Onions rings and rye burger

One of my favorite places to eat. Food is always good, restaurant is always lean and the staff is always friendly. Great atmosphere and the price is reasonable. There were left overs, again. What a great place to eat.

Man oh man, I used to live by this sweet diner years ago and after taking the hubs to the airport at the crack of dawn, I decided to treat myself cuz I was craving pancakes! Don't you just love it when you walk into a place you remember and it is EXACTLY the same? Fast friendly service, from the same lady that worked here years ago! And the pancakes were just as fluffy and delicious as I remember! What a treat. Ambiance is old school diner with comfy booths and nostalgia everywhere you look! Diners like this are few and far betweeen...

American Classic T-Bone Steak and Eggs, with a side of tomatoes.

Had a chance to dine at Rosie's while attending a conference in Aurora. The location is set up like an old 60's diner. Music is a bit loud, but I'm older so that me be just me. Menu is quite extensive, lots of options, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered breakfast, shared a Steak and eggs breakfast. The server was nice enough to split it onto two plates. That was great. Paired it with a side of sliced tomatoes. Perfect combination. Coffee was a little weak, but good flavor. Hopefully we'll have another chance to dine again. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

Service was great and I loved the nostalgic feel of this place. The food came out so quickly!! However, the food was meh. I had the eggs Benedict and it fell flat. There was not much flavor to it. My husband had the chicken friend steak skillet and it was covered in cheese. He said it was eh. The pancake felt very dry as well

Rosie's hits all of the classic diner points: retro decor, friendly service, and massive portions of delicious food. We enjoyed a couple of scrambles and a carnitas and bean burrito. Each scramble came with a pancake on the side. This pancake meant business! It was very tall and nicely cooked. The burrito was served wet with salsa and cheese, and came with a side of fries. It was delicious, packed with meat on the inside. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure.

Food: We ordered two types of egg Benedict. Desperado which is the Mexican influence Benedict. They are pretty unique combination & tasty. The Florentine egg Benedict is simple, but delicious. Not too greasy. My muffin is perfect crispy outside and soft inside texture. Spinach is crunchy & my egg is in the perfect runny egg yolks conditions! Hash brown is crispy & yummy. All the foods came out in generous portions for the price. Black coffee is taste medium bodies. Not sour, nor dark. Various types of creamer & sugar to choose from. Deducted 1 star because I think almost $4 bottomless coffee should have more complex flavor. Service: The waitress takes great care of us & gave 10% off for Veteran discount. Ambiance: Retro diner style. A lot of 70s era famous actor & actress everywhere. Clean restrooms. Nice pink Cadillac park outside for good family photo-op! Sum up: If you are in Aurora, you might want to check out this unique & classic diner.

My go-to breakfast break is Rosie's dinner, where I enjoy fresh and delicious meals accompanied by outstanding service. The 60s and 70s theme significantly contributes to the enjoyment of my meals.

Not a lot of good places to eat breakfast in Denver but Rosie's has always been amazing love this place it's always packed but the food is delicious. Service is great and love the decor in this place as well.

Classic diner with barstools "reserved" for the greats like Marilyn, Elvis, James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor, Frank Sinatra and more.

I've been visiting family in the area and we've come to Rosie's 4 times now because you can't get enough great food and drinks from here. We've tried multiple dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved the milk and malt shakes. The staff is amazing, quick, remembers everything we ordered without writing anything down and the food comes quickly and delicious. The 50'a diner ambiance is the cherry on top of the incredible milkshake

I was in Denver, CO and seeking a unique dining experience and I found Rosie's 50's Diner. The food at this establishment was definitely excellent and our server Jessica did a great job. The prices in this 50's diner were like you were back in time. The portion sizes were large, but more importantly, they tasted great. I walked out of this diner shaking my head over the prices. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is one of my regular spots for breakfast! Fantastic decor, excellent service, and fabulous food. This is the exact kind of place I seek out while on the road. I love to support local restaurants versus going to a large chain restaurant. This place is a must-visit if you are in the area. The food came out quickly, hot and fresh. The atmosphere is nostalgic but very comfortable. I would very highly recommend Rosie's if you're visiting Colorado. The Pink Caddy outside and the retro vibe is stellar! There is plenty of parking, and prices are good!

Macaroni and Cheese

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am about the change to your mac & cheese. It used to be my absolute favorite dish -- real comfort food that I looked forward to every time I ordered. But now it's completely different... even the noodles have changed. I honestly feel like I lost one of my favorite foods of all time. I called and was told nothing has changed, but it really has, and it breaks my heart. I'm only writing because I loved it so much before, and I wish you'd consider bringing the original recipe back.

I wanted a burger he wanted to sit down meal and we ended up at the Moonlight Diner. Walking into the diner is like a step back in time. The decor is 1950s memorabilia with chrome touches and leather wrapped seating. It's everything you would think a diner would be but the food is so much more. They have a full bar as well as dairy treats, including shakes and malts. They also have breakfast all day and love their pancakes. They also serve barbecue. But I went for the patty melt. And my other half went for breakfast. His breakfast was the mountain man breakfast and was full of meats, eggs hashbrowns, and Ken with pancakes, but he opted for English buffet instead. It also came with a side of toast. It was a very ample breakfast. My patty melt sure did hit the spot. It was a perfectly medium cooked hamburger on rye with cheddar, and Swiss melted with grilled onions and thousand island dressing. Instead of fries, I went for the mashed potatoes and gravy. It was comfort food to the max. My date also got the peanut butter shake. He slurped that down in a hot minute. He said it was wonderful. He offered me a taste at least twice before I noticed it was gone. There's also meatloaf on the menu as well as a pulled pork barbecue Frito pie and they have a Frito pie burger. They also serve meatloaf. They have several classics and several twists. I recommend going there. There's something for everyone.

