I wish I had eaten more because the drink service was very efficient! Such a fun bar! There was a 80s band playing when we were there and they were awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and meant to come back the next day for the 90s band.... but as I said, the drink service was very efficient. I have a green chili fries, which were so good! Pretzel bites of course were good! They have a great happy hour with really good prices! Can't wait to come back to town and check it out again

Hard to go wrong with a grilled cheese and ranch dressing.

Oh the Wild Goose. The walls are adorned with paintings of music legends like Prince, Willie Nelson, and Freddie Mercury to name a few. Great place for live music and really any other entertainment you'd like to enjoy- sports, rodeos, Chive TV- the Goose has it. The Wild Goose has expanded their menu since I last visited to include more appetizers and a variety of burgers outside of just BBQ. Service is always speedy and on point- even during extremely busy Saturday nights! The one thing I still have complaint with is their seating choices- worst chairs ever. Not friendly for short people and super uncomfortable. Other than that, drinks, food, service, and entertainment are great!

    Old, hard brisket.

The vibe is great. The service is friendly but slow. My food was not good! I ordered brisket with sweet potato fries and beans. The beans and sweet potato fries were decent but the brisket seemed like it had been sitting out for three days under a hot lamp. When the server delivered it, the others at my table asked if I had ordered bacon. That's what it looked like. It was hard and old. The service was so slow that I didn't send it back. It was definitely a disappointment because I have driven by this place many times and thought it looked like such a fun place to go. I would definitely go back for drinks. The patio area looked really nice and great for good weather days. But grab some food somewhere else before you go

Love this venue in downtown Parker - they have a huge variety of music weekly and all the games on the large TVs. I'm a fan of the monte Cristo and the burgers, and they now offer a great Sunday breakfast deal.

Fantastic time at The Wildgoose Saloon ! Rick Lewis Project was incredible! Also, all the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional!

Returned for Dear Marsha's 29th Anniversary performance. Wild Goose still has the uncomfortable chairs but the wait staff and bartenders are excellent, friendly, and fast which helps make up for some of that. Still a great venue for performances with a great stage, lighting, and plenty of room for dancing.

    Cool Halloween decor

We came here last night for an event, and were very impressed with the venue and staff! This was our first time here, and will not be our last. There was a ton of parking (they have their own lot), and it was easy to grab a table once inside. We were greeted right away by our server who brought us water, and she promptly grabbed our drink orders. I didn't order any fancy drinks, just rum and diet cokes, but they were tasty and arrived quickly. For food, we ordered a wedge salad and wings/fries, and both were really good. Especially the fries because they had some delicious seasoning on them. Though we didn't see any bands because of the event, it is clear this is a good spot to catch a live show. They have a very nice stage and an outdoor patio with yet another stage. I am excited to know about this spot and we will be back soon for sure.

One of the Best Breweries in Parker -- A True Community Gem!…read more This brewery is everything a local spot should be welcoming, fun, and all about building community rather than competition. It's refreshing to see a place that genuinely collaborates with others like Parker Pour House, Downhill Brewing, and Bent Barley. (These four often team up for awesome brewery bus loops a few times a year -- highly recommend!) I was here on June 21st for the 1st Annual Hop Zombie Summer Release, and it did not disappoint. Their Imperial Juicy IPA with bright summer flavors was a one-day-only drop, and people were lining up before the doors opened. They're always releasing something new here or at their Lone Tree location, so there's always a reason to come back. Top reasons I love this place: Friendly staff that make you feel like family every time. Rotating food trucks with easy access, especially under their big shaded tent; perfect on warm Colorado nights. Awesome events: Silent disco, musical bingo, themed trivia, yoga with goats, brewery bus loops, silent book clubs (yes, really!), and more. Insane merch section -- from brewery shirts and sweaters to golf club covers and pet gear. One of the best I've seen. Brand new game room that's perfect for groups, game days, or private events-- darts, TVs, bar-style seating, and chill vibes. Whether you're local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit if you're into craft beer, good people, and fun times.

