Each year for our anniversary, we like to try a new spot in town. With this one being close to home and newish to the neighborhood, we made reservations (via text as the website suggested, but opentable is where it's at) and happily made our way over. SPACE: Super cute patio, cozy interior and adjacent rooms that are filled with local artwork - offering a variety of seating options, plush furniture and open bar. Decor is interesting - a twist of southern charm meets local artist, meets New Orleans. We had requested an indoor seat, so our cutie little table was butted up against a window overlooking the patio and we felt right at home. SERVICE: Very pleasant, welcoming and so sweet! There was a little misunderstanding with our reservation (I said the wrong name for the reservation, to which they didn't recognize, which makes sense) so the original seat we wanted, was booked. We later ironed out that we had reservations and that's when we were brought to the cutest spot - mentioned above. We were greeted with NA bubbly, provided a rundown of the menu, highlighted their summer menu and mentioned 2 mocktails we'd like! So nice! Every interaction was nice! SPECIALS: Everyone mentions the Happy Hour here - which looks bomb! There are a few specials offered each week - the menu literally changes weekly - so that's fun! SUSTENANCE: While the appetizers looked very good, we opted for individual entrees! This spot is known for its' family style/tapa's vibe, which I totally get! The menu features a ton of options similar to that, but we opted for other. I went with the Summer Lemon Pea Rivoli - featuring a pea puree, fresh lump shrimp and crispy shallots. YUM! The house made pasta was light, refreshing and so good! Ben opted for the chicken and dumplings - which ended up being more like the inside of a pot pie - which he's absolutely obsessed with - so he was one happy camper! The price tag is a little steep here, but the quality is great and it's perfect for a special dinner!

We were exploring the Centennial area and dinner time was at hand...we were in the mood for wine and Yelp helped us find Nolia which was gem! First off we were offered a complimentary pour of bubbly...who doesn't like that! Large menu featuring a number of different dishes and styles. My wife loves charcuterie boards so we went with the mini board. We added on an order of the seared mahi tacos, bacon green chili cornbread, finishing off with an assortment of toffees. Of course we had to do a wine flight, red for me and white for the wife. The mini board was the perfect size for and the tacos were very good. The Cornbread served nice and warm with the cheese and jam were perfect with our wines. The toffees were a nice end, not too heavy, just enough to end it with a sweet treat. Loved the space with both indoor and outdoor seating, the food was amazing, the staff were fun, and service was perfect. We discovered they also offer periodic wine events that we'll need to check out in the future!

Okay so you have to watch for emails to see all the seasonal specials. the star of all of our visits are the charcuterie options. They have an unlimited amount of charcuterie and we love the chefs special when we go. I will say the boiled crawfish during crawfish season was not worth getting. There was no seasoning so I'd try somewhere else or just be prepared to season when you get home and peel them. Outside of the crawfish, everything has always been fabulous. Just ask your server what they think is best special for that day and you won't be disappointed!

Overall enjoyed our first visit to noila with another couples for Sunday lunch do my husbands bday. Cocktails and mocktails were on point. Innovative and delicious. The chicken and dumplings and duck were the winners at our table, absolutely delicious and a good portion. The crab cakes, the mushrooms & burrata were all very good as well but the devil on horseback's were "okay but the Chevre didn't pair well w the flavor profile". Service was okay-ish - slow when not busy. The server was working the lunch shift for the first time so she didn't have much to say on the menu. We will likely return for dinner to give it another shot! Food was def worth it!

    Beef Chateaubriand - Delicious!

Nolia's had excellent Yelp reviews, and we wanted to dine outside, so our party of four decided to give it a try. We arrived in time for Happy Hour, and ordered some wine and mocktails off the Happy Hour menu. We also ordered seven small plates from their dinner menu, though there were many more we wanted to try. We selected: * Happy Hour Cocktail $12.00 * Line 39 Cab × 2 $18.00 ($9.00 ea.) * Line 39 Cab $12.00 * Rose Blueberry Smash Cocktail $9.00 * Beef Chateaubriand $32.00 * Duck Confit $24.00: house made duck confit wine poached grapes, creamy grits, apple salad, berry pasilla jam, toast points * Mushrooms $17.00 Pear & Brie $17.00: honey, poached pears, danish brie, walnuts, in skillet puff pastry * Arugula Pear Salad: $14.00 * Crawfish Etouffee: $9.00 * Devils on Horseback $10.00: dates stuffed with goat cheese wrapped in speck, served with blueberry jam and arugula My favorite was the Beef Chateaubriand, cooked medium rare as ordered. My co-diners favorites were the Arugula Pear Salad and the Crawfish Etouffee. I sampled every dish and would reorder all of them. Service was excellent throughout the dinner. We would be delighted to return.

Cannolis - Two cannoli with crispy shells filled with cream are placed on a decorative ceramic plate. The cannoli are topped with chocolate chips, and a sliced strawberry is positioned beside them. The plate has a textured, multicolored glaze with shades of blue, green, and cream. The background is dark and out of focus, emphasizing the dessert presentation.

