I recently dined at this place, and I have to say, the food was really excellent! Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, definitely a highlight of our visit. Most of the service was great too--our server was friendly and attentive. However, we did have a little hiccup with the timing of our meals. Three out of four arrived at once, but the fourth came about five minutes later. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did break the flow a bit. One concern I have is about the bathroom cleanliness. The floors were pretty disgusting, which made me a bit uneasy and left me wondering what the kitchen might be like. Overall, while the food and service were enjoyable, I think they really need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's a small thing, but it makes a big difference! read more

Someone described Jus Grill as 'no frills'. I do think that is an apt description. The decor is dated and could really stand to be brightened up. However. Despite what sounds like what would be a turn off, this place has a lot of pluses, at least based on my experience. My breakfast was fresh, tasty and hot. The service was efficient and prompt. And the prices (in my opinion) are unbelievably cost-friendly. I ordered the Mexican Frittata Breakfast (three scrambled eggs with chorizo, onions, jalapenos and homemade green chile, topped with refried beans and cheese). So it's not actually a frittata, but whatever. It also come with hash browns and your choice of toast or pancakes (or corn tortillas, in my case). It was a ton of food and tasty! I don't live nearby, but wish there was still a location near me (they closed the location they had in Aurora at Arapahoe & Liverpool during covid). read more

My sister's family and I went to breakfast today (12-29-25) and were greeted and seated. We placed our coffee order and looked at the menu. We then placed our order. . The food came quickly and we were amazed by the size of our meals. All four of our meals were excellent and outstanding, not to mention the cost of such a great meal. . I came in at noon. I sat at the bar. I was immediately approached and asked if i wanted a menu. There was a syrup mess on the bar that was ugly and sticky so i moved over a chair. Was craving a Monte Cristo sandwich and got it. Order came out in a reasonable time. Plate cool food hot so delivered right after prep. Fries were great. Sandwich was good but not a Monte Cristo. Was more a French toast sandwich. The compote they served with it was strawberry and tasted like a virgin strawberry margarita. I asked for ranch and they provided. Refilled my Diet Coke at a reasonable pace. It was good. Not great. read more

We love Jus Grill... when we go to DINE-IN... I wouldn't order off of Yelp/GrubHub/Ubereats again... the dish I usually order, was missing the green chile sauce, and even though I asked for a tortilla in the comment section as opposed to the bread I selected, they still gave me that bread... there was no option to choose otherwise. That service wasn't that great... I suppose if I were to try this again, I'd call in the order as opposed to using the online options... Otherwise, when we're there, it always poppin' food is delicious, service is quick and you get what you pay for. I probably ought to give them a separate review, bc they deserve 5 stars. read more

The best local diner in the neighborhood! They even serve alcohol. The service is fast and efficient. This place is popular- be prepared to wait for a table. They have the best corned beef hash, wonderful burritos excellent fish and chips - they even have the best liver and onions! You can even take a pie home! 3/15/25- The food is amazing at this place and the portions are massive. Of this place can serve large portions at a good price it makes me wonder why other places don't. Our favorite meal here is the seasonal corned beef and cabbage. Even their side salads are large. Service is about average, but the kitchen is faster then expected even when they are crowded. They have a menu that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus some cocktails to boot. The service is quick and friendly. They also offer specials on desserts, catering to the season, plus regular sweets as well. This restaurant is in a strip mall, so the parking is ample. I placed an order online and about 20 minutes late the area had a power outage. I showed up to get my order and it wasnt ready which was fine i half expected that. The manger came from the back and spoke with the young woman at the front and had her write my order down and he instantly took it back to the kitchen and i heard him ask them to make it right away. They were still able to cook but off of backup power but with no lights. I cant tell you how impressed i am with them and how well the food still turned out. Ok people I enjoy visiting family owned establishments to eat because they have more pride in their food then the usual big named expensive places do. I ate breakfast here, two days in a row! You can share a meal because the portion sizes are massive! You won't find yourself with an empty glass, because the waitstaff are on it! Breakfast is still good, return of Prime Rib for their weekend special is a disaster. For years they did a really good job of Prime Rib. It was dropped more than a year ago, reportedly due to rising food cost, the owner thought customers would opt for a more expensive (nicer) restaurant. They switched to braised short ribs, which were amazing! Even better than the Prime - but alas short ribs are not inexpensive per serving either. That idea only lasted a couple weeks. Now a year and a half later Prime Rib is supposed to be back, at $25/plate. Big price jump, understood. But now it's a much smaller serving, and tastes like some pre-cooked food service product that is thrown on the flat top to warm up before serving. Serving is a thin slice, looks like it came off a deli slicer. Tasteless and tough. It was so bad I did not eat much of it - it came home to be really expensive dog food. Seems like the owner's original fear became a self-fulfilling prophesy - I'll gladly go to Texas Roadhouse or Saltgrass and pay only about 10-15% more for a serving that is around 400% better and 30% larger. I cannot adequately convey the difference in quality - went from pretty good slow roasted meat to something that should come out of a vending machine in a gas station. I wish I could follow up later to see if they returned to their old quality, but it just isn't worth the risk. For about the same price the other restaurants I mentioned above are a sure bet. I'll still come here for breakfast occasionally, but that is about it. read more

The waitress rude, I saw she was eating when we walked in (we weren't the only ones) she was upset and rude. I ordered a hot tea and it was $3.25!! That's wild!! It's family-owned and operated. Be sure and say hello to Juan, the owner when you're there. He's a hard-working guy, always there and he really cares about what comes out of his kitchen. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. I think they especially shine for breakfast dishes but even the dinner plates are terrific. They have both traditional American style dishes and some delicious Mexican dishes. You can't go wrong with any of the Mexican food there. It's authentic, delicious, and they'll give you plenty of food. No way you're leaving this place hungry. Don't forget dessert. The baked goods are just like your favorite relative makes them! Parking is plentiful and free. They have a big following so you'll likely have a wait if you go for breakfast on the weekends. It's worth the wait though. This is my new go to place. Very good Mexican dishes and American dishes like spaghetti and meatballs (a favorite for me). Family oriented and quiet even when crowded, casual dress and large portions, properly priced food. Went there today for Easter and had the ham steak, large salad, green beans, mashed potatoes, and a nice dinner roll. Also got a generous glass of Chardonnay (for the holiday) and got out of there with a $20 check including 20% tip. Tasty food, good portions, good prices, and friendly attentive service. The restaurant is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. We were seated right away. They have plenty of choices to choose from. I chose shrimp tacos and oh my gosh. Came in today Oct 2, 2024 around 1:15 pm to eat lunch. Place was like gloom and doom. Half empty and nobody says welcome anymore. Service while polite was mediocre. Waitress never came back to ask us how the food was or if we needed anything. It looked like she didn't wanted to be there. I ordered the grilled salmon. The Spanish rice that came with it was old and dry like 1-2 days old and probably reheated. Wife ordered the cheese enchilada and she got un upset stomach. There was a waitress/cleaning lady constantly brooming the carpet and also using a small carpet cleaner around the customers sitting at the tables still eating their meals. We used to like this place . Visited it a few times before and it was good. Not today.!!!! Waste of time and money. We always tip 30 % and up for good food and good service but not today.
