A solid 4 star spot. Spent a few nights at the Marriott so was able to get a good feel for this place. Drink wise is solid with a helpful staff. Food wise they are decent. Got the pretzel appetizer one night which was great and ate breakfast two mornings in a row. The first breakfast (omelet) was fantastic. The second day got a burrito and the cheese wasn't even melted inside. So for sure hit or miss. But none the less I'd order from here again. Looking to try something new in the tech center, I ended up at Pint Brothers. Walking into the Marriott and seeing Pint Brothers in the lobby, I had a pretty good idea of what I was walking into. The setting felt typical of a hotel lobby restaurant, with massive high ceilings that acted like an echo chamber, and it was bustling with people passing by. Our server, Shayla, was incredibly kind and funny--shoutout to her! The food was average at best. The burger seemed unseasoned, relying on the cheese and bacon for flavor. However, the mac and cheese was amazing, so that was a bright spot! Pint Brothers is an OK spot if you're staying at the hotel, but I would recommend trying other spots around the tech center first if you're able too. read more

I was stunned by how good the food was at Pint Brothers considering it was located in a hotel. Usually in my experience, hotel food isn't so great. But Pint Brothers was! I ordered a burger and fries and decided to also try the brussells sprouts and OMG. The portions are HUGE. Perfectly juicy burger and incredible crisp and beautifully salted french fries. The brussells sprouts were nice and crispy and had a delicious lemon aioli. Everything was exceptional! I just got in from a flight. The hotel had this cool pub with a fairly wide ranging menu. I decided the Alehouse Burger and the Cesar salad which is a side salad included with the burger would be my dinner choice. I made a great choice. The menu looked quite nice and it was a bit of a decision to select what I really wanted. I'm washing it all down with a Colorado Native Amber Lager which is super tasty. Nice and hoppy without being ridiculous about it. Back to the salad and burger. The Cesar salad was as good as the one I make at home that always gets raves. Then the burger had a bacon tomato sweet chutney or such. Wild! It had a sweetness that was unusual for a burger but it was delicious. Looking for a restaurant in DTC with a Gluten Free friendly menu and ended up choosing pint brothers. Didn't realize it was in the hotel, so parking is a little awkward but we made it work. I am a regular here and this last trip I was very disappointed to see that nearly 100% of the menu changed and not for the better. This place is a pub like atmosphere and yet they removed all of the pub like foods such as wings, pizzas, etc... The new menu is trying to pull of fancy dishes but they don't have the cooking staff to pull it off. Everything I have tried this time has been pretty poor. For a hotel restaurant this really is good. It's usually not super busy, has an interesting menu and a decent beer selection. The portions are large. We have visited for breakfast and lunch on several occasions and never had a bad meal. Service is usually good too. The bar and restaurant is also open to people not staying at the hotel. I visited Pint Brothers for a drink I didn't order any food. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. This a great place to grab a drink but the drinks are a little pricey, but the pour is worth the price. Well well well... after a long day of flying into a 100 mph headwind after of course delays at LaGuardia..... into another Marriott here in Denver. Hotel restaurant .....low expectations. Suprise!! GF and Dairy Free and Vegetarian (and DF plus Vegtarian can be Vegan if you so specify) Went with the Flash Fried Shishito Peppers (DF, V) with sea salt and pickled onion black garlic and a nice little.lemon aioli Lovely and not too spicey. For a main the Seared Cauliflower Steak. (GF, DF, V) blisters heirloom tomatoes, sprayed beets, toasted pine nuts. Homerun!! The cauliflower steak was artfully grilled and hot but still el dente and moist. The marinade was tasty and the seasoning was just and correct. The veggies with it were fresh and nicely done. Had to get a little dessert. Berry chocolate tort, nice!!!!! I was greeted like a regular and the service was helpful, swift, and my food all arrived hot and perfect! A very nice open air spot. Look for pictures....tasted even better then it looks and it looked great!! The rest of the menu is full featured and the entries I saw looked very nice and the folks were obviously enjoying them. read more

Denver, CO. This restaurant is in the Marriott Tech Center Hotel. It is a fairly large restaurant with a generous sized bar with a few televisions playing sports above the bar. The restaurant, like many hotel restaurants is open to the lobby. There is a lounge right next to the restaurant, which on the Monday night I visited (11-06-23), had a live band, which may have been entertainment for a conference that was taking place at the hotel. The lounge is an open concept so it's viable and audible for restaurant patrons. The restaurant was busy, adequately staffed and provided quick service: there is a nice selection of local craft beers. I ordered the American burger and fries. The burger was tasty and cooked perfectly medium as I requested. The bun was just a packaged sesame seed bun, nothing special. The burger was hot and side ingredients fresh (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles). I also ordered the green pork chili. It was hot (temp) with a generous amount of veggies and pork. It was well seasoned and had a nice little spicy kick! The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The reason this place gets a 3 is the loud live music concert from the lounge. It made it somewhat unenjoyable to eat with that loud music. I enjoy live music and concerts, but not when I am having dinner. The band was playing classic rock and pop covers from various bands. I did not think they were that good, which made it more unpleasant. That's probably why they are playing at the Marriott. It just does not seem like the right venue for a loud concert. read more

