Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. It was really busy inside, especially bc it was hot outside. We were greeted right away and the bartenders were super friendly and helpful. We decided to sit outside at the picnic tables where it was a bit quieter. They have lots of tables outside and have shade for hot summer days. My husband and I really enjoyed all the beer we had. They also have rotating food trucks which is an added bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Came here on 4th of July. When I travel, I like to try to hit up at least one brewery and Yelp lead us here. They didn't have the food trucks that were referenced in many of the reviews (likely due to holiday weekend), but they allowed us to bring food in, so we DoorDashed some tacos. The beer is really good here. Usually, the hubby and I will do a flight, then each pick a beer to have as a full glass, but their selections were really good so we did two 6-beer flights. I was tempted to get a glass as well, but we had a 5pm bbq to attend. This place is big with lots of seating options inside and out. Staff were friendly. I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic and lively brewery. Service always on point; you just walk up and order and boom, you get a beer. For food, many days there is a food truck parked outside. Maybe it's a mac and cheese truck, maybe it's hotdogs, either way they have options. They allow dogs inside and also have turf and tables with benches outside. The benches are wood and so do bring a blanket if you will be sitting there, because splinters lol. They also have water bowls that are cleaned for your pup, which is super appreciated. Great vibes all around!

Five star atmosphere, OK beer. My husband and I both had the Steve brown ale and it was nothing special, it was a pretty light and toasty brown, had no other distinctive flavors. The atmosphere was really cool - loved the wall decor and eclectic furniture and homey vibes. Would maybe come back to try another beer and play some games!

Stop by for date night for a quick beer and ended up staying for a few hours . There selection for IPA's has grown since the last time I was there and worth the wait ! Super murky , hazy and creamy . The DIPA cannon ball was my favorite because for a double ipa it was as smooth as a babies butt ! Cousins lobster was the food truck for the day and their Connecticut roll and lobster bisque was on point. Resolute has I believe over 20 home brewed selections on tap , a variety of beers for everyone's taste . Give it a try the next time you're in the area . Thank me later !

Oh man, what can I say...We Loved Resolute Brewing!! Their establishment is beautiful and their beers are on point!! They're pet friendly and were so sweet to our pup. We loved them so much that we had to visit them again before leaving CO. When we went back the second time they remembered us and called our dog by his name! Awww!! They were all so kind and friendly (Especially Sabrina & Anya)! Love them!! Now going back to their beers...they were all so good! We love IPA's and they have so many to choose from. Their merch is awesome too! Everything was reasonably priced as well. We are not from CO. but will definitely be back when visiting this great brewery state!

Staying close by and love microbreweries, so we popped in. Recommend this place especially if you want a mix-n-match 4/6pack of their brews. Only downside was there were no high chairs and I didn't bring something for my son to sit in as he has cerebral palsy and has trouble standing/sitting unassisted. But, solid selection of brews with some heavy weights and barrel aged options. Go here.

    Vienna Lager and Wheat Ale

Resolute had an extensive selection of beer. The Vienna Lager and Wheat Ale were very solid beers. It feels like a locals place and that is something every brewery should strive for.

Crispy River... a fantastic salted lime lager!

We saw the sign for the brewery in the back of the lobby, went in an it seemed closed but there was a big set of stairs heading down. We went downstairs and found a bar that leads out to the patio, completely open and so cute overlooking a nice fountain and great green views. The bar had a food menu too, and two pool tables although they were in rough shape. The bartenders were attentive and nice, giving their recommendations. We had the wagyu burger and truffle fries and the chips trio. The burger and fries were so good, but the chips were very oily and many were soft and not crunchy. I tried one of their cocktails, the first one with the strawberry puree and lemon, and they let me swap the vodka for tequila. It was sweet and yummy. A great little spot to take a date in between plans for sure

Outside patio has decent shade by the little pond thing and lounge chairs to sit in. Our pup was also allowed to hangout there as well. Staff was short that day and the manager let us know, which was no problem. We ordered 3 dishes: fish tacos, pulled pork sandwich and a poke bowl. After waiting 45-50 minutes, which again I know due to short staffing, we were utterly disappointed in what we received. The tacos looked like they were microwaved along with the beans. I didn't get a pic of the pulled pork but was probably like a quarter cup total of some meat and sauce on a McD looking bun. The poke bowl was majority rice. For a bill that ended up coming out to about $80 (had also 2 diet cokes and a beer), this was quite a slap in the face. You're better off going elsewhere for your money.

You're asked to arrive 30 minutes early, and we sat around the entire 30 minutes, then finally they walked us through the how-to of it all. the staff is really friendly and the place is clean and well appointed. it was a nice experience, but very indulgent. i don't believe the price is worth it, esp at $1/ounce on the beer & the 90-minute time limit in the room, when one wants to bounce around from sauna to cold shower to hot tub (not necessarily in that order), etc. plus time for dressing and undressing. the anti-gravity massage chairs are also an extra add-on, which i find a bit extreme. overall, we enjoyed ourselves and disappearing from the outside world was rather nice, but it's definitely a one-off, or an annual experience at best. Checking out was equally slow. The host was giving a lady a demonstration on the beer bar and he could have kindly asked to be excused to check us out, but instead he let us sit for over 15 minutes as he gave the gal samples.

The night we went,…read morethey weren't very busy and plenty of tables were available both inside and on their beautiful patio. We started with indoor seating since we both thought it was a little too warm outside, but the a/c was blowing super hard on our heads and we moved outside. That turned out to be a great move! Their patio is so inviting - so many pots and hanging baskets of flowers! AND it turned out not to be too warm so we were very happy. We both ordered beers (duh) to start and an order of the Crispy Fried Brussel Sprouts (deep fried and drizzled with a balsamic vinegar glaze). These days every restaurant seems to feel the need to have B sprouts on their menu. Some are really good. Some just aren't. These were the really good ones as far as I'm concerned - they were just sprouts perfectly crispy fried and with none of the stuff I don't want (ie no bacon, cheese, croutons, etc). And the amount served was very generous! Delish! I already knew what I wanted before we arrived - FRIED CHICKEN! I've had this restaurant bookmarked for quite a while mostly to try this chicken. I was not disappointed! It was so so good - super crispy, not greasy, not too salty, moist. Needless to say, I managed to eat all of it myself (minus the SMALL piece I cut off for The Hubs to taste). It came with two blueberry cornbread muffins and some slaw (I also ordered a side of steamed broccoli). The Hubs ordered a burger (I think it was the burger of the week) with slaw. Both of us really enjoyed the food. I can't say enough about their patio. Beautiful! The day we went, it was practically empty so it was pretty quiet and pleasant. I did mention to our server when we were sitting indoors (and noticed it was barely audible outdoors) that some music would be nice, though. Maybe they don't notice when they're working that it's off, but any night (and especially a quiet night) there needs to be music for ambience and so people that are dining feel comfortable talking. I REALLY hate sitting in a restaurant that sounds dead... Anyway, rant over. Our server was great. The restaurant (including the restroom) was clean. Will definitely return.

There are Many similar burger/beer restaurants in the area, and I do not recommend this one.
