The dress code I say would be casual since we went for Denver restaurant week. There was a prefix menu so we did not get to choose off the full menu. I chose the steak with broccolini and mashed potatoes. My dessert was crème brûlée and my appetizer was a soup. The servers were very friendly and were able to seat us immediately. Because it was Restaurant week we did not need that much time to look over the menu. The food was than brought out course by course starting with the appetizers. I do not like salad so I chose the soup of the day. It happened to be a tortilla soup. I decided to give that to my dad who really enjoyed it. He said the flavors were really good. Next way, the entrées and I liked my steak! It was seasoned really well, the potatoes were great and the broccoli was good. To be honest, nothing really stood out about it. It was just a normal steak and potato meal in my opinion. When for dessert was the crème brûlée! I absolutely love crème brûlée and this one lived up to its expectations. To be honest, this was the best part of the meal. For this restaurant, it was $45 for these three courses. Our Valentine's Day dinner at Indulge Bistro & Wine Bar was, unfortunately, a letdown from the moment we arrived. Despite having a reservation, the restaurant was clearly unprepared to seat us, and once we finally made it to a table, we waited far too long before anyone even acknowledged us. The limited Valentine's Day menu was already missing multiple items, and the few interactions we had with staff were mostly to inform us--well after ordering--that they were out of what we'd selected. The servers were largely absent throughout the meal, leaving us feeling ignored on a night that should have felt special. To their credit, the food itself was good, and the restaurant ambiance was nice, but nowhere near worth the premium price tag given the disorganized service and overall lack of attention. When you're paying top-tier prices, the experience should at least meet the basic expectations of hospitality and preparedness. We won't be returning, and we'll be steering friends and neighbors elsewhere so they don't end up with the same disappointing experience. read more

We had an amazing time here to celebrate a birthday. There were 22 of us and we all loved it! From appetizers to main meals from drinks to desserts they did a great job. Our server named Jacki was friendly plus she delivered everything quickly and correctly! We were in the semi private room with nice big windows to see all the beautiful southglenn decorations. They required a credit card for a reservation, we get there, it's completely dead. Seemed completely unnecessary to for me to put a card down. Then we get served a cup of coffee with lip stick stained on it. Absolutely disgusting. We should have just walked out at that point. We were offered no compensation for that. We started off with an order of Washington Valley flatbread and Bacon and parmesan Brussels sprouts. The flatbread was very delicious! Their bread and butter is also very delicious and savory. There are some big grainy salt on top of the butter, highly recommend mixing the butter before spreading on your bread as it could get very salty. We waited very long and didn't get our Brussels sprouts served for more than an hour and we were quiet disappointed with soggy Brussels sprouts. Indulge is a nice, quiet, and clean restaurant located within the Southglenn Shopping Mall in Centennial focusing on American food and wine. My party visited on a Sunday during lunch time and there were only 2 other tables besides us. We ordered the breakfast burrito, prosciutto fig burger, brussel sprouts to share, and bottomless mimosas/bellinis. Everything was good and fairly priced but nothing to write home about. Service was great. Our server made sure we were taken care of from walking in the door to walking out and never left our bottomless drinks empty. Good job! Happy hour here is the best for food. $6 giant meatball (Boursin cream, marinara, or stroganoff) are the best menu item. I also love the raw tuna guacamole and the flatbreads. Brussels sprouts are a little soggy the couple times I've tried them, so I'd avoid those if you're a crispy Brussels lover like me. Some wines are $6, bottled beer is around $3-5, and cocktails are $2 off. Don't forget to try the crème brûlée for dessert! Inside is the perfect ambiance for a date night, girls dinner, business meeting, or just a solo glass of wine and a book. I love the classy decor and dim lighting. So disappointed. went here for lunch with my two daughters today and I haven't been in a long time however, I have always had a good experience. Had to send back our spinach artichoke dip because it was cold and it was served with mushy cucumbers that I'm shocked they could slice. "Indulged" in their Happy Hour! Appetizers: - Poke Nachos ($18.00). A large bowl of Chips with nicely seasoned Poke Tuna and sauce. More than enough for two to share. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - Brussels Sprouts ($14.00). Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan shavings. I prefer a little more balsamic vinegar on the sprouts, but these were good. Entrees: - Fish & Chips ($22.00). Seriously, the fish filets were the size of a Hockey Puck! Huge! Perfect battering that doesn't overpower the fish and does not have oily flake underneath. We just went to Mother's Day brunch. The food was great and the choices were plentiful. Service was a bummer--the hostess was incredibly rude and waiter was ok, but nothing special. I had the loveliest experience at Indulge Bistro last weekend. The atmosphere was cozy but modern, and everything--from the wine list to the dessert--was delightful. But what really stood out to me was the young lady at the front, Brooklyn. She greeted us with the kindest smile and made us feel so welcome right from the start. We loved our dinner at Indulge. First time there. We were visiting from CA. They have an extensive menu with GF options. I had the fig jam Prosciutto burger with a GF bun. The quality of the bun was excellent and the burger and sweet potato fries were superb. Others in my party ordered the flatbreads....Mediterranean style and another was Hawaiian with pineapple. Their side salads are great and a good compliment if all you want is something smaller to go with your appetizer. Delicious! The only qualm I had was the waitstaff. It was a very busy night (Friday evening), and I do empathize for our waiter, Shannon, who had a large number of tables he was responsible for. I got there right when they opened and there wasn't a server to be found. There was one person sitting at the bar having lunch so I knew they were opened. I wasn't greeted for around 5 minutes. The server/host came from the kitchen and didn't even apologize for the wait. She was a bit cold. Then I got seated, looked like the owner or manager showed up. He walked by my table and opened the door next to me but never greeted me. I was the only one in the dining room, he should have said hello. It was awkward. Really wanted it like this place. Came for HH, and they do have great offering. Their prices higher than you'd like at a HH. Service was good. The most unfortunate thing is this place labels itself as a wine bar, but don't even have the most essential tools to be called that. If you're serving someone the last of a bottle, the least you'd expect from a wine bar is to use a sieve or not dump in sediments into the glass you're serving. My hubby and I were going to a movie at the theater at the Streets of Southglenn, so we came here for dinner prior to the movie. The restaurant is very lovely and clean. I ordered a glass of wine off the happy hour menu and it was very good. The happy hour prices were very good as well. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana and Hubby a Cesar Salad. The food arrived quickly. My husband's salad he enjoyed very much. My entree, I did not enjoy at all. The chicken was literally burned to a crisp and totally black on the bottom. I had difficulty cutting it with a very sharp knife. The pasta on the side was watery and over cooked. I made a valiant attempt to eat it but it was useless. It was so burnt, I gave up. Our server, who was awesome BTW, came around to check on us and noticed I wasn't eating and I showed him the chicken and his eyes got huge, and said he would comp the entree. I was very nice to him, it wasn't his fault, the kitchen never should have sent it out in the first place. Since we were on a time crunch I couldn't order another entree so popcorn at the theater was my meal. Great place. This was my first time visiting this location, I've visited the Highlands Ranch location several times. I loved the ambiance and the service was great. The happy hour specials are good. Nice happy hour wines and cocktails and quite the selection of happy hour bites. Plus- it's good to know they are very thoroughly cleaning- even the menus were getting the antibac wipe down when I walked in. Quick and very nice service. The ambiance was excellent and the atmosphere quiet, allowing us to catch up with friends we hadn't seen is over a year. The staff was helpful and friendly, and our table was waiting when we arrived. We enjoyed an appetizer with drinks and then ordered our dinner. I had the chicken bbq flatbread which was excellent. My wife had a salmon salad with was also very good. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. We spent quite some time there and never felt rushed. Our only disappointment was that the server originally said the soup-of-the-day was lobster bisque, but she discovered that was wrong and the soup was a red bean soup. My mom made plans for us to meet friends here for lunch on a Monday afternoon. I was concerned that the service would be bad after reading the reviews here. I had nothing to worry about! The service (our server was Marie) was wonderful--fast, friendly, and responsive. Our food and drinks were top notch--the salmon, a burger with an Impossible patty, the strawberry spinach salad, the chicken salad, and prosecco and a spicy pineapple margarita. Also, Crème Brule for dessert. Everything was fresh and well prepared. We all cleaned our plates! I also have to say, that the entire restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as long as someone is able to open the heavy door to the restroom. This is often not the case, so I commend Indulge for making sure everyone can enjoy their restaurant. We live far away, but if we return to Centennial, we will definitely be back! read more

Despite living in the neighborhood, neither of us had ever been here- and now I know why. While our server was very nice and the wine we ordered (a Tempranillo) was delicious, the manager was so incredibly rude, literally muttering passive aggressive comments about us leaving while he was behind the bar. The sign outside says open 11 am - close. If you're going to be that rude to two moms of toddlers who finally got a tiny break out of their homes, you should maybe say you close at like, I don't know 6 pm. I wish we'd gotten his name. However, the potatoes were so cold they were inedible. My meal was so very subpar as well as my husbands. Thankfully out guest was better. We looked at each other and said one and done.
