    Welcome
    Corey B.

We were greeted immediately when we entered for lunch. The hostess took us to our booth. Then another individual put five salsas with chips on the table. Unfortunately, he, nor our waitress, told us which was which salsa, mild or hot. We tried the fajita steak burrito and a few tacos. I will say, I was impressed that they did give me 1/2 lime for the tacos, most places usually give you a much smaller piece. Regrettably, that was the only impressive part of the meal. Service pretty much matched the meal - mediocre and lacking.

I've been to this location as well as the downtown Denver location. The food is just not that great, unfortunately. Although the decor inside of this new Lonetree location is beautiful, and the servers and hosts were very friendly. Frozen margaritas were strong and good. Pictured is the queso flight, which is an app I can get behind!

Had our first visit to Los Carboncitos and I'm on the fence if we will be back or not. The atmosphere was really nice, margaritas and agua frescas were delicious and we appreciated the variety of salsas- especially enjoyed the green ones. There were loads of items on the menu we were wanting to try but we went fairly standard for the first visit- we got the carne asada and shredded beef enchiladas. We enjoyed the side salads- simply dressed and tasty. My husband thought his was ok if a little overcooked. Unfortunately my enchiladas were ice cold when they came out even though the plate was warm. They offered to remake it but it took even longer than the initial order. It was warm but I still wouldn't call it hot. You can see from the picture a lot of the cheese still isn't melted on the redo. Even with the remake, I wouldn't call the sauce great- it actually more closely resembled a pasta sauce than an enchilada sauce. Although our server was very nice and I especially appreciated that she is bilingual, it seemed like she may have been juggling too many tables and she didn't seem to have much time to check on us. Overall, a pretty meh experience. Although I'm willing to give it another go with a different menu item (everyone has an off day every now and again), I won't be going out of my way for another visit.

Carne Asada with refried beans, rice, salad. Tlocoyos on the far plate. Chips and 5 sauces. Most excellent taste and presentation.

This is now our go-to restaurant for Mexican cuisine. The food was expertly prepared, fresh, and very, very tasty. The Carne Asada was ordered medium rare, and came exactly as requested. The rice is not an afterthought, but well- prepared and tasty. The refried beans were topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese and we're a perfect consistency for eating with the four flour tortillas. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the trio of Tlocoyos with carnival, steak, and Piccadilly beef. Needless to say, we had sufficient food for a second day of this excellent food. Service was prompt, friendly, and the restaurant is very open and pleasant. The authentic music added to the ambience. Highly recommend! Located behind Pep Boys, near Arby's, and Brother's next to Sams.

Great staff, delicious food, terrific margaritas and even better Paloma's. Live music from a quartet. Give this place a try. They have 3 other locations, so they know what they're doing. Had empanadas (1 beef, 1 shrimp) as an appetizer. Had two burritos for dinner -one cochinita and one Pablano chili relleno. The Chili relleno burrito was the best I have ever had. Highly recommend!

The variety of Salsas we were served with chips.

The Lone tree location is great , we were seated quickly . Our waiter was fast with our order and very accommodating to what we needed . We were served chips and a variety of salsa which he explained what they were and which were spicy and which were not so spicy. The menu offers a bag of Mexican dishes which I loved , everything from octopus, lamb and carnitas. The street tacos I ordered were delicious and I had a choice of meats for my tacos and they were delicious. I had their house margarita with salty and spicy brin , so delicious. I will definitely be going to this location again and inviting others to do the same, over all great place.

Recently renovated restaurant decorated in modern Mexican style! Food is delish and margaritas are strong and refreshing! Very tentative service. Please go visit this family owned gem!

False advertising right off the bat. On top of that, they can't show up on time. Both times I've waited on them, they rolled in hours late. One football Sunday they didn't even arrive until 2:40 PM... when games start around 11 AM. Not exactly a reliable partner for breweries trying to host customers. Now for the food: honestly, it's nothing like the pictures online. It comes out looking sloppy and unappetizing. Against our better judgment, my friends and I ordered anyway -- and all of us got sick. This wasn't a one-off either. Both times I ate from this truck, I got sick. That's a major red flag. The owners themselves are nice people, but the product and execution are unacceptable. At this point, the health department really needs to step in and inspect this truck because something isn't right. They also have a brick & mortar restaurant in Lone Tree, but after two bad experiences, I won't be going anywhere near it. If I see this truck at a brewery again, I'll be eating somewhere else.

Authentic, homemade, flavorful, inventive and delicious food! The owner, who stopped by our table to check on us and chat, is from Mexico City and brought all the flavors of Mexico to Colorado and I'm glad he did. Good food, good music, good service. Not sure what else you need?! On the small downside, yes it is a little more costly than other places. I think part of that is the location, Lone Tree being in a wealthier part of Douglas County. However, don't let that stop you from going, just plan accordingly.

I passed Sabroso on my way back to my hotel and popped in to an excellent food find. The dining area is great! Large and comfy, surely a good place to hang with friends. I got the a plate of chips and guacamole and it was really good. The chips were house made, light and crunchy and the guacamole was delicious. I also got a huranches (I think that's how it's spelled) with carnitas and it was a delicious large portion. Let not forget the ginormous mango margarita. Wow that was one heck of a drink. It's casual enough where you can go and dine with an ease; a spacious dining room with friendly staff are other important elements we all want to see in a restaurant. And what's more, it has a spacious patio, a must have in the summer (warms months are around the corner, right?) This place checks out at least several of those elements. My to-to experience was more than good yesterday. Hence this review to express my gratitude. I wanted something light. The thought of having a crispy flautas (all of a sudden) hit me. I had reviewed this business on Yelp before yesterday's takeout experience so I knew about their great selection that includes the very dish I was eager to get. You have three to choose from: shredded beef or chicken or potato. But if you are greedy enough (like I was!!) to experience/taste all three, you can do so as the dish comes with 3 rolled tortilla flautas. Several condiments will accompany your main that are: crema, queso fresco, red and green salsa. You can add rice and beans with extra $3.95 (which I opted out; instead, I got a side guacamole for $1.95.) The lady upfront was so informative about the dish I ordered (she ensured that I'd get everything I'd need.) Her friendliness was emitting like a bright light from her smiley face. Service - top notch! It took about good 10+ minutes before my food came out from the kitchen and yet, I would say this is average. I was there when the restaurant only had one table occupied. A dish like flautas does take time as they have to be deep fried to the crispiest. I wasn't in a hurry (thank goodness.) Once I got back to my car, I started to savor my food. Whereas the chicken was a bit disappointing as it was a bit chewy, the potato (this was my favorite out of the three) and the beef were pretty good but most of all, the crispy corn tortilla was so crunchy. As I morseled it, the crunchy sound my mouth made was so loud to my ears (LOL!) The side guac was solid as well (I shall not forget to mention it!)
