2 Piece Fish & Chips- delicious
    Laura R.

If you're looking for classic buffalo wings, then these are the best I've had in a long time. They put the wing places to shame. Absolutely delicious! And the fish and chips were amazing! Omgoodness the batter on the fish was superb! It was super crunchy and fresh. Our service was excellent and the inside was clean.

We just visited after a long day of hiking and the service and food were excellent! The burger was perfect and came out medium rare just like I asked. Very good flavor nice and juicy! The atmosphere is very open and clean, a ton of seating inside and outdoor patio that is dog friendly! Definitely recommend!

Found this place while sitting in traffic on the highway and we took the exit. Boy were we happy we did. Great food. Friendly employees. Not being from Colorado, this was definitely a great find. The buffalo chicken sandwich was hugh and the fries done to perfection! Great place for sure.

I've wanted to try this place since first moving to Colorado 15 years ago. Our server, Brittany, was so helpful and kind regarding my dietary needs and restrictions. And while the service itself was speedy, the price per plate was not quite proportionate to the amount of food received. My salad came on a child's plate, so it was quite small for the cost. A party of three can roughly expect an $80 tab total, which seems high given the low quality ingredients and overall lack of fare freshness. Half of the avocado on my salad was brown when flipped over, and the hard boiled egg appeared old and discolored, with no flavor. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough, but inconveniently housed a single empty soap canister at the sink when exiting. There's ample parking outside, but the bar interior is dark with loud music that makes comfortable conversation difficult, even in a corner booth. In terms of bang for your buck, you'd probably be better off trying somewhere else. We won't be back again.

Good dive bar with low prices, decent food, and pool tables. Good for the family during the day and good for the friends at night.

Ask the Community - Hideaway Bar & Grill

Is the outdoor seating available in the winter? If so, is it heated?

We do have patio seating year around weather permitting. Our patio faces south so plenty of sunshine. We do not have heaters set up outside.

Bring back the fish tacos and fish and chips on weekends PLEASE?

Hi Karen, Thank you for loving our fish and chips and tacos. Fish n chips is available on the weekends and will be on the new printed menu coming soon because they are made in…

Do they have a pool table?

We have 2 pool tables but the health department has not allowed us to let people play any games right now. They will fine places that allow game play. :/

    Does your patio allow dogs?

Yes they do - they're pet friendly! If they had heaters on in the cool months we would be there more often. Added plus - great food

Listen up, you beautiful degenerates of Colorado -- if you're anywhere near Castle Rock and you DON'T drop everything to go to The Brinkerhoff, you're actively choosing a life of sadness and regret. This place is perched up there like a goddamn castle overlooking the kingdom, windows so meticulously clean I could see my future in them (and it was eating more ribeye). The views? ABSURD. I'm talking "postcard from heaven" levels of ridiculous. You'll be stuffing your face while staring at scenery that makes you question why you ever lived in a basement apartment. The ambiance inside is straight-up opulent too -- crystal chandeliers dripping like diamonds, stone walls, red leather booths, and that massive framed vintage Beech 18 airplane photo that hits different. Speaking of which... My best friend Rob took one look at that classic twin-prop Beech 18 on the wall and the hairs on his arms stood straight up. Turns out he actually flew one of those exact legends back in the day. There's a killer story behind it -- ask the staff about it, they'll hook you up with the full tale. Goosebumps guaranteed. This place doesn't just serve dinner; it triggers full-on life flashbacks. The food? ABSURDITY-INDUCING. I'm still recovering. * Spicy Hiramasa Roll -- TO. DIE. FOR. Spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, and pure culinary sorcery. One bite and I ascended. I blacked out and woke up speaking fluent sushi. * Big Island Ribeye (16oz, soy-marinated) -- OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Juicy, flavorful, marinated in what I can only assume is liquid gold and unicorn tears. MUST GET. I would fight a bear for this steak. I would marry this steak. Hell, I'd let this steak ruin my credit score. * Chipotle Glazed Wagyu Short Ribs -- These bad boys were so awesome I almost proposed. Sweet, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth perfection that made me question every other rib I've ever had. They were basically foreplay for the main course. And don't even get me started on the STAFF. These legends deserve their own parade. Big shoutout to our waiter Larson -- the man dropped recommendations like they were bars in a rap battle. 10/10 service, zero notes. GM Lisa came in hot on the 4th of July, straight from the sister property Sierra, working like a boss and being the friendliest, most knowledgeable human alive. Absolute queen behavior. GM Heather rolled up, made sure everything was flawless, and then dropped restaurant history knowledge like a TED Talk. I felt cultured AND fed. And eternal props to Chloe & Keiley in reservations -- we showed up AN HOUR LATE like the chaotic gremlins we are, and they still saved our seats. That's not service, that's sorcery. This crew isn't just outstanding -- they're the Avengers of hospitality. Outstanding food + god-tier staff + Beech 18 nostalgia that gives your pilot buddy chills = I'm moving in. 10/10. 100/10. Infinity/10. It's a MUST-GO when you're in Castle Rock. Bring your appetite, bring your people, bring stretchy pants, and bring your best stories. I'm already planning my return like it's a religious pilgrimage. Brinkerhoff, you absolute madlads -- thank you for existing. I love you. Never change. (Go. Now. Tell them the unhinged guy AND his Beech 18-flying buddy sent you.)

