Pork belly and rice. Pickle was pretty good.

Since this is a newer business I'm not going to completely shoot them down but it's not my type of bbq. I've had so much bbq and have made so much bbq that friends and family consider me a guru. Having had all regions of bbq including while living in Hawaii and Hawaiian bbq. Positives: Friendly when ordering and getting the order. Fast service Meat was smoked excellently Packaging was superb Negatives: Need some type of sauce. None was included and didn't see any available. Rice was plain Coleslaw needs sugar or some other sweetener. I expected there to be options like pulled pork or brisket. They did have ribs but didn't get any. Meat was great, I had the pork belly and it was great. Tender and very flavorful. Still need to have some type of sauce though. Glad I didn't get chicken since I'd would definitely need sauce for that. Rice is odd and boring for bbq. I'd rather not have rice at all but it came with the combo. Give me an option for something else like fries, tots or beans. Coleslaw needs sweetness to bring out the flavor. Tasted like mayo covered cabbage. The food truck looks newer and I completely appreciate they smoke all their meats. I also appreciate they had tables and seating right next to the truck. Overall, I would get more meat if there was an option for that, I wouldn't get the combo because I don't think white rice goes well with bbq unless it's Hawaiian or Korean bbq.

We frequent the car wash and have seen the big red bbq truck parked in front of the liquor store for some time. We finally saw that they were open and decided to give them a try today. We called in for the specials and offerings and decided to get two of each. The man who put in the order was very nice. The spicy chicken sandwich on homemade sourdough bread was delish! The chicken was moist and full of flavor. Sausage was great too. The coconut rice was good, love the subtle coconut flavor. Coleslaw was crunchy and full of flavor as well. I'm glad we live close because Big Red BBQ will definitely be in our rotation.

Great location and got bought a bottle of wine at the liquor store in the same parking lot. Please support local businesses.

First off the service is absolutely impeccable. The lady that helped us out at first was so kind and patient. Usually at stand up to order places I feel rushed but not here. The kindness is felt in the AIR. We ordered The Romanos meatball and it was the BEST MEATBALL SANDWICH I've ever had in my LIFE and my partner agreed. It was everything you want in a sandwich. The meatballs are HUGE and the bread is soft, the cheese is SO cheesy. I wasn't that hungry and we ordered 1 sandwich thinking I would have a few bites but I ended eating a whole half lol I was THAT good! So my partner ordered another sandwich. They were out of the one he wanted so you know were already planning a trip back! Like tomorrow FR lols The gentleman that helped my partner out for round 2 was also very nice, friendly and generous. I promise- walking in the atmosphere felt very warm, clean, cozy, and welcoming. There was also a customer that couldn't stop making phone calls and talking about HIS sandwich and how good this place is and we could not agree more. I cannot stress this enough, this is my new favorite place.

Just found out there's another Heidi's in Douglas County! I've been going to the original Lone Tree…read morelocation for years, my company actually financed and built that one out; so I had to check out this new spot on Mainstreet in Parker. This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. A must-try; and trust me, once you do, you'll keep coming back!

This location has been around 9 months, so definitely time to visit--especially as I had a coupon!…read moreTried to order online but couldn't figure out the coupon, so called in and the employee who answered graciously offered to take a phone order to apply my coupon. The order would be ready quickly, in 5-10 minutes. First disappointment was that they were out of the chicken salad I craved. I ordered egg salad instead, with bacon, on a hoagy roll with sesame seeds on top, pickle spear, and potato salad for my side. The egg salad was very good (lettuce and tomato added), bacon was a short piece on each half of the sandwich, so not worth the $2.50 up charge, I'd say. The hoagy roll was fresh and generously sized. (I saved 1/2 my sandwich for later.) The potato salad was meh, but luckily there was very little of it. Should've have selected the Lay's potato chips, or one of the other chip options available with an up charge. Hubby was very disappointed with his corned beef Reuben. The marble rye bread was chewy (is that normal?), and the only condiment he requested, mustard, was missing from his sandwich. The sandwich itself was smaller than expected. Again, the potato salad side was astonishingly tiny. We decided it was a 3-bite portion. We were able to park out front in the street to pick up our order. There are a few tables inside, but they unoccupied at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No plans to visit again.

They used to be my favorite sandwich shop hands-down, but it's obviously changed since they've expanded. The turkey didn't seem like it was roast turkey that was shredded anymore. It tasted and felt like something out of a can. There was a smell to the stuffing that I couldn't swallow. I literally had it throw it in the trash. It felt like there's no heart in it. It's just really disappointing because they were my all-time favorite shop when I lived in Vegas. I mean they're far away from my house so I think I had to pay an extra $10 an Uber eats delivery fees, and I didn't need a single bite. It was beyond bad. It was gross like it felt like there was something spoiled in it. This is not an issue of a bad order, but an issue of something that tasted like it was going to make me sick. Sadly, I will never be visiting in Capriotti's again. I wish I could get a refund. It was truly vile, whatever was in there. And I'm not a normal reviewer. First visit to this location. And I hadn't had Capriotti's in a looooong time. They have FRIES now! Woohoo! They're FLAT. Which is interesting. Capriotti's doesn't have gluten-free bread. The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.
