Everyone needs their local sports bar, after one visit to Skippy's, it is my go to local sports bar now. Drinks were priced fairly, ice cold beers, service was great, and food was amazing. There are daily specials and so many TV's with every possible sports game possible. Even on a Sunday afternoon, it was lively but still inviting. Would recommend their Club sandwich, will get it next time again!

This place is nice, I've been a a few times now, and it hasn't disappointed. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. They also have different deals every day. They have 4.5 deep eddy's, 3-5 dollar shots, 5-6 dollar margaritas, 3 dollars wells and domestic beers. Service is friendly and they do have table service. A few times we at these little booths and the severs were attentive but not overbearing. The bar is nice and they have a lot of tvs, so definitely come earlier on Sunday if you want to watch the games at the bar.

    caesar salad

Ordered a caesar salad and honestly it's an insult with 5 croutons on it. It's all old and browned lettuce, no dressing, maaayyybe some parmesan cheese. Also ordered some onion rings and those were good, but still upsetting I spent money on this. Picture is exactly what it looked like when I opened the container....

Went here for a burger, not disappointed! Tons of TVs, great atmosphere (Nuggets playoff game), fast and friendly service, good food, and cheap prices. Specials every day, so plenty of options for keeping a low tab. Don't be discouraged by the blah shopping center, this place is a hidden gem.

Good ol decent neighborhood sports bar. Cheap drinks and food. I love the bartenders, super attentive and friendly. The salad was delicious, but the cheesesteak could have used more cheese. Still, good and cheap. We'll be back. It's definitely a hole in the wall, but they have many TV's and Pool Tables.

The burger was $18 and honestly just average. Nothing about it justified the price. They advertise a "Baja sauce" as part of the burger, but when it came out there was barely any on it. I asked for more and got charged $0.50 for it. Same thing with ranch for the fries (not house-made), still charged extra, and they didn't even bring it out with the food after I asked for it when ordering. I had to remind them, and there was no apology, just a drop-off like it was no big deal. The fries portion was light, and overall the food just felt like corners were being cut while still charging full price. Soggy fries. Dried out burger. Service was inattentive across the board. When I asked for my last drink and the check, they forgot the check entirely. I sat there another 15 minutes waiting until I had to flag someone down again. That shouldn't happen, especially when it wasn't busy enough to justify it. The environment didn't help either. It's loud in a chaotic way, not just energetic sports bar loud, but TVs everywhere, kids running around, babies crying. On top of that, people were smoking right outside the entrance, so you walk straight through that to get in. One of the more frustrating parts: the metal chairs at the high tops scratched my $250 Patagonia jacket. Then to top it off, the blue pen they gave me to sign the check leaked ink all over my hand, which got on my jacket and car afterward. That's just careless. Only positives were that the beer and whiskey prices were reasonable, and the drinks themselves were fine. However, I took a risk with places like this because most likely they haven't cleaned their beer lines in years. Overall, this felt like a place that charges like it's better than it is, but cuts corners on both food and service. I won't be back. Not worth the $50+

Our service was quite bad. It took over 30 minutes each time to get someone (we had to flag them down). The waitresses were chatting and not exactly paying attention to tables. Just not a super enjoyable experience when you have to flag people down to order and get ignored. Probably wont return here. This spot has a lot of potential if it werent for the poor service

This is why tiki stayed dead for thirty-plus years. Sour mix is a crime and does not belong on a modern bar menu. The Mai Tai was simply not good. The nicest thing our party had to say about our single round was, "I guess I prefer a weak Piña Colada to an overly sweet Piña Colada?" On the upside, at least the drinks were "only" ten dollars. I can't say the combination of blasting music and the overhead lighting of a dentist's office made for a particularly pleasurable environment. We actually went for food because the menu they have posted online looks great. Latin American with a bit of Caribbean influence. Unfortunately their kitchen is being remodeled and will be closed until "next week". Maybe we'll try again at some point and just skip the drinks? (Nah.)

If you need to go to such extremes, maybe you should have a metal detector or have people sign a release agreeing to sexual assault before you even walk in. In the end, between that and the vibe and the fact it wasn't even a tiki bar, we were not comfortable staying. There is nothing tiki about this place. No flaming drinks, no umbrellas, no funny glasses. 5 minutes we can never get back and left feeling violated.

This place has that classic sports bar energy you hope for... TVs everywhere, a lively crowd, and the kind of atmosphere where you can kick back and enjoy a solid burger. If you're a burger fan, be warned--the menu is loaded. It actually took a minute to land on a decision because there are so many creative options. I went with the Burger in a Bowl and added blue cheese. Now let's talk about that... They don't do the "light sprinkle" thing here. They pile it on, and as someone who appreciates bold flavor, I was all in. The burger itself was cooked well and had great flavor throughout. It comes with steak fries, and I specifically asked for them well done... unfortunately, they didn't quite hit that crispy finish I was hoping for. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting. Service was okay--nothing negative, just not overly engaging or memorable. Kind of a "take your order and keep it moving" vibe. That said, the overall experience was strong. Between the atmosphere, the variety on the menu, and a really solid burger, this is absolutely a place I'd come back to if I lived nearby. Pro Tip: If you're a blue cheese fan, don't hesitate--they go big with it here. Final Verdict: Great spot for burgers and a laid-back sports bar experience. A little more attention to fries and service would push this into 5-star territory.

Despite the current ratings of less than 4 stars, I somehow was determined that this place would not disappoint. And my hunch was right; it didn't. We did make a reservation ahead of time. Upon arriving, we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside to which we said inside (for a mid-October evening, the temperature outside was decent and yet we weren't sure about sitting outside the whole time. We made the right call. Occasionally the cool breeze came in from the side door at the bar (as it was left open; they said once closed it locks so it would inconvenience the people out in the open deck area to leisurely come in) and it felt a bit cold to our liking.) Inside was lively. The beautiful modern-looking lounge was filled with all kinds of chitchat by other guests. Our conversation was sometimes canceled by it where we had to talk into our ears but we certainly didn't mind it. Yes, the ambiance is what you come here for. He got the Juicy Bits IPA and I got the French red blend (Grenache and Cote du Rhone). We browsed the food section in the menu. Some looked interesting but we ended up not ordering anything as even though we ate lightly at the first restaurant we were still quite full from it. Our waiter (young male, I believe his name was Payton) was busting his bottom. When he was at our table taking our order he said he was pretty much the only one who was assisting with the guests in the main indoor area. He occasionally got help from his colleague. It appeared to be an understaffed night. We completely understood. Payton, you were pleasant to us; thank you. We truly enjoyed our drinks. FYI - Juicy Bits IPA is not on tap so even though they poured it into a glass the server couldn't pour everything into it so he brought the can as well (btw, it's a 16oz can.) As much as I enjoyed my bold red wine his IPA stole the spotlight at our table. He is a beer guy and he couldn't help but taking a photo of the can for future purposes/purchase. Juicy Bits is a local craft beer made in Greeley. Quite refreshing beer indeed. Well, we sat in our comfy couch for an extended period of time from 6:30 to 9pm. We both stepped outside to the open deck area for a quick view earlier in our dining experience. And we must say that this is one of the best rooftop restaurants we've been to in the Denver area. We shall be back.
