Tried this local sports bar on a Tuesday night and ordered the tacos special priced at $3 each. My partner ordered a Reuben sandwich with a side of crispy onion rings. Our meals were tasty but temperature of the food was lukewarm. Bartender, Lindsey was friendly and nice and service was quick. Lots of TV's (26) surrounded the place and the music on the jukebox was good. We sat at the wrap around bar which was beautiful maple. Plenty of seats at the bar and also individual tables. There's 2 pool tables situated on left side of the place along with another section with more seating. I'm not much of a sports bar person but this place was nice and casual and will definitely be back. read more

Went to Scooters on Saturday to watch the Avs playoff game, and it was honestly disappointing for a sports bar experience. During the game, the waitress McKenzie told the bartender Nathaniel who is an awesome Bartender to turn music on and when he pointed out that it was an Avs playoff game, she said she didn't care and still wanted the music on. So he turned on the music. How do you host a Colorado playoff game at a sports bar and choose music over the game audio? Fans come to sports bars for the atmosphere and to actually hear the game. Definitely took away from the experience. If you want to watch and hear the game I suggest you go to Legends. read more

I like to go to this place during the day. At night, it can get a little sketchy. During the day though, it is a great place to watch football. They have the NFL Sunday ticket so you can watch any team. They have no problem changing a channel or seating you someplace so you can see your team. I have eaten several things here and hasn't had anything bad. This last time we had the southwest eggrolls and they were delicious! I love the sauce they come with. Overall cool bar to hang out at and grab a bite to eat or cold drink. read more

Not bad for a neighborhood bar. I was on this side of town doing some shopping and stopped in with my son to catch the Tyson/Paul fight. We had some wings, cheese fries and a couple of drinks. The staff is friendly and the bar food was good. The drinks were okay. I think they sat for a bit because they were so slammed for the fights because when we got them, the ice had melted a good chunk and they were watery. I used to live on this end of town and went more frequently back in the day. The staff always makes you feel at home and it definitely has that neighborhood bar feeling where everybody knows your name. They have lots of tvs, a patio area and pool table. We went in for breakfast last Saturday. They open at 8:00 so this worked well. The place is a bit of a dive and dark. However we were surprised that the Bloody Mary's were only $7 and the food wasn't expensive either. Having spent a lot of money at BJs the night before, this was a great deal. My husband and friends had breakfast burritos and I had the Juevos rancheros. The food was really good. The green chile was very tasty with good flavor and a little spice. The waitress was really friendly and accommodating. Service was a bit slow but we weren't in too much of a hurry so no problem there. We will be back the next time our girls have a volleyball tournament at the Field House. read more

Scooters has been one of my favorite eating spots for over 25 years! They updated their menu slightly this past month, today I tried the Cheese Broccoli Soup and Salad. Black Eyed-Pea has had the corner on Cheese Broccoli soups for ever... watch out! Scooters staff has got your number! Customer service was GREAT. Sean was very attentive, and kind! From the outside, it looks kind of sketch, but give it a try! We got bacon cheese fries as a starter-- 9/10. They just need to put cheese throughout bc the bottom was empty. For meal- we got boneless bbq wings --- Soo good My meal was the Italian hero-- I didn't like it. Pretty greasy and salty for me. Best. Fried. Chicken! You don't have to believe me, but this scratch kitchen knows how to make a tasty fried bird. Their crispy buffalo chicken sandwich (order hot, please) is perfect and consistent. They offer thick fries and skinny fries. There is just something special about an old school bar (and grill) that serves amazing food. Don't sleep on the green chili. Be brave and put it on anything. The burgers are good. The wings are good. You can't really go wrong. Service is also very good, which isn't a big deal to me personally, but it shows how much everyone there contributes to a great experience. read more

Doesn't look like much from The outside (end of a strip mall) and once inside it looks more like a sports bar with pool tables and a bar with some high top tables. So I was expecting typical bar type food but was pleasantly surprised by the food-great breakfast items (even after 12:00 noon) and very reasonable prices. This was a good lunch/breakfast stop on the way to the airport (if you're in Aurora area). I brought my teenage daughter and didn't feel weird sitting with her in the bar area (there was some annoying screaming kid in the regular table area) so it didn't appear that kid friendly at first but my daughter loved the food and we appreciated the price! Would certainly come back again if I'm in the Aurora area. read more

Scooters has amazing hot chicken wings! They provided a lot of sauce. And you can tell the sauce is fresh. We also got 2 drinks. My boyfriend ordered a whisky drink-he liked his drink! I like this spot. It's not corporate owned. The clientele was a melting pot and a mix of young and old. The food was expensive for what it was but at least it was tasty. The service was very good. If Im in the area again I would definitely go back. A plus for me was the guy who came by old school with his beautiful real roses and stuffed animals. Been to this place about 5-7 times in the past few months and have had a great time each time we've come here. First off, I love this place!!! Sat at the back bar, the bartender Raquel was amazing!! Service was quick, bar was clean and food was great!!! This is my new "go to" for Taco Tuesdays!! Nice sports bar. Really good food. I had a chicken sandwich which I had to take off the bread to eat. The onion rings are very good. My son had the fish and chose chips. He liked it. He gave me the coleslaw. It tasted fresh and was pretty good. Could have used a little more flavor. Hubby had the steak and cheese with skinny fries and really liked it. It's a sports bar and for the most part you get exactly what you think you're going to get here. But let me tell you guys, they have THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER here! I usually get the buffalo chicken sandwich, which is an amazing deal at $11 with fries included. The fries are also very good here. The chicken fingers are also an excellent choice if you want something slightly lighter. Great daily specials, too. There are only two sports bars I go to just for the food, and this is one of them, for sure. read more

In town for work and stumbled across this place. The service was amazing and so welcoming as I was surrounded by regulars. They also welcomed me and I had a blast. Food used to be good.. but now every time I order to go something is wrong. Either I'm missing something or food is cold. Tonight we ordered the sauce on the side for the Wings and they gave me the smallest side of sauce for an order of 24 Wings and the nachos were cold; the fried were cold also. It's not worth spending $80 bucks on cold food, I get more sauce at McDonald's. read more

Came in for the UFC fight. It was filled till the gills. We waited for 15 min for a table and found one near the back bar. The night went as so... 7:45 pm walked to the bar for the first round if drinks. 8:00 pm the waitress came to our table and said "since you guys aren't eating, can I take the condiment tray." I informed her we had yet to receive menus. She said I will bring you menus, then took the condiment tray anyway, and left. 8:08 pm. She yelled at the bartender to bring us menus, and he did. 8:44 pm. Back to the bar for another round, waitress still has not come back to take an order. 8:48 pm. We flagged down Johnny the bartender, and asked if we could just order from him since our waitress was M.I.A. He took our order. SCORE. 9:05 pm. The waitress busses the table. 9:32 pm. Food delivered. Not the right order, but close. 11:00 pm. Paid up and left. Waived at our waitress...she still made no eye contact. read more
