I also can't get over the incredible baked goods like the cream cheese cruffins that I won't share. There is such a selection of breakfast items like the lox and bagel that will taste so good with your coffee. The light bites are so yummy and a meal itself. I highly recommend the steak bites, the shrimp toast and the banh mi board if you had to start with anything. I learned that they have a similar concept at the Golden Triangle where Q's brother is the owner. It's on my list though I am partial and loyal to this location. The biggest downfall is having to buy tokens to play the games instead of just using quarters. I've never tried the food at any of the 1UP locations. I've been to this location twice now and I will be back.

Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.