I had called about two weeks in advance and made a reservation for a patio table for eight, including our parent's dog. Our family was traveling in from three different locations, including my parents who were coming from out of state. It was a very special gathering, not only to celebrate Father's Day, but also because it was the first time our entire family had been together in eight months. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the reservation notes regarding our need for outdoor seating hadn't made it through to the team working that day. The table was ready, but indoors, where our rambunctious retriever wasn't going to be allowed. Here's where the Courtyard Social team truly impressed me. Jimmy and the hosting team immediately went into solution mode. On an incredibly busy Sunday, they figured it out and accommodated us outside without making us feel like we were an inconvenience or a problem to solve. They handled it so quickly and gracefully that no one even had a chance to get frustrated or complain, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. I've worked in hospitality for years, so I understand exactly how these things happen. Reservations get missed, notes don't always transfer, communication breaks down, it's part of the business. But my family doesn't work in hospitality. I can't tell you how many meals, trips, and vacations I've spent explaining processes, procedures, and the fact that "things happen" in hospitality. You all saved me from having to do that this time! And for that alone, I am incredibly grateful. Once we were settled, Jordan provided wonderful service, and the entire experience, from the food to the atmosphere to the genuine hospitality, was fantastic. Jordan was attentive, kind, and made our family feel welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to Jimmy, Jordan, and the entire hosting team for turning what could have been a stressful situation into exactly what hospitality should be: a problem that guests never have to experience because the team simply takes care of it. Thank you for taking such good care of my family. As someone who has spent my career in the hospitality industry, I don't take great it for granted, and you all absolutely delivered. We'll be back!

First let's talk about their wings: their Cajun wings were BOMB! Cooked perfectly, seasoned heavily like I like it and the flavor was great! I think they may be the best wings I have found in Castle Rock. The pizza was one with prosciutto & pickled onions. So good! The crust is on point. Cooked beautifully. Just trust me on that. The server took our order but never put it in so while our friends ate and drank we got nothing. Once we were able to track down the server, she blamed the kitchen which left a bad taste in my mouth (I'd prefer she just admit she forgot to put in the order) and when my friend's pizza came out 12-15 mins later, it was the wrong pizza altogether. She got pepperoni. So they had to remake it. They still get 4 stars because the food was awesome. I would definitely go there for takeout and plan to soon!

The night started fun, but things quickly took a turn. From where we were sitting (not part of the group involved), I noticed a man becoming aggressive toward another nearby group--yelling at them and eventually shoving someone, which led to a fight. As someone simply watching it unfold, it was pretty clear who escalated the situation. What was most surprising, though, was how it was handled. The owner appeared to side with the individual who initiated the confrontation and ultimately removed the group instead. Later, we heard that the man involved was actually a friend of the owner. From an outside perspective, the group that was asked to leave seemed calm and was minding their business before things escalated. Watching everything unfold--and seeing how it was handled--left a really negative impression. Unfortunately, that experience made the environment feel uncomfortable and biased, which is disappointing because the night had started on such a positive note.
