Pretty large steak house with delicious rolls. We tried the cactus blossom (fried onion) and a variety of steak dinner. We were actually pretty full after the roll and fried onion appetizer and got the majority of dinner for to go. They also sing birthday song for birthday celebration (not recommend for shy introverts) good service.

One of my issues is that Texas Roadhouse is not from Texas. Being from Texas myself, it's almost sac religious. I got the fall off the bome ribs that tasted like they were made a month ago. Cheese fries were perfect and topped with bacon. Almost anything topped with bacon is better. Just sayin. Overall it was just ok. Very loud but I got to watch some football. GO HOSIERS!!!

Ah, Texas Roadhouse! Yes, being a chain, pretty sure most of Aurora is familiar with the menu. IMO, their steaks are always tasty and grilled exactly how I like. Yes, the infamous made from scratch biscuits are best when they set them on the table (our crowd never passes them up) to allow the butter to melt into that yummy goodness and we always take up on their offer to bag some for home (do it because they reheat very well). I always suggest the Dallas Filet as it truly is the most tender of cuts. Sundays are busy, so definitely recommending the call ahead for table reservations. It works well where TRH will send a link to your mobile to reserve a spot in line before heading over. This location is worth the visit since the refurbishment (the building formerly home to Zio's and then Ajuua!). Clean dining area plus the waiting room, though smaller, wasn't littered with peanut shells. Service was super as we were greeted twice before placing our drink order. Haley was very attentive to checking back with us at convenient times and getting us refills. The only down side is the parking. The lot is cramped and spots near the entrance are VERY limited. Plan to walk a bit or better, drop off family with mobility issues.

Moseyed on in to the newly built Texas Roadhouse in Aurora. Apparently, this is the biggest TRH in Colorado. Not much different on the inside but seats 20+ more parties than before. At the very least, everything was nice and new. Our waitress was excellent; she went over the menu in detail as well as the specials and deals for the day. I have been to TRH several times before so have had a variety of their entrees. On this visit, I selected the BBQ chicken with corn and green beans. All of it was very good. As we know, everything is bigger in Texas, so the entree really is two meals in one. Plenty left to take home :) As always, the rolls and cinnamon butter were great. Thanks to TRH for helping my mother celebrate her birthday. She was very happy!

Went to the new Texas Roadhouse for a birthday dinner. Although the space doesn't appear larger, workers tout 22 more booths. If you go before 5:00pm, it will be busy because they have an Early Diner special with many entrees for under $13, including the very filling 6-oz sirloin. That was my cut of choice. Paired with broccoli and sautéed mushrooms, that's a hefty, healthy, inexpensive meal. Win-win! My only complaint would be that my medium-rare steak was a tad underdone. (A true rarity in most restaurants.) Our server was knowledgeable and very attentive. She even paired some sides into a Country Vegetable Plate to get us the best deal. Great hospitality! Note - parking lot is not the best. 1st entrance is where most spots are for dine-in customers and is smallest. Second entrance is for drive-thru & pick-up orders with a ton of spaces. Perhaps needs to be reversed.

Upgrade!! They built a larger Roadhouse next door, where an old Mexican restaurant was. Same layout, more space! They also improved the wine menu. Josh Cellars is available!!

The new location is exactly the same layout so it feels a little deja vu but it is bigger and the service is still great. If you're into to go orders they really have a great set up for walkup/drive through orders which is a huge part of the new restaurant in the same parking lot. Food is always reliable here and I've never had a bad meal at TRH. This is always consistent and reliable for a great meal all around. Don't sleep on their chili it might just be my favorite part of coming here

I don't consider my Hamburger to be Medium Rare :-) I am Not a Happy Camper. When you ask for a Medium Rare Burger and they tell you it will be Cooked To You Specifications, Then it Should be Cooked Exactly As You Asked For It. My Cheese was also totally Over done on the Burger.

We happened across this listing for a restaurant -it's located in the Hyatt regency- but it's an open space with lots of windows and pretty views. We also were at the start of Denver restaurant week, it was early and we had selected items on a happy hour menu too. There were many menu options to choose from. Since we were early on a Sunday the restaurant was staffed however there were not many patrons until we were about 45 minutes into our dinner. It was very nice to have attention and great service, but we will have to return at a busier time to get the real feel. I had selections from the restaurant week menu and my husband chose from the regular menu. He was able to also take advantage of the happy hour drink menu. I had the starter salad with baby gem lettuce and mango, the presentation was very beautiful, and tasted so fresh and lovely. Then I had the trout featured entree also so pretty with asparagus and potatoes and wonderfully served. It was so tasty that I did say I would choose this if available on a regular menu too. For dessert we choose a banana dessert that were fried inside a crispy wrapper served with and iced cream again so pretty and delicious. My husband enjoyed the 5280 burger entree with fries, he stated that it was perfectly done to his specified request. He enjoyed it tremendously. We spent about an hour and a half and people began to arrive and be seated, there was never a disruption to our terrific service from Charlie and crew! We definitely enjoyed the entire restaurant experience and will come back on a regular date night.

