2 senior ladies visited this Longhorn location Thursday July 16 for dinner, and it was great! We sat in the bar area at a table since it was much quieter than the main dining area. We had wonderful service, every time a server passed by they asked if we needed anything. Our food came out quickly, and it was delicious. Salads were crisp and fresh tasting, the bread was hot straight out of the oven, and the steaks were cooked to order. The manager stopped by to chat with us and make sure everything was ok. First, the only issue we had was that the entree came out almost with the salads! Wow! And the appetizer came out after that. BUT: The food was excellent (steak a bit over seasoned perhaps), loved the french onion soup, loaded baked potato was terrific, the ribeye was tender and cooked as requested. I noticed the decor. It was quiet today but looks like it could get really busy in the evening time. We were comfortable though. The food was so salty that no one could eat it. I thought my kiddo was being dramatic with her chicken tenders, but I had to spit it out. My burger was so over seasoned that I only ate a 1/4, and my mom only ate about 1/3 of her steak. We didn't complain but when they saw we didn't eat much they asked... we said it was crazy salty vs. the other times we were here. They just said "yeah we heavily season things here". It was a terrible experience. Won't come back; which sucks because it is usually good. No one cared. We didn't ask for a discount or free dessert and tipped 23%. They were still rude when we left. Don't go to this place. There are so much better places within at most 3min. Just go to them. Seriously, it is now 3hrs later and my tongue is still upset about the amount of salt. Fix this. Your place is going to go out of business with this type of service and food. This is not the only poor review. Do not come to this location. The service and management is very questionable vs. the price. I might expect this from Olive Garden or 5 guys, or the hobo with a grill around the corner. read more

I know this is a chain, however this was my first and hopefully not my last time at this place. It was really busy so we found seats at the bar. Ambiance is almost like a western theme. Bar was super fast. Except for the bread. Strange enough. We both started with warm bread and a salad. Salad was a great portion, very lightly dressed- wished it had a bit more dressing. The Outlaw was perfectly cooked, awesome and tender. The crispy brussels as a side was a $4 upcharge and I would say they were good, not amazing. The half chicken and ribs were to die for. Tender chicken with ooey amounts of cheese. The ribs were fall off the bone. However the baked potato lacked a lot of flavor. Ended the night with a not so molten lava cake. Went today for a take out order. I got their lunch special of a burger and a side for $10.99, I ordered a medium rare burger and a baked potato with sour cream, butter and cheese. We have always visited this Centennial location because of the excellent food and outstanding service. Unfortunately, our visit earlier this week was the worst dining experience we've ever had there. We recommended this restaurant to our reunited Army buddies who were visiting Colorado, expecting them to enjoy the same great experience we've always had. We ordered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, along with a Texas Tonion appetizer with ranch dressing. The non-alcoholic drinks arrived, but the appetizer was served without the ranch. We asked for it, but it never came. Meanwhile, our bar drinks still hadn't arrived. Our dinners were then served. One member of our party was unhappy with his steak, so it was sent back to the kitchen for a replacement. Even at that point, we were still waiting on our bar drinks and the ranch dressing. The manager personally brought out the replacement steak, confirmed it was cooked correctly, and asked how everything was. We explained that we were still missing two bar drinks and the ranch dressing. To her credit, she immediately took action and returned with one of the drinks, explaining that the bartender's ticket had never printed. A short time later, our regular server, Hannah, finally brought the ranch dressing--but with an obvious attitude. She then told us the bar ticket had actually been thrown away. So which was it? Did the ticket never print, or was it thrown away? Those are two very different explanations, and the inconsistency only added to our frustration. Eventually, the second drink arrived. We requested our checks, but even those took an unusually long time to receive. Thankfully, we had great conversation with friends, or the delays would have been even more frustrating. We paid our bill, left a tip that reflected the level of service we received, and departed disappointed. We truly hope this was just an isolated experience because we've always enjoyed this location. We visit this location several times a month, many times getting takeout to enjoy the meal in the comfort of our home. We did that last week and much to our dismay found food missing from our order AFTER driving all the way back home. I called and spoke directly with their most gracious manager Dessy, who TOTALLY defused what could have been an "issue" and made it into a very positive experience! I wanted to give this place five stars, but someone there added an additional amount to to my payment for a pick up order, and I called and talked to a manager and still no one has resolved the issue. The food was good, and they accepted an old gift card, which was awesome. But The extra amount that was charged me days after I had already paid for a pick up order needs to be resolved. read more

First, the ambiance. We like the atmosphere very much. Yesterday was our first visit here, and we enjoyed the western decor. Second, the service. It was just OK. We had to ask for water more than once. We had to ask for more butter, more than once. We received one pat of butter with the loaf of bread. The bread, by the way, was very good. Third, the food. I still can't believe that none of us said a word. All 3 of us ordered rib eyes. Ribeyes are the only steaks we ever eat. What we received was far from ribeyes. We think they were sirloin strips. There was zero marbling in any of the 3 steaks. It was terribly overseasoned - probably to try to hide the fact that they were not ribeyes. It was very peppery. I don't appreciate anyone putting pepper on my steak! They must think we are very gullible - and I still can't figure why we didn't say something. Much as we preferred the atmosphere to the noisy Texas Road House or Outback, we probably will not be back. If I order a $30 ribeye, that's what I expect to get. $140 down the drain. read more

