go back.

He didn't deserve any, We had to ask for water, salsa, rounds of drinks, a knife (which was never delivered) . We ordered tableside guac, he said it would be 10-15 minutes before he could do it. I knew he didn't want to do I did a time check, and 23 minutes later, no tableside guac, Marcus was often not seen at his other tables nor on the floor during this time, one might say he was missing in action. He had plenty of coworkers standings in the back area in front of the soda dispenser. He came to our table at 25 after and said it would be another 10-15 minutes before he could start the guac, and did we want it. 45 minutes for tableside quac? No. The tableside guac cart did not move the entire time we were thereabd one guy used it one time to make quac and then took it to a table I could not see. If you know Los Dos, that cart never collects dust, they are know for thier tableside guac; it is normally always in service. PATHETIC!!!! None of us will ever be back. We may not patronize the original location at Holly or Kipling and C470 again. This is NOT the Los Dos the family started years ago and that we fell in love with. Sad and pathetic! I heard they have a new bartender at the Holly location and the margaritas are aweful. Go to Caddy Snack Cantina, great service, food, drinks, and much better prices. And you aren't run out after having just at down. I gave this one star as the food was fine. Not great, but edible. Marcus was awful!!!!!

We only stopped here because it's on the corner in our neighborhood. The chips were completely saturated in oil or grease, the entrées we had did not have much flavor like you would expect in a typical Mexican restaurant. On our way out we met with the owner. Tim had a neon advertisement sign hanging in the window that was flickering and broken. Tim took my phone number and told me it was mine when his beer rep came in to take it down. He told me to come back in two weeks and I came back six times over three months (to be clear I didn't eat any other times I just was checking on the sign) It honestly seems like he was just trying to shove his poor quality food down my throat and force me to come back as a customer. Two nights ago I came in for the 6th time and met with Tim at the bar and asked him once again what was going on with the sign. Tim actually relocated it in the restaurant and decided to back out on our deal and not give me the sign. The funny part was he gave me his phone number like he was somebody super important and I needed it or something. He tried to give me a free dinner which I declined because you could not pay me to eat here again. He told me to call him the next day and that he would arrange delivery of the sign. I called him the next day and he never answered or return my call, completely ghosted by this guy. Then I text him the next day and he never returned my text or my call from the day before. I however, blocked his number after I sent him a text, letting him know how poorly his behavior was backing out on this deal and I told him how horrible the food was at his restaurant, he binge called me 39 times like an angry ex-girlfriend. You don't have to take my word for it just scroll down and look at how he engages with his customers that try to give him feedback on his restaurant. He's like an angry three-year-old that doesn't get his toy before bedtime. Has to have the last word in. If you have any type of dialogue with this guy, it will not go well. Like I said, just scroll down and look at what other customers have said and how he responds.... He calls his customers dumas.... Tim, you should realize these customers work very hard to earn the money to come into your establishment to waste it and when they share feedback with you to insult them like that, super sad on you dude. I absolutely will never come back to this restaurant again. There's a place not even 2 miles from there called los Dos Potrillos and they have 6 locations across Colorado. There's a reason for that because they serve amazing food and I recommend you go there. The ownership at Casa Caliente has zero ethics, dignity or respect (I can't stress it enough just scroll down and read other reviews that he's responded to and see it for yourself). Good luck to Tim, you absolutely need it. As of 5/5/2026 there is a poor 3.5 score here on Yelp for this place. Terrible. (I will bet you my life they'll be a response to this pointing all the blame to me just like all the ones down below. Just remember Tim every time you point a finger .....there's three pointing right back at yourself).

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was consistently greeted, checked on, and even had the manager come over to introduce himself and see how everything was going. That level of hospitality really sets a restaurant apart. The service felt more like being welcomed into a friend's home than dining out, which was such a refreshing experience. The fajitas were very tasty and delicious--no complaints at all there. The toasted michelada was okay; I might suggest a salted or Tajín rim to enhance the flavor a bit more. The only downside was that bar service was a bit slow, but it was clear the bartender was working hard and handling a busy crowd on their own. Despite this, the margaritas were made to perfection! The queso blanco is delicious, the salsa is a bit on the runny and mild side, but overall, good.. especially with the fresh, house-made chips. I ordered the fish and shrimp fajitas, and while the seafood was cooked perfectly, the overall dish was a bit under-seasoned and left me wanting more flavor.