Stopped by and we were seated right away and place was clean and the diner was pretty simple than the other ones ive been too so far :). Menu offered a whole variety of breakfast classics as well as burgers/handhelds and milkshakes which ive still yet to tried. Decaf coffee was good, I could drink it multiple times, will definetely order next time. Sweet Potato fries were really delicious and the steak flavor was okay, but atleast it was still tender/cooked perfectly, just wished it punch more but not bad. Mash potato was pretty disappointing. Patty melt was perfect and fries that came with it were perfect. HUGE PORTION TOO!! Ive also ordered a side of Mac which was also reallyyyy good. Service was fast and we were checked on plenty of times and the lady was nice. .. Pretty simple, nothing really over the top, but otherwise satisfied belly and will come back if craving more

We decided to eat there for our first meal after landing from the airport. We arrived to Denver Biscuit Co on a Thursday late afternoon recently. The restaurant is located inside the nice food hall, Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO. Parking is accessible all around the marketplace. The restaurant has fun vibrant modern decor. Plenty of booths and tables are available for dining in. A lively full bar with bar stools looks welcoming. There is a family friendly diner vibe going on which was great. Since it was about 4:00pm when we were seated unfortunately they were not serving anymore breakfast food which includes the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich. It ended up being a blessing in disguise though because it happened to be happy hour. We ended up ordering 2 Lights Out Burgers, Sully Fries, Kids chicken tenders, Old fashioned cocktail, and a glass of Chardonnay from the happy hour menu. We also ordered a big cinnamon roll to go. Everything was delicious. Our Lights Out Burgers were mouthwatering. The soft bun, huge juicy patty, melted cheese, pickles, onions were such a great concoction of bold flavors. Sully fries smothered with gravy was scrumptious with every messy bite. Our drinks were refreshing and perfect after a flight. The cinnamon roll was soft, moist, and delectable. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Denver Biscuit Co. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price point was more than fair. I love the location and Stanley Marketplace is such a fantastic food hall with many food/drink options. We will come back next time we are in town to try the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich and other menu items.

We happened across this listing for a restaurant -it's located in the Hyatt regency- but it's an open space with lots of windows and pretty views. We also were at the start of Denver restaurant week, it was early and we had selected items on a happy hour menu too. There were many menu options to choose from. Since we were early on a Sunday the restaurant was staffed however there were not many patrons until we were about 45 minutes into our dinner. It was very nice to have attention and great service, but we will have to return at a busier time to get the real feel. I had selections from the restaurant week menu and my husband chose from the regular menu. He was able to also take advantage of the happy hour drink menu. I had the starter salad with baby gem lettuce and mango, the presentation was very beautiful, and tasted so fresh and lovely. Then I had the trout featured entree also so pretty with asparagus and potatoes and wonderfully served. It was so tasty that I did say I would choose this if available on a regular menu too. For dessert we choose a banana dessert that were fried inside a crispy wrapper served with and iced cream again so pretty and delicious. My husband enjoyed the 5280 burger entree with fries, he stated that it was perfectly done to his specified request. He enjoyed it tremendously. We spent about an hour and a half and people began to arrive and be seated, there was never a disruption to our terrific service from Charlie and crew! We definitely enjoyed the entire restaurant experience and will come back on a regular date night.

My "credentials": I am from Aurora, though I don't live there anymore. I am somewhat of a foodie…read moreand fortunate to live in Southern California, where I have easy access to just about any cuisine- from street food to James Beard to Michelin. That said, my husband and I really enjoyed Borealis and ate most meals at the restaurant during our one-week stay. The only times we didn't eat at Borealis were when we went to my parents' and siblings' homes and a couple of times we went out. Even though Stanley was nearby, we preferred the dishes and service at Borealis. Highlights: Breakfast: French toast. It was simple but it was tasty. It was perfectly cooked. It didn't come with sides but it was perfect the way it was. It wasn't too sweet. I had a humble black coffee and half of my husband's bacon and it was the perfect start to the day. Happy Hour/Dinner: I'm not a big dinner person, so I tend to opt for appetizer or happy hour food. I had the pork green chili, egg rolls, and sliders during our stay. The sliders were delicious!!! I was actually going to have the hamburger that everyone at the bar raved about (I was there one night and the four other guests were eating and commented to the bartender how it was really good; my husband also had it twice), but it was too big for me. I figured that the sliders were of the same meat so it was the perfect size for me. Anyway, it did not disappoint. The egg rolls were ok, but a little too big for me. Maybe preference; maybe bias (my dad's is the best!). Dishes my husband had that I sampled and was blown away: The salmon with whipped ube mashed potatoes is a must-have. That was the perfect blend of savory and slight sweet. Had I not eaten my sliders, I would have orded my own. I have never seen this combo and it's definitely worth the drive (if you are not staying at the hotel). The steak with adobo sauce was also fantastic. The sauce was served on the side. Even without the sauce, the steak was tasty. And as I mentioned, he had the hamburger twice. Dessert: The ube tres leches was DELICIOUS!!!!! Other considerations: Price Point - Happy to say that it's not your typical hotel crazy price point. The cost is comparable to local restaurants, and the food was really good. Service - Shout out to the bartenders, especially Charlie! Very friendly and chill. Parking - There is free one-hour parking. There are also other free parking nearby. Seriously, even if you are not staying at the hotel, Borealis is definitely worth checking out.
