Rosie's Diner is very charming with the 50's-themed pictures on the walls to the jukeboxes at the booths, and the special touch of having a classic pink caddy sitting out front. I love having the option of breakfast for dinner and at Rosie's, they serve breakfast all day. Nom nom! Mom and I came here on a busy Sunday afternoon (post church crowd) and we were told to expect a 15min wait. We put ourselves on the waitlist and once we sat down outside, the totally amazing technology took over. We were able to watch the waitlist on the Yelp app and we received our "table is ready" text on our mobile as well as thru the app. Pretty sweet! The cakes here are definitely a safe go to. Slightly sweet and fluffy and taste good with syrup, jam or alone. The restrooms could use a little attention. The floors were wet and the towel dispenser not working properly. The diner is tastefully decorated like an old school 60s diner. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I came here on around noon on a weekday and it was busy. Still, we were immediately sat and greeted by our waiter. She quickly got our drink order in and gave us just enough time to review the menu. They have a lot of menu options that are decently priced. Menu is quite extensive, lots of options, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered breakfast, shared a Steak and eggs breakfast. The server was nice enough to split it onto two plates. That was great. Rosie's hits all of the classic diner points: retro decor, friendly service, and massive portions of delicious food. We enjoyed a couple of scrambles and a carnitas and bean burrito. Each scramble came with a pancake on the side. This pancake meant business! It was very tall and nicely cooked. The burrito was served wet with salsa and cheese, and came with a side of fries. Very very disappointing. The two stars would've been one, but my waitress was very good and did her best to take care of me otherwise only one star. Used to be my go to for fish and chips. Yesterday the fish was over battered and way overcooked basically terrible. I ordered biscuits and gravy full order to take home to my wife. I'm glad I forgot it at the office. The next day, planning to have it for breakfast, I opened the container and there sat two large biscuits with maybe a drop of gravy. Management needs to take a look at what's going on in the kitchen. Rosie's Diner has a huge menu and does everything on there (that I've tried, at least) reasonably well. On my visit yesterday to place a take out order, the hostess/to go clerk provided excellent service. I also found their sample platter of treats like a shake, a sundae, a banana split, etc., that they had sitting on the counter to be an attractive diner thing. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed with the Classic Pot Roast that I tried. It was OK. But for a pot roast to be GOOD, the meat needs to melt in my mouth, and this was pretty chewy. It was tasty, but won't be a repeat for me. If you do try the pot roast at some point, I recommend asking for a pair of their DINNER ROLLS to be substituted for the two pieces of Texas Toast that came with it. But I will be back to Rosie's. It will take me years to try "everything" on the menu! read more

This place is super cute!! Very old school diner vibes. We came on a Sunday morning around 10 and we were able to get seated immediately. The server came around pretty quick to ask us if we wanted any drinks. She quickly got us our drinks and was ready for us whenever we were ready to order. The menu is super big and offers a lot of different options. We opted for their breakfast options, but will definitely come back to check out their other items. The food came out fairly quickly and everything was pretty good. The mexican chorizo benedict was 8.5/10. The sauce combo on the bendict was really good and it came with refried beans and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were nice and crispy. The skillet we ordered was also pretty good. Pretty classic and it came with a pancake. I wished the potatoes in the hash were slightly crispier, but overall 7.8/10. The pancake is a classic pancake and was very enjoyable. The coffee is also pretty standard and not sour/acidic. Our server also came by pretty often to make sure we were still doing okay. I give this place a 5 for its overall service, efficiency, taste, and price. I will be coming back again! Rosie's was ready to go! I ordered the turkey sandwich, upgraded to onion rings, a root beer and the peach cobbler. Sandwich - 10/10 diner fare! Generous portion, avocado was a nice touch. Onion rings - 8/10 only because I like smooth battered onion rings instead of breaded. Otherwise generous portion and piping hot. Root beer - 10/10 full glass of ice, classic diner large plastic cup, and refills offered on time and generously Peach cobbler a la mode - the ice cream was great, but I advise to skip the cobbler. Fun, retro, very reasonably priced diner. We had a large softball team group and enjoyed the covered patio on a nice day, with our dog welcome there. Tacos were a little bland but good (and salsa spiced them up), salmon was surprisingly well prepared for a burger-style diner, and the Greek salad was also well done. I substituted a side salad for fries, and it was nearly entree size and nicely crisp. Entree meals come with a large, homemade style bun and butter as well as sides, including healthy options like fruit and broccoli. We'd eat there regularly if we lived in the area. read more

Rosie's is a classic diner, reminiscent of the converted stainless steel rail cars that were once common along the eastern seaboard. It's not 100% authentic, but it's close enough for me. Photos of stars and musicians from the 1950s and 1960s line the walls. The shell of a pink 1957 Cadillac stands out front as an extension of the motif. Rosie's menu is also classic diner food, with special emphasis on breakfast, plus (we're in Colorado, after all) a variety of tasty "South of the Border" entrees. I went tonight for dinner and ordered the Fried Chicken, as I was told it was more good than the Chicken Fingers or the Chicken Fried Chicken. I am posting a photo, as I was rather shocked at the tiny pieces of chicken there was and not much meat on them. The mashed potatoes were, supposedly, made from scratch, but I rather doubt it. For the amount of money of $15, I was disappointed. The waitress was very helpful and I appreciated that. They also give Senior Discounts, which is nice.