Unfortunately, from start to finish, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication was poor from the very beginning. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were assigned five different day-of coordinators due to constant staff changes. Then, just three weeks before our wedding, we received an email stating that the venue had changed ownership yet again. We were introduced to Keisha, the new manager and point of contact, who assured us that things would be handled differently and that we'd be well taken care of. Sadly, that couldn't have been further from the truth. Only two weeks before our wedding, we were told that they couldn't locate our signed contract. When we checked the digital link where our contract had been stored, it showed that it had been deleted. We were then asked to sign a new contract -- but this new version included multiple price increases, including higher rental fees. Despite having several emails proving our original agreement, the venue insisted we sign the new contract. Even during that renegotiation process, Keisha repeatedly forgot to include key details we had already agreed upon. If it hadn't been for our day-of coordinator carefully reviewing the revised contract, several important elements would have been missed entirely. That kind of carelessness just added to the stress and uncertainty we were already facing. When my husband (then fiancé) spoke with Keisha by phone to calmly address these issues, she raised her voice and continuously spoke over him like a child throwing a temper tantrum- behavior that was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially just two weeks before our wedding. The entire ordeal caused tremendous stress in what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an additional $800 -- $400 per hour -- simply to arrive early enough to get ready at the venue. As a result, we were rushed on the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup team struggled to finish in time, and my husband ended up helping set up just hours before guests arrived -- something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day. To be fair, our day-of coordinator, Brooke from Grace & Co., was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and was the only reason things came together at all. However, she does not work for Villa Parker -- she was contracted separately, and her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the venue's management. As a Colorado native, I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Villa Parker. It was once owned by a couple who truly cared about making each event magical, but sadly, under the new ownership, that warmth, integrity, and attention to detail are completely gone. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up our items, the project manager saw us and didn't even acknowledge us -- not a word, not a smile, nothing. It breaks my heart to say this, but I would strongly discourage anyone from booking Villa Parker under its current ownership. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the management and treatment of clients are deeply disappointing. I hope in time they rediscover the excellence and care that once made this venue so special.

Tailgate is located in the quaint town of Parker on Mainstreet. Note, there's plenty of free parking across the street at O'Brien Park. We arrived at 7 PM on a Saturday night to hear the band, Guild of Ages play at 8:30PM. Since we were there early we decided to try some of their food too. We did get a table by the stage even though the place was already very busy. First off, the band was great, awesome singer musicians & the dance floor was packed. Second, the food was really good as well. We split the "Fall of the Bone" Ribs that came with Fries & Coleslaw. These were some of the best ribs I've had in a while...sweet but spicy & yes they were falling off the bone, the coleslaw was homemade - creamy & delicious plus the fries were good & nicely seasoned. Our Server was attentive & even managed to take & deliver our drink orders thru the crowd. This was such a fun night, great to see live music AND enjoy a fantastic dinner!

It is a true sports bar where the bar was hopping on a Monday at lunchtime. Many of the tables (some high tops and some not) were taken. They do have a patio that was open as it was 67 outside (crazy in February) The waitress was polite. She was taking care of a lot of tables and did a great job. She also refilled both drinks during our meal. The food was fine. The French onion soup had cheese melted over croutons as opposed to a larger crostini. My colleague recommended it well done (hadn't heard of this) so will try that if I get the soup again. I tried the roast beef on weck which is a Kimmelweck roll (Kaiser roll topped with kosher salt and caraway seeds). It is native to Buffalo NY. Perhaps they were out but they sent the sandwich out on a burger bun topped with salt. As the roll is a major part I was disappointed. The roast beef was tender, as just tasty and horseradish spicy and fresh and served with a side. I had the steamed vegetables which were broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Good compliment to the salty and heavier sandwich. They also offer breakfast, happy hour and dinner. I would try it again.
