Ahhhhhmazing food! Always great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I discovered that there is a back patio which is so nice when the weather is good![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The steak nachos and table side guac are phenomenal. Although I do find it annoying that they put huge chunks of steak on the nachos so you have to individually cut them up. Nachos shouldn't require silverware. The margs are tasty! Prices are fair. We have taken family and friends from out of town and all have been satisfied each time. They do have a wait during popular times so be aware of that but you can always get a drink at the bar. We love this place!

No nonsense Mexican food with a giant menu and all excellent plates, chips and salsa are on point which is a great sign, super fast with the food and the quality is on point. Service was perfect , [[HIGHLIGHT]]big comfy booth in a spacious restaurant in a convenient location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This place is legit

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Our large group of 15 had dinner at this lively restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They don't take reservations and we were told to go early given its popularity. Our server did a pretty good job of getting all our orders correct and the dishes were brought out quickly. I had a beef fajita which came with accompaniments of tortillas. guacamole, shredded cheese, beans, etc. The portions were sizable and the taste was decent. The salsa that came with the chips was hot and full of flavor.

Ask the Community - Los Dos Potrillos

Is your salsa considered hot and do you have a hot or extra hot Chili to offer?

Their table salsa for chips is not hot. You could ask for their habanero salsa which is spicy.

It says they do take out. How do you order take out? There's no link to order on their website.

    You call them? Lol.

    Do they take reservations?

Not sure if they regularly do, but not for Sunday Brunch, and they won't seat until the entire party is there.

Does the Littleton (Kipling Pkwy) Los Dos Portrillos offer a weekday breakfast, or is it only weekend brunch? Thanks

Friday, Saturday and Sunday they open at 9am and have breakfast; the brunch is only on Sunday.

The blood orange was really good and I would definitely order this again. It was by far my favorite of the three. The blood orange and the basil was perfectly balanced. The cream ale was also decent and is something I could drink all day. My least favorite was the honey cinnamon saison and I honestly don't like this beer. It was just missing something. The atmosphere was quiet and my favorite part of this bar was the 3 legged dog that greeted me when entering. What a sweet dog, I wanted to take the dog home with me.

I happened to show up on trivia night, which explained why the place was buzzing with energy and packed full of people. One of the biggest standouts here is how dog-friendly it is. If you've got a furry friend, this is absolutely the brewery for you. The massive dog park/run in front doubles as their outdoor patio, so while your pup is making new friends, you can sip on a pint and do the same. Inside, there's plenty of seating and a fun setup with arcade games and activities to keep both adults and kids entertained for hours. On top of that, I lucked out with one of my favorite food trucks, Rustic Nomads, parked out front serving up some killer eats -- the perfect pairing with a cold beer. Overall, a great brewery with a variety of beers to choose from, a welcoming vibe, and one of the best setups in the area if you're a dog owner. Definitely worth the stop!

They have an amazing happy hour and a good drink program which specializes in classic cocktails, wine and beer. Every drink reaches a gold standard for the industry. Sunday's is customer appreciation and you get first drink free! Ambience: this place is amazingly clean and comfortable. Plenty of cushy chairs and couches, dimly lit and even though they have TVs, the focus is on a chill playlist and not a blaring sports bar atmosphere. My kinda place! Hospitality: This place shines with their hospitality. Their staff is kind and accommodating- shout out to Arvind the best of the staff! You will always be treated well here, is my experience. I will always recommend this place for a chill time and high quality of service!

Its overall chicness in a spacious lounge-style room immediately cooled me down once I arrived (on the day I visited after work, the temperature outside was soaring in upper 80's.) The time was around 4:45pm. If I am not mistaken, their happy hour is 3-5pm. I thought I was in the middle of the HH rush but there were still plenty of seatings available and yet the place was nowhere near empty. And yet, I found just the right spot so I would be away from all the chatters emitting from the people mainly sat at the bar. The selections for wine (red and white) as well as the tap beers are quite the variety. During the HH time, the drinks are only $5 for beer on tap, well mules, wells spirits and any wine on tap. For a chic/elegant/upscale place such as this place, this pricing offer is extremely generous. I simply couldn't think of anything other than refreshing cold white wine so after getting a little suggestion from my wonderful waiter, I went with the Angeline Sauvignon Blanc (the regular price is $12 so I saved $7.) As much as I am a wine person, I don't go by the rigid rules. White win should generally be served between 45°F and 55°F (7°C to 13°C) and yet at home I chill my (white) wine in the freezer for a bit so it will be super cold. This is a must for me. And to my surprise, when they served me the Sauvignon Blanc it was pretty close to the super chill temperature I am used to. As if they read my mind, I was quite surprised and happy with the cold crisp white wine. It was a quick stop to have a little "after work" cocktail on the way home so I didn't get any food and yet that crisp chilled white wine I was served instantaneously made me a big fan of this cocktail lounge. When I asked my waiter when the place opened. He said it opened in 2019. I simply couldn't believe it. If it's been around for this long but the fact that I recently heard about it stunned me. And if I am not mistaken, the waiter said that another location is about to open in a different area in the Denver metro. It's nice to know that this business is thriving. Good for them.
