The unearthing the orb is a must try! It won the 23 world beer cup. It's got a Smokey taste to it. It would go great with BBQ! I really loved all the beers that we tried here. Come check them out! I tried their sour and thought it was great, I would get it again. I didn't see any hefeweizen or wheat beers available at the time, but they did have a lot of beers on tap. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. It was really busy inside, especially bc it was hot outside. We were greeted right away and the bartenders were super friendly and helpful. We decided to sit outside at the picnic tables where it was a bit quieter. They have lots of tables outside and have shade for hot summer days. My husband and I really enjoyed all the beer we had. Came here on 4th of July. When I travel, I like to try to hit up at least one brewery and Yelp lead us here. They didn't have the food trucks that were referenced in many of the reviews (likely due to holiday weekend), but they allowed us to bring food in, so we DoorDashed some tacos. The beer is really good here. Usually, the hubby and I will do a flight, then each pick a beer to have as a full glass, but their selections were really good so we did two 6-beer flights. I was tempted to get a glass as well, but we had a 5pm bbq to attend. This place is big with lots of seating options inside and out. Staff were friendly. This is one of the great breweries in Beautiful Colorado. This one is located in The Lone Tree/Centennial vicinity. They usually have a really good line up of food trucks that drop in daily. Every food truck feels like it's crafted to their beer selections most of the time. What I love best about this brewery is it's nice intimate community feel and hoe the bar/taps are set up in the center of the room. All the seating surrounds the bar like they are the main stage at Red Rock Amphitheater, lol. Daily there's a new & cool staff members with great knowledge pouring up their great variations of beers. Currently they have some great IPAs and sours, and stouts on tap. My current favorite is this tropical Sour that great flavor and an Hazu IPA with coconut flavors. The people who frequent here are just as cool. People actually speak to one another here and spark up conversations about food and old school real hip hop or 90s music in general. Fantastic and lively brewery. Service always on point; you just walk up and order and boom, you get a beer. For food, many days there is a food truck parked outside. Maybe it's a mac and cheese truck, maybe it's hotdogs, either way they have options. They allow dogs inside and also have turf and tables with benches outside. The benches are wood and so do bring a blanket if you will be sitting there, because splinters lol. They also have water bowls that are cleaned for your pup, which is super appreciated. My wife and I have been coming to this excellent little dog-friendly brewpub two or three times a year since they opened back in... 2017? 2018? They feature an expansive tap selection, friendly and knowledgeable servers, and piped-in music that matches my taste. Their website says they have live music from time to time, but I must come on the wrong days. They almost always feature a very good food truck, and their Astroturf outdoor seating area provides a more comfortable experience for my older huskies than the hard surface patios at most of the pubs around the South Metro area. Resolute has a very pleasant atmosphere, nice friendly patrons, and lots of dogs to say hello to. My wife and I have very different tastes in craft beer, but each of us can always find a beer or two to please our palate. read more

Five star atmosphere, OK beer. My husband and I both had the Steve brown ale and it was nothing special, it was a pretty light and toasty brown, had no other distinctive flavors. Stop by for date night for a quick beer and ended up staying for a few hours . There selection for IPA's has grown since the last time I was there and worth the wait ! Super murky , hazy and creamy . The DIPA cannon ball was my favorite because for a double ipa it was as smooth as a babies butt ! Cousins lobster was the food truck for the day and their Connecticut roll and lobster bisque was on point. This brewery is a staple in the Centennial area. I love everything about it except for the parking situation. The have plenty of beers to pick from with a good variety. They have plenty of seating and a nice patio area when the weather is nice. I have even attended a fun beer festival on the patio and loved it. Keep it up guys! Love this brewery. read more

We loved them so much that we had to visit them again before leaving CO. When we went back the second time they remembered us and called our dog by his name! Awww!! Staying close by and love microbreweries, so we popped in. Recommend this place especially if you want a mix-n-match 4/6pack of their brews. Only downside was there were no high chairs and I didn't bring something for my son to sit in as he has cerebral palsy and has trouble standing/sitting unassisted. We pre-gamed here before going to Fiddlers Green because a $7 beer is better than a $14 one. I've had three different beers from Resolute Brewing so far and I must say I'm very impressed! I had their Standing Room Only IPA which had a nice bite to it but wasn't too overwhelming at all. The other two beers that I had were lagers which I especially enjoy! I had the Pick Six which was a great amber lager with a great, crisp flavor profile I could have a few! Also I had the Crispy River which was a great salted lime lager that I was highly impressed with! The balance of lime and salt were excellent where one feature didn't dominate the other. Great beer! Resolute makes many other beers I found intriguing like a lime IPA for example or a chai brown ale so I'll definitely be going back to see if I can try these as well as others of course! read more

