Came here on July 4th and we enjoyed the experience and the food. The service was running around and our waitress still managed to keep tabs on us lol. Great service. My only critique is the brisket. Thin cuts and a bit dry. Had to soak it in the sauce. My son really liked the burger and my wife the wings. The place looked great and inviting. A lot of fun. I wish I had eaten more because the drink service was very efficient! Such a fun bar! There was a 80s band playing when we were there and they were awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and meant to come back the next day for the 90s band.... but as I said, the drink service was very efficient. I have a green chili fries, which were so good! Wild Goose is SO close to being 5 stars. I genuinely love this place but the service is SO BAD every time I go. I've lived in Parker for almost 2 years and been to Wild Goose a handful of times, and unfortunately this has been the constant each time. The food, genuinely one of my favorite spots in Downtown (or downtown adjacent) Parker. They have BBQ that is decent, burgers, sandwiches etc. all of which have been way better than I expected from what presents as a bar. The space is huge, they have had entertainment most nights we have been and they have an awesome patio with corn-hole, fire pits, and an outdoor stage. When it's hot they have a ton of umbrellas so you don't cook in the sun too. The parking is limited which can be frustrating but doesn't seem to be something the bar can fix. TL:DR - good food, good drinks, cool space with live music. Unfortunately poor service. read more

Oh the Wild Goose. The walls are adorned with paintings of music legends like Prince, Willie Nelson, and Freddie Mercury to name a few. Great place for live music and really any other entertainment you'd like to enjoy- sports, rodeos, Chive TV- the Goose has it. The Wild Goose has expanded their menu since I last visited to include more appetizers and a variety of burgers outside of just BBQ. Service is always speedy and on point- even during extremely busy Saturday nights! The one thing I still have complaint with is their seating choices- worst chairs ever. The vibe is great. The service is friendly but slow. My food was not good! I ordered brisket with sweet potato fries and beans. The beans and sweet potato fries were decent but the brisket seemed like it had been sitting out for three days under a hot lamp. When the server delivered it, the others at my table asked if I had ordered bacon. That's what it looked like. It was hard and old. The service was so slow that I didn't send it back. It was definitely a disappointment because I have driven by this place many times and thought it looked like such a fun place to go. I would definitely go back for drinks. OK venue. I give it a C+, but it has it's weaknesses. Lately, the quality of service is spotty to bad. There are a few great waitresses, but, we've recently had waiters and bartenders act rudely to us and friends. The food is good, but not great. It's classic bar food. The space is one huge room so, if you don't like what's going on in that room (from bad karaoke to line dancing classes to loud cover bands), you should avoid it. It's a s**t-kicking bar with a big stage and a cowboy vibe. It fits a Parker that used to be 5-10 years ago, but, it's getting a little long in the tooth and a little out of step with the area today. read more

This was my second visit to The Goose. On this particular day it was to celebrate a dear friend who was moving out of state a few days later. Unexpectedly, the Aurora School of Rock was having their recital that weekend as well inside. The place was packed, we made our way to the outside patio area where there was plenty of room to gather, have drinks, play cornhole and enjoy the saturday sun as there wasn't much shade to be found that day. The servers were in full hustle mode and made sure there was a drink in every hand that needed one as quickly as possible. I've not visited in the evening for one of the musical events hosted here as of yet. Their set p is a bit of the Dive bar/ Rock bar vibe. This isn't a fake review. We weren't asked to leave. We had only sat down for a handful of minutes and there were hardly any people there. We left a small tip for the waitress because we felt bad about walking out on here after she had sat us and brought water to the table. There was no negative interaction. I came in with my family and family from out of town. We had several sick little ones and it ruined the remainder of their vacation here. I'm not impressed with the owners response. Returned for Dear Marsha's 29th Anniversary performance. Wild Goose still has the uncomfortable chairs but the wait staff and bartenders are excellent, friendly, and fast which helps make up for some of that. Still a great venue for performances with a great stage, lighting, and plenty of room for dancing. read more

It is a nice venue with good food and reasonable drink prices. I went here on 18 Oct to enjoy some live music. I must say my friend and I were very disappointed. Although the band was advertised as a 70s, 80s and 90s band, all they played in their first set was unknown B side songs. Didn't make any sense. No one wants to listen to that. We came to hear popular cover songs not some obscure song that the band likes. I have no idea where the band got these songs, but they sucked. Left after dinner and 10 songs when it was clear that the band was only going to play crappy songs. read more

We came here last night for an event, and were very impressed with the venue and staff! This was our first time here, and will not be our last. There was a ton of parking (they have their own lot), and it was easy to grab a table once inside. We were greeted right away by our server who brought us water, and she promptly grabbed our drink orders. I didn't order any fancy drinks, just rum and diet cokes, but they were tasty and arrived quickly. For food, we ordered a wedge salad and wings/fries, and both were really good. Especially the fries because they had some delicious seasoning on them. Though we didn't see any bands because of the event, it is clear this is a good spot to catch a live show. They have a very nice stage and an outdoor patio with yet another stage. I am excited to know about this spot and we will be back soon for sure. read more

Came for the music of Freedom Fest (which was exceptional) and sampled the food and drink menu. First things first...the bands were phenomenal! Judgment Day, The Beatles Band and Enuff Z'Nuff played great sets. The sound here is waaaay ah-mazing (if loud music is a bit of a bother, bring ear plugs!) Otherwise clear and sharp sounds bouce off the place better than a dime off a military made bed. The food was good too. I had the club salad where the greens were fresh and crisp and the dressing (raspberry vinaigrette) tasty. The only downside is that the chicken is really just a sliced cold cut. The beverages were heavy and by heavy I mean generous on the alcohol. The New Amsterdam Pink Whitney will be my go to here. $5 drink specials was even better! Looking forward to attending another music event or just a lunch on the patio real soon! read more