The vibe is simple...not really crowded and is quite. Super convenient especially after a long drive and all the staff were very friendly. And the Reuben sandwich is piled high with corned beef that is absolutely to die for. Sam, our bartender, was fantastic; super friendly, easy to talk to and made great recommendations. I had the patty melt and a side of asparagus. The asparagus was a little too chard for me but it was ok/good. The patty melt came on Texas toast. A patty melt to me needs to be on some sort of rye so I didn't eat the toast however, I ordered my burger well-done (I know.. cardinal sin but for some reason I cannot eat ground meat medium rare like I do my steak ‍) but it was surprisingly juicy and perfectly cooked! The onions were also cooked well, no crunch. They put their own spin on it with cheddar cheese and a Fresno chili pepper or something like that. I ordered room service and the service was quick and polite. Did not visit the establishment so idk of the ambiance but I was fairly impressed with this being hotel fare. What I was most impressed with is that they remembered the silverware and provided me extra condiments and napkins. That speaks volumes to me as I am a flight attendant and I cannot tell you how many times I have opened food after it's delivered only to find that I have zero utensils to eat it with and no napkins to wipe my face. Little spendy ($27) but again, hotel fare.. you know you're going to pay more. I always save half for breakfast for the next morning! read more

This pub is located in the Marriott Denver Tech Center. After a long ride, we checked in around 1030 and decided to go down to have a drink. Kitchen closes at 11. We order hummus with veggies and pita. It was solid but nothing to write home about. Beer selection is fair. Decent bourbon selection. Service was iffy. Had a hard time getting a second drink. Would recommend that the kitchen stay open a little later, particularly on a Friday night. read more

Really want to say 3.5 stars here - for a hotel restaurant, it was better than I might have expected, but otherwise I can't say it's a place I would have gone out of my way to dine/drink at. My sweetie and I were staying at the Marriott where this restaurant is located for three nights, for a convention. There aren't a lot of options in close/walking distance from this hotel, and with events scheduled close together, we were basically "stuck" here for most of our meals. But overall it was a decent option, if expensive (especially for breakfast! Both breakfast meals we had here were in the $40-50 range, and that's not with any breakfast cocktails, either.) They had some nice, local beers on tap which were reasonably priced, and some tasty specialty cocktails. They made a good Old Fashioned and I really liked the "DTC Manhattan" as well (rye, amaro, vermouth, cherry bitters). Food varied a bit. I was disappointed by the breakfast hash which promised beer-braised pastrami, and there were maybe 4-5 tiny cubes of it in the hash potatoes. The flatbreads were good, though, and a nice light lunch/snack when I didn't want to eat heavy. The beer can chicken was very tasty, meatball appetizer ok but nothing to write home about (especially being a Jersey Italian!) Service was generally good, especially considering how crowded and hectic they were with a big convention crowd. We had one waitress at breakfast time who was especially nice, even went out of her way to get us a table during a busy time (I guess thanks to being a good tipper?) Overall, pricey for what it is, but it IS a hotel restaurant. But for drinks and light bites during an event overall I'd say it was pretty decent. read more

My partner and I visited recently as guests of the hotel for a busy a conference. Not only did they handle the bustle well, but they were also equally (if not immensely more) welcoming to us then we could have ever expected. The cocktails were awesome, we loved how they incorporated parts of their customers into the decor, but most importantly- the food was to die for. THE FRENCH FRIES- OH MY GOODNESS. Of course, any time I spend with her is pretty much wonderful, so Marriott got a huge advantage there. We ate at Pint Brothers twice. Wonder Wife had the fish and chips one time and the patty melt the second. I had the garden salad both times. The french fries were excellent, the fish was as good as we've had and the patty melt was also very good. The service, though, was very slow both times. read more

The craft beers on tap are mostly from Colorado and the cuisine ranges from flatbreads, gourmet burgers, pastas, and seafood. This place fills up fast when conferences are held at the hotel, and 45minute wait times can be normal. Overall the food and beverages are good, and the menu offers something for everyone. We have stayed at this Marriott several times and never eaten at this restaurant. I decided to give it a shot for lunch today but apparently should have steered clear as I have on previous visits. The restaurant was pretty much empty when I was seated and I didn't see any wait staff, which didn't bode well. A few minutes after I was seated (and not greeted by anyone except the hostess), a gentleman was seated at a table near me. I waited a few more minutes and a waiter finally appeared. However, instead of heading to my table to take my order, he greeted the gentleman who was seated after me and took his order instead. At that point, I figured they weren't really interested in my business and I wasn't interested in being ignored so I left. I drove over to a nearby outside restaurant where I received lovely service and I imagine the food was better anyway. I won't be trying this restaurant again on any future stays at this Marriott and will spread the word about my experience today. read more

Just got to Denver and we were hungry but didn't want to get back in the car to find something to eat. This place had a 4+ star rating online so we decided it would be a great choice. We both ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and frizzled onions with a side of fries. The BBQ pork tasted like it was prepackaged and warmed up in a microwave, the frizzled onions was a small clump in the middle of the sandwich that was overcooked, greasy and overly salted. This was our second stay at the Marriott in Denver Tech Center and it was nice to hang out at Pint Brothers at the end of a long day. The food is typical pub fare and the flatbread is a nice choice. The ambience is great. Last year, Sam shared a drink with us that is his specialty and we were happy to order it again this year. Kendall was so kind as well and since it was my birthday, she shared how to make birthday cake shots, which were absolutely delicious. On our last night there, Mike served us even though it was so close to last call and I am sure he was probably more than ready to go home, but he was kind and gracious to us. My only complaint is every time I came here they serve me my meal with no utensils to eat it and have to track the server back down to get it. Sloooow. First night dinner was OK. The next day, breakfast took over 30 minutes to serve our food. That night we ordered to go because we were in a hurry. They said the food was going to be out in 20 minutes so we ordered. It took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered our food until they brought the food out. One burger, one salad, one appetizer, and one side. If they had told us that it would take 45 minutes to make that when we ordered we would have gone somewhere else. When we got the food it was missing fries with the burger. The fried chicken salad had two chicken tenders cut in half. I have upgraded my review to 3* as I found out that they comped that meal - I still would have preferred to pay full price and get my food when promised, but at least they tried to fix it. read more