We used to go to Resolute for family hang-outs/Playing board games, or just to grab a good beer, and the place was great. The beer was delicious and the staff was friendly. With this in mind, we decided to take my parents there tonight, since they have never been there and we wanted to introduce the place to them. It was a Saturday night, and not particularly busy, And it looked like there was plenty of seating outside with heat lamps, which is where we wanted to sit anyways. However when we started to go in there was a sign that said "21+ only". I was very surprised, and I asked the hostess if it was true that my son, who is 10, really couldn't enter their brewery. She said yes that's correct, The only people with kids can come in are kids who are infants. I asked, even if we sit outside we can't stay? And she said yes sorry you can't stay here. In my nine years of living in Colorado now, we go to a lot of breweries, and this is the first one that's ever turned my family away. Even now, about four hours after we tried to get in, I still can't think of a good reason why they won't let a child sit with their family. Even if they had a policy that said you had to buy a soda for your child if they went that would even be reasonable, but "no" no children allowed. This policy really bothers me. They lost my family's business. It's a shame because they do have great beer, and, from what I could see, were following strict Covid policies. We subsequently went to another neighborhood brewery that valued our business. read more

Decided to visit this brewery while I was in Denver for work. The place was a bit hard to find, but well worth the effort. It is located at the end of a strip center. Ample parking. There is a circular bar in in the center of the space, with tables and chairs around the rest of the space. there is outdoor seating located to the side of the building. I had a sampler of several of their beers. All were true to style and very good. I particularly liked the black IPA and the brown ale. They don't have a kitchen, but to have a limited selection of packaged snacks. I really enjoyed the vibe of the place, the service was great, and the beer was very good as well. When Google decides to take you from Aurora to the Denver Tech Center choosing to avoid the highways (all on its own) - you end up making a U-turn to check out a brewery you've been eyeing for a while! Enter: Resolute Brewing Company! SPACE/ATMOSPHERE: For starters - Resolute has a fantastic patio space! Plus, it's even dog friendly (as long as your dog is friendly)! No Colorado patio space is complete without cute string lights, ample picnic tables, and a small stretch of grass. Inside the taproom is very contemporary with a concrete bar top circling the taps. There's grey everywhere with pops of white and color throughout. Love it! They have seating to accommodate any group size; so go ahead, bring all your friends! BREWS: During my visit I decided to get a little flight of four to try a variety of their offerings. I chose to sip on: 5280 Lager, Resolute Colorado Roots Blonde, Resolute Amber Lager, and Resolute Porter. The 5280 Lager and Resolute Porter were my favorites. Both had great flavor. The 5280 Lager was obviously lighter. It is a great summer patio sipper. Whereas, the Resolute Porter would def be a fall favorite. I look forward to seeing what other brews they craft up in the future! EATS: While Resolute doesn't have a kitchen of their own - they do have a rotating list of food trucks that set up shop and serve up their goods out front. UPDATE! This has become my favorite, go-to brewery close to home. We ended our brew tour here, at my favorite spot! There is literally nothing I don't like about this place. NOTHING! The brews are delicious, the staff is outstanding and the patio is killer. I hadn't experienced it's glory until last weekend - and sure glad I did. Although it's a bit small, it fits a lot of people and large jenga - which I happily played into the evening! I don't hang out at breweries very often because I don't drink, but this is a very nice place to hang out, socialize, and people watch. They also had rescue pigs and a vegan food truck out today which was pretty cool. Didn't get any food because I wasn't hungry, but I know mu Denver is really good. This place is pretty cool. My friend and I were in the Are for the Clue Room Escape Game, and we got in early so stopped for a drink. The set up is really cool and casual. The bartender Annie was awesome so thank you Annie. They have a good selection of brews that are very tasty and come at a great price ! They also give you a discount kinda for doing the clue room.