Went to a show here on 4/5. Had a great time. Staff & bartenders were great. It was my wife & I's first time there. My only issue was, how often do they have the 1% biker gang "Sons of Silence" as their wannabe bouncers? The atmosphere is fun for concerts etc but the food is so overpriced. We were there for a School of Rock event and the $15 flatbread was greasy and small, thought we got a kids meal by mistake. The fried pickles were $13 and 95% bread with a pale, soggy pickle. Will go here to support the kids but will never again buy the food. We went last night with a friend to hear the band. Our friend knew one of the band members. Over all we will not return to the Wild Goose. Why? 1. The food was sub par. Nachos sloppy with poor cheese, Brussels sprouts not crispy and bacon not cooked crispy and worse was the beef brisket. The brisket was dried out and looked as if it was set under a warming light. Overall the food was a one star. 2. Bright spot was the server, she was polite and extremely helpful. 3. The band started on time played for less than 10 minutes and then went on break. Very strange. 4. Bar was well stocked if alcohol is why one actually wants to go here. I do not recommend this place. Hopefully they will do something about their food, currently yuck. read more

Black and blue burger edible 2.5 stars. Beans dry 2 stars. Service was ok 3 stars. Drinks good 4 stars. Venue for music is excellent 5 stars. In all because I'm reviewing the food mainly 2 stars. This place has an amazing patio with great tables outside. The band was warming up inside and I'm glad we sat outside. They were pretty loud for our sensory challenged child and I think being inside would have been more of an issue. Food was pretty good. I wish they had more of a kids menu. The only item on it is chicken fingers. Even just a small burger would have been nice. Paying $14 for a burger for a kid who can't eat it all is rough. Staff was attentive. This is not a great venue for a concert. We bought a table for the concert we attended. There were also "GA" (aka standing room only) tickets available as well. There were several openers for the show and the room was completely packed by the time the third opener hit the stage. If you are a short person like me, the only option is to arrive as soon as they open doors and get a standing spot right by the stage. Then, be prepared to stand in that spot through way too many openers, consume nothing (cocktail servers only attend tables) and never go pee if you want to see the headliner. If you leave your spot, you will lose it, and the crowd is pretty aggressive about not wanting to let you through. If you pay an exorbitant amount of money for a table, like we did, those are all in the back of the room, so all the giant people will just stand in front of your table, so you won't be able to see, anyway. The only perks of paying for a table are to rest your feet and play the lottery game of being able to occasionally flag down a cocktail server. We were informed when we finally saw a cocktail server that "our server" did not show up for their shift. So, we ordered from a server when we could and when we didn't see her for ages, we had to elbow our way through the aggressive, tightly packed crowd to go to the bar. Tip: Get a bucket of beer! Get two! When you finally get served, make sure you have the beverages you will want for a while. We got a pretty limited menu at the table. I ordered some wings. They were good. But, I wish I'd received the actual menu because I was really disappointed when I saw racks of ribs come out of the kitchen that were not on our menu. The parking situation is awful. I completely understand that this is not within the venue's control. But, if you are headed here for a concert or other large event, wear your walking shoes and plan to park fairly far away, in questionably legal places (i.e. strip mall parking where they may tow you). This is not my neck of the woods, so it is unlikely I will be back. If this is a convenient location for you, they have a great patio with fire features and cool seating that probably makes for a fun evening with friends when there is no event going on. And if the wings were good, the ribs probably are too. read more

My husband I went out on the town yesterday and ended our evening at the Saloon. When we arrived (7:30ish on a Saturday) it was starting to get busy, but we were lucky to find two seats at the back bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive even as the night got very busy. The crowd was fun, and the live cover band was great! They had people out dancing almost immediately. There is also a great outdoor patio with fire pits and corn hole. Alright let's just start off by stating that this establishment caught me completely off guard, the atmosphere was very inviting and the food was awesome! It was refreshing being greeted the moment I came in which I don't find to be the typical experience at any Saloons or Bar and Grills. Drinks priced like going to a concert venue albeit they have live acts. Our table took an hour and fifteen to get a salad and burger and both parties orders were delivered incorrectly. Servers responded with we have only three cooks. Really not our problem but we suffered and ate due to a long day and wait. Drinks were about 45 minutes apart until most people left. Nice venue and well stocked bar but seriously doubt they can handle maximum capacity of 450. Parking is LIMITED!!! Suggest hiring and paying staff more money to clear debris and reduce the amount of time between drink orders. If we return it will be after dinner elsewhere and belly up to the bar. Atmosphere is more of an older crowd and hotel vibe amid limited seating and outdoor fireplaces. Highly suggest the happy hour 4-7 if you're interested in trying it out yourself. I had ham and then I got sick and threw up and then the second time I ate here was last Saturday night for Halloween party. I had a burger and fries and I've been sick for the past nine almost 10 days and apparently I did a stool test and I have E. coli, what the guys be doing food safety or food handling but there needs to be some consequences and some reprimand because I have eaten here twice and every time I eat here I get sick so if somebody can reach out or give me a refund that would be great, but I am not gonna eat at this establishment anymore because the food is awful read more
