This place is weird and magical. Food's a 4, everything else is a 6. The service is spot-on, the atmosphere is really enjoyable.

Haven't been to the Dam Grille in years. Walked and and were warmly greeted to find a seat anywhere. It's your typical sports bar with a variety of entertainment (TV and Pool) and drinks (any kind of booze your heart desires). Dam Grille offers cheap drinks and from what I saw from the menu, good, cheap bar food. The decor is hilarious, with taxidermied deer heads and a spatoon and fish tanks with a variety of fancy fish. Fun place if you're looking for a sports bar in the DTC. read more

Haven't been to the Dam Grille in a while. Bartenders are friendly and ready to serve spirits and beer. The liquor selection isn't the best, but that's how they can afford to offer drinks at cheap prices. Decor is eclectic with fish tanks and taxidermy with googly eyes. Wednesday is Ladies Night, 5pm-close with $2 '360 Vodka' drinks--a headache waiting to happen. There are plenty of TVs and pool tables at this neighborhood sports bar. read more

We went to The Dam Grill for drinks and to play pool. For a sports bar the drinks we good, but nothing special. We did love there pool area which was very clean and we had a lot of fun playing pool. We did order chicken nachos which were not good--they had fake cheese on them--definitely would not order again. The bathrooms were really clean,and the service was really good. Matt the manager who was also our sever was not only friendly, he had a dry humor we really appreciated and we enjoyed talking to him. Great place to play pool! read more

This is a cool place to grab a drink, watch some sports and get some good bar food. They have some pool tables and usually loud music playing. The staff is pretty cool for the most part. I tend to go on ladies night, Wednesday because they have $2 vodka drinks and you can't beat that. They have delicious large puffy tacos, yummy wings and loaded nachos. I've been to The Dam Grille a few times before and usually had a good experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing. We came in to watch the Nuggets game and have a good time, but the service ended up being one of the worst we've had. Our server, a woman with glasses and tattoos, seemed very disorganized from the start. She took our order, but our appetizer never came out. We had ordered fried pickles and nachos, and I honestly think she forgot about nachos completely. Our wings came out and were actually pretty good, but the service kept getting worse. My friend asked for ranch, and even though she came back about 20 minutes later to check on us, she still never brought it. That was another thing she forgot. What made this more frustrating was that it was a slow day, so it didn't seem like the staff was overwhelmed. This is a local bar we've always liked coming to, so I really did not expect such poor service. I've worked in hospitality for many years, so I understand that mistakes happen, but this level of inattentive service was hard to ignore. I honestly did not feel like leaving a tip, but I still left 10%. Overall, the food was decent, but the service on this visit was a big letdown. I hope this was just an off day, because this experience definitely changed how I feel about coming back. read more

We are two of the Dam Grille's original customers. The food was always top notch. Today, my husbands chicken sandwich was decent, the French fries were gross. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. It was bad. I couldn't eat it. I should have sent it all back but left the hasbrowns and took the eggs and sausage for the dog. The service was great! Let it be known the fan base that congregates on Sundays was beyond rude and obnoxious- Vikings fans. we couldn't get out of there soon enough. read more