I am grateful that we decided to come out to try Nolia. We will be back again! The restaurant is a little smaller than I expected, but had some great seating outside. The staff were friendly and everyone had great things to say about the food. We started with blackberry flatbread, it was excellent, sweet and had great flavor 10/10. We also had the gumbo, which was good 7.5/10, also flavorful. We had both the Caesar 9/10 and pear salad 8.5/10. I really thought the dressing on the pear salad was wonderful. For side dishes we had the green chile cornbread, with really great cream cheese 8/10, it was a little dry but had great flavor. The carrots were another winner, paired well with the goat cheese 10/10. For the entrees my partner had the short rib bolognese 7.5/10 and I had the crab stuffed rainbow trout special 8.5/10. For dessert we had both the cannolis 8/10 and the winter spiced carrot cake 9/10. The carrot cake was a better dessert and we loved the cream cheese that was on it. If there was any drawback it was that the cake felt a little dry but the topping helped with that. All in all it was a great meal. We are very happy with our choice to come here. Our meal took a long time, we were there over 2 hours. The place was empty when we arrived but got filled up as the evening moved on. It took a long time for our entrees close to 45 minutes, but I am not going to hold that against them. The service was friendly but they could have come over a little more frequently. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! What a fantastic dinner! Thank you to my friend who recommended this. The place is small, classy, romantic, and with a beautiful outdoor patio seating. We came hungry and finished 95 percent of all that we ordered and shared. We each got a glass of wine. It's a must with the extensive wine list they have. I had the Della Torre and it is so smooth and dangerous! Geezes, thank goodness I had control of myself because I could've easily had a bottle to myself! Lol Where to begin, my goodness gracious, the appetizers were all just phenomenal. Pardon our appetite here, but we ordered a lot to share. Lol Appetizers, we got the burrata, the poached pear & brie en croute, stuffed gypsy pepper (I'm so mad, I forgot to get a picture of this one!), and the chef's choice board (middle). The appetizers all tasted so darn delicious, distinct, and savory. You cannot go wrong with any one of these appetizers. We also ordered two entrees to try. The house duck confit and the lobster ravioli. Both dishes were savory. The duck was so tender and very flavorful and paired well with the cauliflower and beet puree. I'm not a big duck person, but I'd eat this again. The lobster ravioli was enjoyable too. The sauce light and the home made ravioli cooked perfect. Lastly, my friend said we might as well go all the way, and we ordered the lemon curd tart for dessert. This dessert was definitely tart and a bit too tart for me. Lol. I do like tart, but I couldn't eat as much as I wanted too. I had about 4 good bites of it. Definitely nice creamy, tart, and sweet taste. Very refreshing and a great palette cleanser. The dessert was the 5 percent we couldn't finish. As you can see from all my pictures, all the entrees were beautifully crafted and presented well. This place depicts what fine dining should look like and taste like. I am forever a fan here. I'm really looking forward to coming back to try more things from here! This is a great place for social and leisurely dining and sharing, a great date venue, and just for the great food. This place is definitely my kinda style. Thanks to my servers Lindsey and Ainslee! The staff and service was fantastic. I'd give it a 6 stars if allowed.

Despite the current ratings of less than 4 stars, I somehow was determined that this place would not disappoint. And my hunch was right; it didn't. We did make a reservation ahead of time. Upon arriving, we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside to which we said inside (for a mid-October evening, the temperature outside was decent and yet we weren't sure about sitting outside the whole time. We made the right call. Occasionally the cool breeze came in from the side door at the bar (as it was left open; they said once closed it locks so it would inconvenience the people out in the open deck area to leisurely come in) and it felt a bit cold to our liking.) Inside was lively. The beautiful modern-looking lounge was filled with all kinds of chitchat by other guests. Our conversation was sometimes canceled by it where we had to talk into our ears but we certainly didn't mind it. Yes, the ambiance is what you come here for. He got the Juicy Bits IPA and I got the French red blend (Grenache and Cote du Rhone). We browsed the food section in the menu. Some looked interesting but we ended up not ordering anything as even though we ate lightly at the first restaurant we were still quite full from it. Our waiter (young male, I believe his name was Payton) was busting his bottom. When he was at our table taking our order he said he was pretty much the only one who was assisting with the guests in the main indoor area. He occasionally got help from his colleague. It appeared to be an understaffed night. We completely understood. Payton, you were pleasant to us; thank you. We truly enjoyed our drinks. FYI - Juicy Bits IPA is not on tap so even though they poured it into a glass the server couldn't pour everything into it so he brought the can as well (btw, it's a 16oz can.) As much as I enjoyed my bold red wine his IPA stole the spotlight at our table. He is a beer guy and he couldn't help but taking a photo of the can for future purposes/purchase. Juicy Bits is a local craft beer made in Greeley. Quite refreshing beer indeed. Well, we sat in our comfy couch for an extended period of time from 6:30 to 9pm. We both stepped outside to the open deck area for a quick view earlier in our dining experience. And we must say that this is one of the best rooftop restaurants we've been to in the Denver area. We shall be back.

