This place continues to be a family favorite. They are always welcoming, the service is awesome, and the food is great. Mad props for the churrasco and the fajitas - and the 2 types of beans... yum! read more

This USED to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. They have gotten downhill in regard to their service and food quality :/ my boyfriend was visiting from Canada and I felt like this place was a must-visit! But he ordered the fajitas and it came out not sizzling (as advertised) and the rest of my family's food was slightly warm and we were waiting for awhile!.. we even asked for refills on our chips and water multiple times but it never came... very disappointing. The decorations and vibes of the place are very nice so I was excited to show my boyfriend for the first time but it turned out to be a bust. They should work on their quality of service and making sure everyone is looked after, especially keeping an eye out on the tables by the kitchens (where we sat..). Very disappointing and won't be coming back :/ read more

I was a big fan of this establishment. Unfortunately the last two times have proven to us that it is time to find a new favorite. We had a table of 4 and they stuck us in the back by the kitchen. Bad lighting and service was super slow. We asked for water and refill for the chips (twice) and they never came. Worst part was the dishes served was lukewarm (not hot) and not appetizing. The server was not very attentive. Bye bye Casa! Hope you focus on customer experience and make necessary improvements. read more

I drive past this place quite frequently and was always really excited to try it as I've heard great things about their food truck that they have in the morning. First of all the service was amazing. No issues there at all besides one mishap on the types of meat in my family's order (we're not picky, wasn't a problem). The place was lively lots of color and decor. When I stopped for lunch, I ordered the Carne Asada burrito, and was not overjoyed about the flavors / taste. I did enjoy the chips and salsa, again nothing to rave about. Just one of those places I probably won't eat at again / but definitely worth a try for anyone who hasn't had it. Everyone's taste buds are different! read more

The birria tacos are amazing! And so is the rice. That's weird to say but I love it. Honestly everything is good. I love the carne asada plate, street tacos, enchiladas suzias are delish. I just don't love the queso but it doesn't stop us from eating here almost once a week read more

What a disappointment! I was soooo looking forward to our dinner at Casa Mariachi tonight but our dining experience was marred by the slow service and not-so-great food quality. I thought this place was solid when I got some food for to-go a while back. Ugh!! The only good thing was that we were seated right away upon arrival (it was probably because we were a small group of two people; when we arrived, there was one two-person table available; people with larger groups were waiting in the waiting area.) Our waiter was polite and pleasant and yet his attentiveness was bare minimum. Our food took such a long time before they came out of the kitchen. Whereas my bf's Avocado Tostada plate was decent (I didn't taste it; he said he liked it), my Baja Fish Taco was mediocre at best (the fish had barely any meat in it; it almost looked like a very thin chicken meat that was cooked with absolute stinginess!!) The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because of the swift seating upon arrival and the harp player who performed for the mothers (as it was Mother's Day yesterday.) 25-minute drive on Parker Road from my northeast DTC home surely wasn't worth it; we could have gone to one of the nearby restaurants to satisfy our cravings for Mexican food instead. read more

Both the service and food was terrible at this restaurant. We asked the waiter for water and then reminded him twice, and finally got one when we were almost done with our meal. Also had to ask for utensils, which was brought to us after the meals had arrived. The waiter was doing shots with another table's customers instead of paying attention to the quality of the service. The shrimp plate was so greasy, and one of the burritos arrived with a wrong meat choice and it was bland. We will not be coming back. read more

Casa Mariachi in Parker is a nice, family-owned Mexican restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking. We went on a Wednesday evening, and it was packed--we waited about 15 minutes for a table, which speaks to how popular the place is. The salsa, bean dip, and chips were excellent--fresh and flavorful! I ordered a veggie taco and a cheese enchilada à la carte. While the veggies in the taco were fresh, I wish they had been grilled a little more for added flavor. The enchilada was disappointing only because, despite mentioning multiple times that I am vegetarian, the salsa verde came with chicken in it. On top of that, I felt the dish had too much cheese, which diluted the verde flavor that I was looking forward to. On a sweeter note, the churros were delicious, and we really enjoyed them! Overall, this is a warm, family-friendly spot with great service and atmosphere. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the vegetarian mix-up and a few details in the dishes, but I'll definitely give Casa Mariachi another try , perhaps it was just an off night due to how busy they were. read more

We ended up coming here for a birthday party. I had driven by a few times but never stopped in. And in the morning they have a food truck out there, usually with a line. It is a wrap around building which has plenty of parking that is shared with other establishments. We were a party of eight and the waitress was really attentive. Me doing my do diligents checked out the reviews first . They had chips salsa and beans out. The salsa was spicy for my liking but didn't stop me from going back for more. I went with the enchiladas with the cheese sauce. All the plates were huge servings. I could only finish half and would have preferred more lettuce. The fajitas were recommended but perhaps next time. Also a lot of customers ordered margaritas which they give you your own shaker. All and all good establishment read more