Haven't been to Longhorns in a few years and it didn't disappoint. We were seated right away, had our waitress get to us quickly and take great care of us the entire time. Steaks were outstanding with a seasoning that made it melt in your mouth! Sides, salads and starters were all tasty and well prepared. Even their fresh bread was soft and delicious. We walked in and had to wait 20 minutes for a table when there were lots of available tables. Then we were seated right next to the kitchen with a caution sign that our server tripped on and complained about. Our server was friendly and apologetic about everything but did seem annoyed. We ordered the Flo's filet and the NY strip. As sides we wanted brussel sprouts or asparagus... both were not available. The dressing on our salads were watery and/or flavorless. The filet came out very small (compared to the other location we went to) and over-cooked. So we sent it back and asked for a medium rare... This time it came back raw with a sear. The strip was also over cooked, both times and had zero seasoning, with baby food style broccoli on the side. The broccoli was so cooked that you could mash it with your fork. We weren't sure if it was catering to people who've lost their teeth or babies. We asked for A-1 since the meat was not great (we were tired and hungry but really should have walked out) and we were given an empty bottle of A-1. I asked for a knife and was given a dirty one. Once we were ready for the check, the server said "I had the manager take 10% off your bill and that's the best I could do!" Wow...the manager never came by to check on us or apologize for his kitchen and "cooks"....the sign of a very inexperienced or non-customer centric one. At the other location, the manager walked by just to make sure everything was good. Needless to say, avoid this location. We spent more than we needed to for subpar food and service. This location is terrible! I ordered a 6 oz filet and what I got was in no way a filet. The piece of meat I got was only about 3 oz. and was thin, not like a thick filet at all. It was overcooked and very very salty. The steaks that my other companions ordered were also very very salty. The salads were meh. The dessert was ok. The service was rushed. The location in Scottsdale, AZ is WAY better than this location. We all agreed we would not return to this restaurant. Very disappointing meal. read more

We've been to Longhorn before and found it pretty good. Today, however, was disappointing. My filet was tasty, but had a big line of sinew running through it that I could not cut with my knife. One ounce of the six ounces of meat was inedible. The timing of the service was off. The main course was delivered only a minute after the salads. There wasn't time to eat the salad without the rest of the food getting cold. Worst of all, for me at least, the place is FREEZING. I had to get a blanket out of the car to be able to sit in the dining room. That alone will keep me from going back. Sorry, Lonestar, you used to be good, now you're not. read more

We used to like Longhorn here in Lone Tree. Yesterday, Sept. 1, 2025 we had terrible, awful meals. !! Horrible. We will not return. Wife ordered: Baby back pork ribs. THE RIBS WERE HORRENDOUS. Not tender, tough, not fall off the bone easy to eat. She ate only one or two ribs from the full rack. I ordered a sirloin steak. It was not tender, tough, and grisley. !! Awful, even though i did chew and chew and chew at it. The manager was only a tiny, tiny bit helpful. WE WILL NOT RETURN. THEIR FOOD QUALITY HAS GONE DOWNHILL, EVEN THOUGHT PRICES HAVE ROCKETED UP. We dine at the Park Meadows location once or twice a month for several years now. The steaks were always delicious, tender, and seasoned perfectly. Our last 2 visits were disappointing. The first visit our steaks were slightly tough, a little dry but tasty. I asked if their meat supplier had changed but the waiter didn't think so. This last visit was way worse. One steak was so tough and chewy I stopped after attempting a second bite. We ended up splitting the second steak which was tough but edible. When speaking with the waiter he said he would talk to the manager. When we received the check, 10% of each steak was deducted from our meal. ($3.23 & $2.38). Totally unacceptable for a $30 steak that was inedible and the other one below par. I asked for the managers name that made this decision (Dessi). So sad to determine our favorite restaurant is now one we won't return to. read more

LH food and ambient are a good choice and quality. However, today, on my first visit to this location, Justin U served my table in a way that I won't come back. I came on my own, the restaurant was 5% filled of customers when I arrived and 20% filled when I left. Juntin U stopped by to check on me over 15 times, I couldn't even swallow and he would be back again. It was disrespectful and annoying. No authentic connection with customer. I told him not to come back to check on me so that I could have a brake and finish the last part of my meal. It made me upset. I never experienced something like this before. Went to Longhorn Steakhouse in Centennial, CO. My husband & I had lunch with 3 friends. Everyone but me had a hamburger & absolutely raves about how delicious they were. I got the gluten free Parmesan chicken (no bread crumbs) & a baked sweet potato...absolutely delicious. Our waiter Tanner was absolutely great...super attentive & an excellent listener. i can't believe that we hadn't been to longhorn before. the host was great, short to no wait, our server was on it and friendly. loved the ambiance and cleanliness and - that despite being quite busy, not loud in the least. they were good about spreading guests out. now for the grub!! the bread n butter was quite tasty & generous in portion. the steak was so eff-word flavorful and perfectly cooked as requested. the baked spuds (who can screw that up, tho?) were amply sized and loaded with butter per our request. ooh. & the crispy potato skin was so salty and buttery and deelish! the salads were tasty too. not much love here, bc "you can't make friends with salads" a not-so-wise man one said. we will be back over n again. ps- sorry to disappoint, we arrived so hungry that i don't even think to snap a pic. read more