They kept it cool on an unusually warm day. It's not often you find charcuterie and coffee in the same sentence, and well what a good idea for a cafe! They have a bar in addition to a full coffee program, so you can really visit at any hour of the day. I ordered an iced Americano and boy it was strong. Gave me the caffeine jolt I needed. Wow, I didn't expect to be blown away by a bar! The Lazy Greyhound is not your typical watering hole - the establishment is a chic speakeasy-style cocktail lounge inspired by the classic British gentlemen's clubs of the 18th and 19th centuries. Nestled within downtown Littleton on Main Street, the location is a hidden gem amidst numerous breweries. After easily finding free street parking nearby, we arrived shortly before 8:30 PM. Entry was like stepping into a different world through an unassuming exterior - inside, the dimly lit room's timeless elegance with Chesterfield leather sofas was softly illuminated by the three stained glass pieces above the bar, one of which depicts the venue's namesake. The tasteful décor adds a touch of class and sophistication to the intimate ambiance and handsome atmosphere. After we were granted to enter past the red velvet rope at the front door, we grabbed a seat at one of the Chesterfields. The comfortable lounge seating made for a cozy spot for relaxed socializing and the music volume was perfectly pleasant for personal conversations. The setting was casual, but refined, with vintage touches. My kind of place, for sure. To complement the stylish environment, The Lazy Greyhound offers an extensive menu featuring a unique blend of timeless classic cocktails, "OLD DOGS/TRIED & TRUE CLASSICS," and creatively crafted modern drinks, "NEW TRICKS/SEASONAL CREATIONS," as well as beer, wine and "SMALL BITES/SHAREABLE SNACKS." Remarkable service also adds to the delightful experience. Our server, Zach/Zack/Zac (sp?), was warm, friendly and genuinely engaging - he took the time to guide us through the impressive menu and was eager to offer beverage suggestions based on our preferences. I was looking for something with an egg white foamy topping, so he suggested the AMARETTO SOUR, IMPROVED ($15) which was velvety and the signature almond sweetness was not overpowering. Alyssa went with the ALWAYS ON CALL ($15), a deliciously creamy coffee-forward mixed drink. We also ordered the PINK SQUIRREL which Zach/Zack/Zac comped for us due to the long wait. The retro, indulgent mixed drink tickled us pink with its hue and creamy, sweet and nutty flavour. Serving the PINK SQUIRREL on the house to us reflected The Lazy Greyhound's commitment to customer care and satisfaction. Felixx ordered the yummy MEAT & CHEESE BOARD which was served with thoughtful presentation. True story: I super suck with electronics and am practically blind without my eyeglasses, so I accidentally undertipped Zach/Zack/Zac while using the handheld payment system. When I saw the receipt back at Alyssa's house, I was horrified to see that I hadn't tipped him what he deserved. I returned to The Lazy Greyhound on the 24th just before 11 PM. Even though they were closed and the doors were locked, I knocked until someone answered so I could personally give cash to Zach/Zack/Zac to make up for my mistake. He was very gracious and thankful. The Lazy Greyhound immediately earned its spot as a favourite bar of mine through their intimate, speakeasy-style atmosphere combined with their innovative concoctions and welcoming service. They stand out as a premier destination for a high-quality, relaxing and memorable evening.

The high top tables in the bar area were not cleared of the dirty dishes/plates etc. as the restaurant appeared to be understaffed at the time of our arrival. Hence, a young lady who greeted us upfront took us to the bar which we had issues with. We enjoyed looking at the menu for both food and drinks. Each side had selections of various kinds. Since we didn't need to eat, we turned our attention to the drink side where we noticed wine flights. Both red and white had had 4 different flights. And each flight comes with 3 varietals of wines. We both are more of red wine people. My daughter went with the Argentinian one; I went with the European Vacation. After comparing the two, our votes went to the European one. This definitely supersedes the South American wines in overall quality and tastes. Out of the 3 in the European one, the Spanish wine (Marques de Grinon, 'Caliza' 2020 vintage) stood out the most to us. After we had finished our flights my daughter ordered a full 6oz glass of it to fully immerse herself in the wonderful Espanol wine. The bartender, Jake, was peppy and pleasant to us. We felt bad though. He was busting his bottom to serve everyone in the bar area. Besides that young lady in the floor who occasionally came and went there was nobody else. Not sure if they were simply short staffed or they are always that way where they need to hire more staff, I hope the issue gets resolved soon. Hats off to Jake; no matter what, he was pleasant to everyone not forgetting to walk each one through the menu and promptly delivering their drinks once made.