That said, my husband and I really enjoyed Borealis and ate most meals at the restaurant during our one-week stay. The only times we didn't eat at Borealis were when we went to my parents' and siblings' homes and a couple of times we went out. Even though Stanley was nearby, we preferred the dishes and service at Borealis. Highlights: Breakfast: French toast. It was simple but it was tasty. It was perfectly cooked. It didn't come with sides but it was perfect the way it was. It wasn't too sweet. I had a humble black coffee and half of my husband's bacon and it was the perfect start to the day. Happy Hour/Dinner: I'm not a big dinner person, so I tend to opt for appetizer or happy hour food. I had the pork green chili, egg rolls, and sliders during our stay. The sliders were delicious!!! I was actually going to have the hamburger that everyone at the bar raved about (I was there one night and the four other guests were eating and commented to the bartender how it was really good; my husband also had it twice), but it was too big for me. I figured that the sliders were of the same meat so it was the perfect size for me. Anyway, it did not disappoint. The egg rolls were ok, but a little too big for me. Maybe preference; maybe bias (my dad's is the best!). Dishes my husband had that I sampled and was blown away: The salmon with whipped ube mashed potatoes is a must-have. That was the perfect blend of savory and slight sweet. Had I not eaten my sliders, I would have orded my own. I have never seen this combo and it's definitely worth the drive (if you are not staying at the hotel). The steak with adobo sauce was also fantastic. The sauce was served on the side. Even without the sauce, the steak was tasty. And as I mentioned, he had the hamburger twice. Dessert: The ube tres leches was DELICIOUS!!!!! Other considerations: Price Point - Happy to say that it's not your typical hotel crazy price point. The cost is comparable to local restaurants, and the food was really good. Service - Shout out to the bartenders, especially Charlie! Very friendly and chill. Parking - There is free one-hour parking. There are also other free parking nearby. Seriously, even if you are not staying at the hotel, Borealis is definitely worth checking out.

SERVICE: I had booked reservations in advance, as Happy Hour here is a major hit. The friendly hostess seated us and our server followed shortly behind her. She was friendly, attentive, provided some good recommendations and was pleasant all around! SIPS: While our friend opted for a glass of wine, my husband stuck with water, while I looked at their mocktail menu. The options are limited, but available for a fun treat. I opted to try the "Little Kiss" which was a mixture of grapefruit, sparkling soda, and cranberry. The flavors were on point for the holiday season and tasted refreshing. I will admit, the glass it came in was a turn off. It was like a normal draft size class, which made me feel like I was about 9 years old. Bummer. Otherwise, there are plenty of options for drinkers alike - beer, wine, cocktails, you name it, they have it! SUSTENANCE: The food!! This spot is known for their rustic Italian and woodfired creations - and the menu is fire. I asked for some bread and oil to start - because that sounded divine. It came out quickly and was a nice intro to the meal. My friend opted for the Pasticcio - aka meatballs, three cheese tortellini, slow braised Bolognese, herby pomodoro, bechamel and parm brulee - which he found to be fantastic! It came with more bread, which was perfect for dipping. My friend got a kick out of the presentation as well - in a cast little iron cauldron! I chose the Seafood Pasta - a special of the night. I'll admit, I was a bit disappointed in my meal - as it was a mixture of squid, shrimp, scallops and other - in a red sauce. Not what I was expecting with seafood, but always down to try new things. The seafood flavor overpowered the dish - which made it hard to finish. I opted not to take it home. My husband noshed on the Brasato - Barolo wine slow braised angus short rip, creamy polenta and gremolata - which was DIVINE. The meat was SO tender, delicious and took on the rich wine flavor, perfect over potatoes! YUM! The pizza stood out to me as well, but considering Cattivella is classy, I opted for other. I also really enjoyed the sides that come with the meal especially the fries, plantains, mashed potatoes, and pão de queijo, which were all tasty and a highlight of the dinner. However, the meats weren't as flavorful as I expected, as if they under seasoned the meats. Some cuts were decent, but overall they didn't stand out the way I hoped they would. Service was a bit mixed. Our waitress was polite, but there seemed to be some language barrier issues, which led to a misunderstanding when we were charged for a birthday dessert after being told it would be free. To their credit, the manager came by and corrected the mistake, comped the dessert, and also applied a 10% military discount, which I appreciated. Another issue was that the churrasqueiros (the servers bringing the meats) would still approach the table even when the card was turned to "no meat." It felt like they weren't really paying attention to the signal system, which is a key part of the dining experience at a place like this. Overall, the salad bar and sides were great, but the meat quality and service consistency could be better. I appreciated the manager stepping in to fix the dessert issue, but the experience didn't quite live up to expectations.
