Hoping the flour tortillas machine is on your list. We've been patrons since the OG Holly site opened. It's our main joint, but we do hit the HR site regularly too as our family meets in the middle from a lot. The last several outings have been terrible, this Saturday the worst of the bunch. Told the tortilla machine was broken, only for fajitas. No Modelo beer and then wrong order (Verde topping on enchiladas which was not asked for) to which the waitress told my wife, do you at least want to try it before I ask for a new plate to be made. She honestly didn't seem to want to try and make it right when my wife told her she didn't order that. Love your places and we hope to continue to support you, but not at HR site for the foreseeable future as the staff there doesn't seem to care much about the patrons lately. We arrived early at 5pm and it was already packed! The secret is out! Service was friendly. Margs were delicious. Good was great. Loved that the Burria tacos are crispy and not so oily that so many places get wrong. Chips, salsa and guacamole were great. Breakfast burritos all day which made my friend and husband very happy.
