I have found my new favorite restaurant. Wow. Every single bite was enjoyable. The sauce on the brassiere chicken... I could have drank it

I don't know how we have lived in the area for 10 years and this was our first trip to J Alexander's. First the service was awesome. Parker our waiter was friendly, helpful and made sure we felt special on our first visit. In addition every person who walked by assessed the table and took care of our needs (water, refills, clears plates etc). That teamwork made the experience even better. The restaurant itself was cozy and relaxing with a great ambiance. The food was excellent! Probably the best calamari I've ever had, steak cooked perfect and what a yummy espresso martini then to top it all off the carrot cake was to die for. We will definitely be back.

They have Rattlesnake pasta on the menu for good now!!! Awesome!!!! Love it ! It's a delicious dish! And with toast! You won't be disappointed!

I forgot how good j Alexander used to be.. well every-thing was amazing! The ribs were coming straight off the bone.. the slaw just right and who doesn't love show string fries!? The carrot cake was served warm!! Sooo good! Shot out to our server Tyler, he was amazing answering all of our questions and served us with smile!

A real pleasant alternative to the top tier priced steak houses around here. The feel wood interior makes dining cost (even still used a real candle). Drinks are generous and meat cooked over wood fire is I think unique style in the area. Wait Staff are Friendly without being intrusive. Be sure to make reservations because even on Tuesday they are near full by 6pm (we went at 5 to get ahead of the dinner crowd).

Absolutely a solid choice with a great diverse menu with steaks and sush. Great beer and contail menu and superior table service especially from Mary. A can't miss dining experience.

Came here for lunch and the place was BUSY. However the ambiance was perfect. The service was exceptional- we had Nick and he took excellent care of us by recommending his persona favorites and continuing to give us top quality care while we dined. The cocktails were great, the firecracker roll was insane- I had low expectations and now I haven't stopped thinking about it, it was perfect. Then we shared the Prime Rib. Cooked to perfection- we paired it with the carrots as they were the vegetable of the day ( I wouldn't order them again) and the Mac and cheese. I don't even like Mac and cheese but this was so good. Will definitely be back!

    1/2 French Dip and fries
    Rochelle V.

My first time here. Visiting for a week in CO and my friend said they had good French dips so we went for lunch. Probably in the top 3 of all French dips I've ever had. They definitely do not skimp on the meat, and it's cooked perfectly...slightly rare just how it should be. The fries were also excellent. Thin and crispy. The photo you are seeing is half of the sandwich and half of the fries, very large portions! Service was friendly and quick, our waiter Brian was very attentive.

    Veggie burger
    Kaitlin C.

Service was absolutely exceptional and very attentive. The key lime pie was the star of the show (coming from someone that doesn't even like KLP). We had to take an extra piece home! The veggie burger was not for me... the housemade patty was very sweet and felt over fried/greasy. I like more veggie forward burgers so this might be a good swap for someone that usually eats meat though! There is a large parking lot out front.

She started us with wine and cocktail then moving onto starters and entrees, checking on our table ensuring that all was good and everybody was happy. The menu offers a variety of items and what we ordered was delizioso, I really enjoyed the Artichoke and Hummus starter which gave all at our table a taste of the unique way it was prepared. Very good and reminded me alot of the prep when we visited Italy. The Seabass was fresh and cooked to perfection and the Scallops on a bed of Risotto was amazing. No complaints from anyone at our table and the portions were perfect. Megan then brought a display of today's Dolce which all looked amazing, we ordered a variety and sampled them all. Unique little tasty bites that were just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. Seasons 52 offers a great wine list and cocktails as well as beers. The service is a bit slow and its a more seat yourself and then they come to you with menus. So don't awkwardly stand there forever. The ambiance is super bright, and pretty mellow and quiet. My husband and I can never decide what to get so we opted for Chefs Tasting menu. Its $35 per person and everyone at the table has to participate. The soup was okay. It had a nice spicy kick. The kale chatt was interesting and crispy. Honestly I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Urban Cauliflower had a great flavor, kinda mushy though, but still balancer out. The tandoori chicken was tender and honestly wish it was bigger. The shrimp coconut curry was my least favorite. Just not a good combo for me. Lentils were hearty and had a cumin flavor. Goat and Lamb curry were very similar I could barely pull it apart. The butter chicken was our favorite. Garlic Nann you could eat on its own, Onion Nann always great but needed a dipper. Overall I liked it, but it was pricey for something I didnt love. Great start but onto the next :)

You could cut it with a fork. And they split it between two plates for us beautifully, pork chop, mashed potatoes, all of it plated like we'd each ordered our own! Charissa and Jerik behind the bar made the whole experience. Genuinely friendly, and even though this feels like a nice place, they weren't stuffy about it at all.
