Ordered the tamale platter, chips and salsa, and my friend had 2 tacos. We each had a soft drink. Gave a $5 tip. Grand total = $45. Chips were over cooked. Salsa was way too garlicky. Tamales were very good. Tacos were good too. Overall, it's average but way too expensive. read more

first time being here. went for a quick lunch since I wanted an enchilada. I got the enchilada toluca with steak and it was pretty good overall. decent size for the price and the taste was what was expected from an enchilada. Def try to go half and half with the sour cream and sauce since they pair really well. service was good and the restaurant itself was decently sized with enough room to walk around. Will be back when im craving some good Mexican food. read more

Had the chorizo breakfast burrito with hit chili. Not bad. Not a huge burrito, which is okay for a quick breakfast. The hot chili actually had a bit of heat which is becoming harder and harder to fine. Not melt your face off hot, but you could feel it. The inside is nice, the staff were friendly, and the burrito was ready in about 3 minutes. No complaints. read more

Rosa's Mexican Kitchen is truly a hidden gem! My husband and I visit periodically, and every time we do, we split the California burrito--it's that good. The steak is perfectly seasoned with a peppery taste, and the burrito itself is loaded with cheesy, flavorful goodness. It's comfort food at its finest. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is consistently clean, and the service is excellent. Our food always comes out piping hot, fresh, and fast. If you're looking for a place that delivers on both quality and taste, Rosa's Mexican Kitchen should be at the top of your list. read more

Got the taco salad. Don't waste your money. Essentially a head of iceberg with a few tomatoes, a bunch of beans and a smidgen of sour cream. so cheese, no salsa, no guacamole. I have tried a bunch of different items and have never landed in one I would get again. My husband loves the loaded nachos and my daughter enjoys the rellienos. read more

Their red taco is fantastic and a great value, lots of Barbacoa! Quick service! The side of beans is a large portion for the money.

food: 50/50 service: 25/25 ambience: 25/25 total 100/100 OKAAAAAAY YUUUUUMM!!!! Our friends have been talking about this joint for a bit and i will 100% confirm it lived up to the hype. We shared salsa and queso for the table. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE hot chips. Love the sprinkle of salt. Loved their salsa and queso-- mmmmmm! I ordered their favorite which is the cali burrito, and hubby got the red taco, al pastor taco, carnitas. The cali burrito is the perfect burrito...the meat is seasoned and cut into bite sized pieces, the fries, the guac ugh all of it. Buttttt my obsession is the cheese pull - I mean its giving Hollywood baby!!! Hubby said the al pastor was solid the pineapple was the perfect compliment to the savory meat, and carnitas was delish too. His favorite was the red taco, and he said the taco shells were rlly good :) Ate too fast but got a solid video of that cali burrito for you to drool over!!! Service is fast, order at counter and sit down. Very casual. Ambiance is adorable, colorful, true to Mexican vibes! Didn't use the bathroom but everything seemed nice clean and in order. Cant wait to come back. read more

I had the barbacoa enchiladas and they were great!! My husband had the steak burrito which was overcooked, so he wasn't quite as happy as I was! I would get the barbacoa enchiladas again. Parking is free, located in a strip mall. It's a small place with cute decor, offers a small selection of alcohol, beer and wine. read more

Ordered some crispy tacos to go. Didn't realize that they don't package the Food with utensils or napkins Ate the tacos within 15 minutes but the Taco shells fell apart so it wasn't fun trying to Eat the food without utensils Guess the taco meat was just too watery The shells at Taco Bell hold up much better For about half the $ Be warned read more

I really like how Rosa has evolved since it opened. I've tried a lot of stuff here and it's all really good. The al pastor is really great and all the tacos are worth trying. The people are really nice and friendly, and there always seems to be a decent crowd of happy people. You really can't go wrong ordering from Rosa's! Today I had the shrimp taco (not pictured because I couldn't stop eating to take a photo), a red taco, jamaica (not pictured), and flan. When I say I will be craving the red taco forever, I mean it; I will be thinking about it until the next time I get to visit Rosa's. 100% coming back as soon as I can and I truly recommend you try this place out! The food is so flavorful and tastes fresh; the salsa is tdf, seriously you can get mild or spicy and they're both super yummy and complimentary of the food. The staff were very kind and friendly! The decor inside is super cool, too! A hidden gem in Rox for sure. read more

I don't give 5stars - like ever. Rosa is worthy. Fantastic menu of incredibly authentic Mexican recipes delivered in a quick-service format. We had a smothered steak burrito and a plate of three tacos (Ensenada, Sonoran and Al Pastor). Just fantastic and can't wait to go back! The protein all was cooked perfectly and everything was very fresh. The restaurant was packed at lunch and the staff was so friendly despite being clearly stretched to capacity. The only thing I'd suggest is to add alcohol to the mix! Would have purchased a XX or Modelo to go with our food! Great restaurant - will go back soon and often! read more

Have had most things in menu. Always good. Been going since it open. Now have seating to eat in but I live close by so always get take out.

Delicious, authentic street tacos, with a list of the gluten-free tacos on the menu board. Generous with the fillings - great place!