Jeremy was our waiter tonight and he did a splendid job. He took our good and beverage orders and had us served up in no time at all. Casa Mariachi takes Mexican Cuisine to a different level. I had the Sizzlin Fajita Trio and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was large enough that I could barely finish 1/2 the meal. That's ok as I took the 2nd 1/2 home. Having lived on the border for 7 years I can say that the South of the Border ambiance and traditions are executed perfectly here all the way done to the last detail. Great Food and service is what you'll experience here every time. read more

Really cool Mexican restaurant in Parker. Went there for Cinco de Mayo. Highly recommend this restaurant for tasty Mexican food and cute atmosphere read more

From the moment you walk into this unmistakable Mexican spot, you're hit with the burst of color, culture, and charm! It appeared to be a decent size restaurant and outdoor seating. I Started off with a refreshing Margarita my first time here. I started with the La Patrona Margarita. House margarita with a Sangria finish that comes with a small bottle of champagne. Can we say...another round? That definitly paired well with the warm tortilla chips, Bean Dip and Salsa. Dip was just okay - Salsa was decent. I ordered the El Mariachi Combo #2,(your usual, pick two) & I ordered the Spinach enchilada(I probably should have stuck to the cheese enchilada) and Hard Taco. Taco was good! The shell didn't break and the meat was flavorful. I wasn't a fan of the creamy white sauce - it just seemed a little cheesy? I didn't mention it, it still hit the spot LOL. (I would recommend getting it on the side, tho ). German, our waiter, made our first visit welcoming. He had a great attitude and enjoyed his service! I will go back! (Prices were not bad at all, either) read more

Before reading this review, please note that I am deeply passionate about finding a delicious, local, Mexican restaurant that is reasonably priced. The type of Mexican restaurant that families frequent after busy work/school days that serves quality combination dinners that the whole family can enjoy. For Parker, this is one of them. They do a good job of juggling the steady flow of customers, getting you seated quickly and serving food hot. I've been here twice and the speed of service is quick, quality is fine, atmosphere is top tier, prices are reasonable for the area. read more

This place is great!! The salsa is some of the best I've had and the Pancho Via platter was amazing and was enough food for my wife and I to share. The service was great and we got seated fairly quickly. Jose was our waiter and he was awesome! We loved the layout of the place, there is lots of room and spacious. and the people who work there sound amazing when they sing their birthday song to people the only drawback is there is NO bar area, so be ok with screaming or crying kids. read more

Went here on a Monday evening around 5:30 and they were decently busy which is a good sign. It was our first time, and it was decent for the area. Service was fast and attentive, prices were right and they had specials. Drinks seemed to be made in house vs a premix which was enjoyable. This isn't top tier Mexican, but it's decent Tex Mex. Inside was colorful, full of culture and a pleasant experience. Will bring my family back again. read more

My local family loves this place, so we went here after an elementary school concert. It's a very busy place for a Thursday night. We didn't have to wait long for a drop-in group of 7 and we lucked out with a waiter whom our family knows. We grandparents are from California and most recently Utah, so we have a lot of experience with Mexican restaurants. The staff here were responsive from the welcome to the dessert course. read more

I went here tonight with a friend after a long afternoon at the Renaissance festival. We shared a combination fajita platter with beef and shrimp. Our waitress was quick and attentive. And it was more than enough food, which we both took home leftovers. Plus, we were able to enjoy our dinner outside on the patio with the beautiful weather tonight. Most likely, if in the area, we'd come back again for more and maybe try their guava cheesecake? Haha. read more

I typically love this place. Their arroz con pollo was my basic go to. I've ordered it countless times and it's been wonderful. This last time I went to my usual. Except I wanted arroz con pollo not tortilla y onions. I have never in my life seen so many onions. I bet I got 1/3 cup of rice and 2 strips of chicken and the rest was onions for $24. I'm so disappointed because this was my go-to for so long. I feel completely jipped. Imagine a tortilla filled with pure onions. That was my meal. I've actually never seen anything like it. I know times are tough but if you can't fulfill a basic meal of CHICKEN AND RICE... take it off the menu. read more

