    Classic frozen margarita

The service was good and the outdoor patio is nice. Their strong suit is their margaritas, they do not skimp on tequila. But the food is average at best. The Fajitas had literally 2 slices of peppers and the shrimp was a little dry. The rice however was surprisingly good. Their salsa is good too. So not bad overall, I'd come back for drinks and a snack on the patio. Also, they have many gluten free options that are clearly marked on the menu

Let's start with the salsa. Excellent taste and has lots of tomato rather than watery chili pepper. They have great Bloody Mary's. I ordered mine without the bacon strip. Bacon in a Bloody Mary? The huevos rancheros also were very good. I altered the order with black beans, no potatoes, and soft corn tortillas. Service was good and interior was modern and clean. I'm coming back. Wait, I have come back several times.

We went last night for a work dinner and I think it was just okay. We got there in time for happy hour and we enjoyed the queso. We ordered the jalapeño caps and they were cooked with the seeds in which made them SPICY! - I definitely thought they would be more jalapeño popper type but nope it was literally fried jalapeños. I had the strawberry marg mocktail which was delicious. It was just like the real version except without alcohol. I enjoyed their selection of mocktails. I had the shrimp and crab enchiladas. There was a generous portion of cheese that felt like too much. It definitely had shrimp but I did not notice any crab. My co worker had the relleno and said it was delicious. Our server was quiet and awkward and we basically could not hear him. He was too soft spoken to be a server

Man this place has changed so much since I worked here back in 2004. I mean to see the restaurant cut in half and the kitchen moved was definitely odd, it's like the couldn't afford the other half of the building haha. So much character to this place though, service wasn't bad but I mean we came at lunch during the week. Chips an salsa never disappoints here. Don't get me wrong it's a decent place to eat but it was better back in the day.

Dropped in for a late lunch with a friend. Ordered Tortilla Soup. Disappointed. The presentation was great ... bowl (actually a bit small) with tortilla strips, chicken, avocados, etc., then from a separate carafe the soup base was poured into the bowl. The soup was just okay. The tortilla soup at Guadalajara in Castle Rock is way better.

The best strawberry margarita in town! I got both the regular and the strawberry and the strawberry by heart is the best. I got the nachos, completely delicious. And I appreciated the way they laid out the chips flat, so that all of the toppings could be divided amongst the chips.

Place is really nice and clean on the inside! The lunch special seemed like a really good deal until the tacos came out and they were tiny with almost no filling. Food was mediocre. Salsa, however was YUMMY and the chips came out warm! Would be back if someone invites me but won't be going out of my way

Okay, the food is NOT great. The happy hour quesadilla was tiny, barely stuffed, and toasted rather than griddled. The jalapeño coins had a little bite, but the cornmeal breading was meh. The nachos were sad. My margarita was mostly ice. Literally about 4-5 sips of the drink, I think. Very disappointing. Not a fan of ice loaded over the top of the glass. BUT...the service is great, very friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. I've eaten here before. It's not GOOD Mexican food, but it's not "Old Casa Bonita" BAD, either. It's mostly meh. I do have a friend who eats brunch here EVERY Sunday. I have a standing invitation to join him. Maybe I should. It's possible that the brunch food is better than the happy hour food.

Very mid chips and queso. Margaritas are good. Not a bad experience, just wouldn't necessarily recommend. Definitely better places to go.

False advertising right off the bat. On top of that, they can't show up on time. Both times I've waited on them, they rolled in hours late. One football Sunday they didn't even arrive until 2:40 PM... when games start around 11 AM. Not exactly a reliable partner for breweries trying to host customers. Now for the food: honestly, it's nothing like the pictures online. It comes out looking sloppy and unappetizing. Against our better judgment, my friends and I ordered anyway -- and all of us got sick. This wasn't a one-off either. Both times I ate from this truck, I got sick. That's a major red flag. The owners themselves are nice people, but the product and execution are unacceptable. At this point, the health department really needs to step in and inspect this truck because something isn't right. They also have a brick & mortar restaurant in Lone Tree, but after two bad experiences, I won't be going anywhere near it. If I see this truck at a brewery again, I'll be eating somewhere else.

Authentic, homemade, flavorful, inventive and delicious food! The owner, who stopped by our table to check on us and chat, is from Mexico City and brought all the flavors of Mexico to Colorado and I'm glad he did. Good food, good music, good service. Not sure what else you need?! On the small downside, yes it is a little more costly than other places. I think part of that is the location, Lone Tree being in a wealthier part of Douglas County. However, don't let that stop you from going, just plan accordingly.

The guacamole was runny, and the salsa was bland. Of our three entrees, the only one that was at least warm was the fajitas, I suspect from the sizzling plate. The rice tasted like it was days old. I thought this place was solid when I got some food for to-go a while back. Ugh!! The only good thing was that we were seated right away upon arrival (it was probably because we were a small group of two people; when we arrived, there was one two-person table available; people with larger groups were waiting in the waiting area.) Our waiter was polite and pleasant and yet his attentiveness was bare minimum. Our food took such a long time before they came out of the kitchen. Whereas my bf's Avocado Tostada plate was decent (I didn't taste it; he said he liked it), my Baja Fish Taco was mediocre at best (the fish had barely any meat in it; it almost looked like a very thin chicken meat that was cooked with absolute stinginess!!) The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because of the swift seating upon arrival and the harp player who performed for the mothers (as it was Mother's Day yesterday.) 25-minute drive on Parker Road from my northeast DTC home surely wasn't worth it; we could have gone to one of the nearby restaurants to satisfy our cravings for Mexican food instead.