Great crispy beef $2 taco for TT. Taco Ensenada was delicious: fish cooked great and good flavoring. Carne asada taco was seasoned perfectly and tasted so good.Chips and guacamole were on point as well. read more

This place is a neighborhood gem. We have become regulars since moving to the area. Friendly staff.

So I found this place by Yelping around for Mexican restaurants in the area. We live in Littleton but Roxborough is not super far from where we are so why the heck not, let's check it out... They are not open for dine in currently but you can walk in, bring your mask please, and order your meal to go. We ordered a chicken burrito- handheld and the tamale plate. Burrito was good, pretty good portion size; chicken, beans, rice and a chipotle aioli marinated together in a tortilla Tamale plate smothered in green chili- chili had a nice kick to it for sure, beans and rice, sour cream. Horchata ... oh yes they have this amazing little drink that has the best cinnamon flavors and sweetened condensed milk all marinating to bring the refreshing flavors of horchata.. my favorite! It's good, it's different but I wouldn't say is 100% authentic; it's a decent place to grab a meal but yes grab the horchata also ;) read more

Oh man. Finally a place with good carne asada out here. I had the carne asada 303 burrito with their hot salsa. Delicious. I've lived in San Diego and Los Angeles where the Mexican food is the closest to authentic flavors. This place is competitive to those! I'm happy I found this place and can't wait to try more menu items. read more

Best Mexican food around. We usually do takeout. Their portions are large and delicious. I love their tortilla soup. If you call your order in, they always have it ready on time. Highly recommend! read more

Came here twice, first time beef tacos were very dry. Then I came in got the chicken which was shredded and really salty, it had no flavor beyond salt lick. Shredded usually come from a can and probably sits in a bath of aju to give it moister and taste. I do not recommend if you have lived in SoCal prior. read more

Wonderful food at a really good price. And now they've made the decor more comfortable as an eat-in restaurant. It's always been great for take out. The service is great too read more

Just went for the first time tonight with the family. Everything was tasty and fresh! We had the shrimp and carnitas tacos, the enchilada, asada burrito and a kids quesadilla. The whole family loved it. Got to try the chips and salsa with guacamole too. Amazing! I will definitely be back read more

We get food here pretty often. Probably the best place for a quick lunch. Usually pretty fast, always hot and tasty.

Fresh amazing Mexican food. The service is good as well. We are so happy to have this wonderful restaurant in the neighborhood!

Four people arrived at your door on Sunday morning at 10am. Probably because the "OPEN" sign was lit. It looks like you are doing some work in the store as plastic windows coverings were up. For your reopening might I suggest; Try to remember to turn off the OPEN sign when you leave. And , since you are the only option for a quick breakfast burrito within miles, you might want to offer Sunday morning burritos from 9 to 11am or something? A skeleton crew to handle a small crowd? Would this not help your name recognition and future visits? I will give you 4 stars because o love your food. And because zero stars would send the wrong message read more

Best take out in the Roxborough area. We eat at the standard local Mexican restaurants and Rosa has the best crispy chili relleno plate going! read more

Service is great and the food is extremely good! My favorite dish is the barbacoa beef burrito smothered in pork chili. The prices are very affordable and the place always looks clean. read more

Love the rellenos, extra crispy. Always has my order ready in 10 min or less. The loaded nachos are just that. Loaded.

Great food in an unexpected area. It is delicious, flavorful, and more authentic than I expected. The quesabirra and enchiladas are top notch. Even their breakfast burritos are huge and full of their tasty sauces. read more

The food is good, though a bit expensive. But maybe everything is expensive now with inflation??? Some of the ingredients feel a bit basic but its the whole thing coming together that makes the plate. If you get a basic burrito thats kind of what you end up with. But if you get a smothered burrito you are treated to something a lot more special as a great example. It is a lot of food you get as well. Honestly the smothered burrito might be a meal for two. But if you are like me and eat the whole plate you order, its gonna cost you like 11 bucks. It's some mixture of fast food Mexican style but more so with sit down restaurant type portions. Not the best place to dine in on the inside as it is quite small but it is kept clean and usually isn't horribly crowded or slow to order. read more

Best Mexican food in the area. I've had multiple of their burritos, tacos, and enchiladas and they were all delicious!

Food is meh, service is poor. I've been here three times and each time it's taken 20+ minutes and something has been wrong with my order. Unfortunately, there's few food options in Roxborough. read more

Rosa Mexican Kitchen - Chicken and steak taco with pico on the side (they forgot to put it on the side l) - Mexican Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Littleton, Highland Ranch, Lakewood, Denver area absolutely delicious! I did a pick up order and I was 100% satisfied. I had their carnitas smothered burrito my girlfriend had their chicken smothered burrito with some of their chips and salsa. Carnitas were very soft and juicy I could go for a second burrito if I could. Such an awesome way to set up the burrito in their to go containers with fresh side of pico de Gallo, lettuce y su delicioso guacamole. The salsa for the chips and salsa nice portion not to spicy but not to mild it was just right. Definitely gonna have to comeback a try their calabacitas y su Chile relleno! Gracias amigos ojalá ya cuando todo termina para cenar ahi y mismo con su suave arte de Frida y los luchadores cuídense! read more