Whenever we are away from the Denver area for an extended period, we find ourselves craving a deep fried, crispy Chili Relleno. We realize that this is not the most authentic way to eat a Chili Relleno, but there is just something about it that hits the spot and feels like coming home. As a native of Colorado, I grew up eating these quite frequently, as did my CO native sons. We decided to try Casa Mariachi to check out their Chili Relleno, and we were not disappointed. The Relleno was nice and crispy, while the cheese inside was melted wonderfully with that great cheese pull you would expect from a well-cooked, fresh from the fryer Relleno. The green chili was flavorful and had a little bit of spice. The beans and rice weren't our favorites, but we didn't really care since we were there for the Relleno. We also tried the cheese enchiladas and chimichanga. Both were flavorful and what you would expect. No surprises. You get complimentary chips, salsa and bean dip while you wait for your food plus free refills. They were moderately busy during lunch on a Monday. All in all we enjoyed our visit, and will return! read more

We seriously love going to eat at Casa Mariachi! It's always a fun time, the food is absolutely delicious, and the service is always top notch. Starting out, they bring you chips, salsa, and bean dip. When I say, don't skip the bean dip- I mean it. It's so tasty and delicious, and we usually finish the entire bean dip before we even touch the salsa! Even though the bean dip and salsa are complimentary, don't forget to order queso and guacamole! Both are so delicious and in my opinion absolutely necessary! Entrees are massive and well priced. We tend to stick with what we always know, which is the Border Enchiladas and they are amazing. Two carne asada filled enchiladas smothered with queso! Comes with a side of beans and rice. The steak is tender and flavorful and topped with that addictive queso- I'm sure you'll be coming back in for more! read more

First visit today for lunch, I went at 11 expecting the restaurant to be empty, which it was although it quickly became busier. Extensive menu, but I flipped to the back page hoping for lunch specials, and there they were. One really odd thing I noted: "Our shredded beef contains pork." Really?? I was very pleased with the chips, as there was a nice-sized basket with salsa (which I didn't try) and warm bean dip with cotija cheese, which I liked. A lot. I ordered a lunch combo of 2 enchiladas (one cheese, one chicken) with rice and choice of beans: refried, whole, or black, which I ordered. The waiter didn't introduce himself (okay by me) and also didn't write down my order. He came back, twice, to confirm my enchilada preference. When the meal came (quickly, on a blazing hot plate), it was accompanied by refried beans. If you can't remember orders and get them correct, write them down, please. Black beans were then brought in a small bowl. The food was just okay. The cheese in the enchilada was gummy. The shredded chicken was tasty only because of heavy spices. The rice was fine, but bland, and the black beans were basic as well. This restaurant has nothing to draw me for a return visit. read more

Loved the food here - slightly different take on some favorites. Chile Colorado burrito was super - and big! Margs were very good - not too sweet and tasted fresh, not like from a mix. Service was excellent. Colorful, fun place - a bit noisy but acceptable. read more

Service was good, fast and everyone was very polite. We always get in right away and seated to our table . I've been here many times because of distance convenience... Food is always mediocre and not reflective of true Mexican food. Do not recommend this place for authentic Mexican food. Food was not fresh, didn't taste good, place feels/smells filthy dirty too! This place is awesome! I don't know how I hadn't heard about it and gone here before. It's a basic Mexican restaurant, but the food is delicious. And, the kicker is, they give you salsa AND bean dip with your unlimited tortilla chips in the beginning. That is awesome. And, it's all delicious. The staff is very attentive. The prices are decent. Great ambiance. Very relaxing. And, again, the food is very good. I plan to have this be my main Mexican restaurant. I will go again and again. And, I encourage everyone to go here. This place is bustling! Even though it is a big restaurant, it was all filled when we had lunch here on the weekend. The Tropical Ceviche was suggested to us. It was popular at the table but I've had better ceviche. Arrozo con Pollo is their signature dish for a reason. It is very flavorful and as far as a Chinese is concerned, it was pretty good stir-fry! The shrimp version has less char and therefore, less flavor, but tasted healthier! The kids loved the quesadillas and and the Fajita beef which look almost like beef jerky! Get the El Trio Platter if you want to share an entree with someone. I wish there were more bacon wrapped shrimp! The owner is super nice and is definitely into decorating her restaurant with all kinds of pieces. Even the chair backs are artsy! While I wouldn't go out of my way to drive to Parker for Mexican food, I'd recommend this place if you're in the neighborhood. They have great hospitality. 3.5 stars! read more

First and last time we will eat there. Fish tacos were pathetic. Minature piece of some type of, I guess, fish. Some "coral" colored sauce and nothing else. My favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado. I am not sure why I love this place so much but this where I go every time I visit Colorado. The place is colorfully decorated. The service is always good. The chips and salsa with the added bean dip is the best. The margaritas are always tasty and the food is flavorful and spicy and hot and cheesy and everything you want it to be in a Mexican restaurant.