They lure you in with a buy one get one free offer but then require you to purchase an highly overpriced drink, so its not worth the hassle. The food was fresh and hot but nothing special, just regular bar food. The foul odor of stale cigarette smoke hits you in the face as you walk in like being kicked in the face by an MMA fighter. It has been a lot of years since I've visited this place. This visit did not disappoint. Super friendly staff help you get through the menu and choose your beverages. TV is all around to watch whatever sport you want. I visited with friends after officiating lacrosse all day and was happy to order a giant beef and bean burrito smothered with green chili. As a native Minnesotan I was thrilled to find a Vikings bar in the area I live. To be fair they are a full sports bar, but they specifically support Denver and Minnesota. The Bar and grill itself is great, a decent amount of room, even when it is busy (which it was when we visited) it is a reasonable volume that allows you to talk with your table, and it is clean. The service was exceptional and the prices were very good. They also have daily and happy hour specials for those who want to take advantage. The food is typical bar/grill food. It was good but nothing that is going to knock your socks off. Though they do have some great "comfort food" options like chili dog sliders and nachos. Overall with a bit better quinine The Dam bar & grill would have snagged a 5 star review, but it is pretty great as is. Arrived at 9:30pm . Sitting in outside patio, no one came to me for 10 mins. Having to go to bar to catch their attention and placed order. I ordered fried catfish. All belly nuggets , extra fatty and greesy. It is fresh I can tell but cat fish belly vs fish fillet on the back are way different. My advice is not to order catfish there. I was visiting from out of town, (and will probably try the Dam again next week). It what you would expect from a local sports bar. The food was 3.5 , the atmosphere was 3.5 the service by the bartenders were 4 and the service from the waitress was a 2. The really cool thing (which is smart to keep customer there) is they raffle off a Denver Broncos jersey, but you have to be there before halftime to be in the drawing as the winners announced at the end of the game. First time going out in Centennial, here for work, the bartenders here are awesome! Liz made sure I never finished my drink before I had another coming and Kendal kept us engaged and made us laugh the whole night. The "Dam Grille" proved to be a super interactive bar. I am not a fan of sports bars with TV's filling the walls, but I had a WOW-riffic afternoon of smiles at this sports bar. "Matt" who follows me on social media started the smiles with a welcoming greeting when I sat down. The pARTy Pal Team of "Mario & Fernando" (customers) invited me over to their table for a smile-riffic conversation. Smilin' server "Abby" walked over for a "hello" and some smile-riffic words after "Matt" introduced me. Then super smilin' server *Kelsie" kept me smilin' & laughin' continuously with her positive energy antics. Regular customer "Sianta" added even more smiles to my visit to Dam Grille, making me feel part of the village of super nice locals. My super-riffic (& busy) bartenders Julia" & "Cat Woman" (sadly, did not get her name) were super at delivering my cold Coors Banquet beers, plus even taking time for some bar-talk between all the beers, laughs & smiles. I love a good dive bar, but this place isn't even that. The waitress was really unfriendly, had to chase her down to place an order. We tried the burger and hot dog, both of which were the quality you would expect from a gas station. And to top it off, the vibe was super weird. We were uncomfortable the whole time we would there. I love this place! I took my friend for lunch and they had a lunch special buy one burger get one free. We did the special and the burgers were so good and juicy. They also have a good ladies night on Wednesday with $2 martinis. We will definitely be back for that. I highly recommend going to this place if you're in the area. read more

Pretty cool little sports bar tucked into a strip mall. Had some time to kill & wanted to catch some football so hubby & I came here & saddled up to the bar. Chose a few local beers off their large draft menu. Then decided we need to try the bacon wrapped jalapenos because someone next to us got some & they looked delicious. They were!! I could eat about 10 of those suckers myself. ;) Shot a few games of pool then tried the bowling game. It was quite empty on an early Sunday afternoon. I completely forgot about this hole-in-the-wall place after my Yelp app recently suggested I come for happy hour. I've been here a time or two - both resulting in hazy memories but what I do recall is: ++ Happy hour specials are the bomb. Literally so cheap and pours are strong. ++ Staff is ultra friendly, nice and clearly have a good relationship with their regulars. ++ Plenty of parking outside the strip mall and tons of tv's for the Bronco games! -- Space is small/awkward, but features mirrors throughout, to give the illusion of a bigger space. -- Food is terrible, and mainly fried. I've sampled a few different things, which resulted in feeling greasy and an upset stomach. -- Little patio, but mainly people smoke out there. Shoehorn shaped bar with flatscreens surrounding, diverse music, pool tables, served bar food - check when the kitchen closes which i think might be midnight? - and pool tables. And....it's not dirty. Pulling up to the spot threw me off cuz it's kinda in a strip mall but don't judge a book by its cover! Recommend (for drinks at least). I feel like this should be on an episode of bar rescue. The place just feels dingy, dated and not clean. The food is very subpar, but what really pissed me off was that they allow tables to smoke on their patio which is right next to the restaurant with no barrier (a glass garage door that's open) so if you're sitting inside, you can smell everybody's cigarettes. I thought this was not allowed in Colorado. What the hell?? I do not want to smell your customer cigarette smoke while I'm trying to eat my over priced 7-11 tasting nachos.
