These were some of the best ribs I've had in a while...sweet but spicy & yes they were falling off the bone, the coleslaw was homemade - creamy & delicious plus the fries were good & nicely seasoned. She also refilled both drinks during our meal. The food was fine. The French onion soup had cheese melted over croutons as opposed to a larger crostini. My colleague recommended it well done (hadn't heard of this) so will try that if I get the soup again. I tried the roast beef on weck which is a Kimmelweck roll (Kaiser roll topped with kosher salt and caraway seeds). It is native to Buffalo NY. Perhaps they were out but they sent the sandwich out on a burger bun topped with salt. As the roll is a major part I was disappointed. The roast beef was tender, as just tasty and horseradish spicy and fresh and served with a side. I had the steamed vegetables which were broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Good compliment to the salty and heavier sandwich. They also offer breakfast, happy hour and dinner. I would try it again.

This concert was the first music event hosted here. There were about 100 people in attendance and there was plenty of room. There was a bartender and a full bar; staff was pleasant and attentive. There were a few sound issues, but I think it was mainly the artists' particular requirements that caused a few delays. This is a rented space so I assume all sound equipment was provided by the renter. Overall a good venue in downtown Parker which is very quaint and cute.

My son-in-law decided to take the girls home because they were getting really grumpy. The missing entree finally arrived but my daughter ended up eating it in a rush since the rest of us had already finished. Needless to say, not the best scenario. Nothing was offered to compensate for the inconvenience and having been in the restaurant business for years, I found that kinda disappointing.
