This place was fabulous! I hidden gem outside of the city (don't let the plain outside and barred windows fool you)! Stopped in recently while out on a brew and distillery tour (Yelp my trusted guide) and it was such a great experience. The staff offered up a warm welcome, and we were also greeted by the owner and his dog "Moose" such a cutie. We ordered a bourbon flight to sample some of the bartenders recommendations and then also tried two of their cocktails. All of which were fantastic. The bourbon was smooth and rich in flavor and the cocktails were perfectly mixed and absolutely delicious. Branch & Barrel's award-winning Flagship Bourbon recipe is 100% home grown and features two wonderful local Colorado grains: Corn of which comes from Wiggins, and Barley which comes from Monte Vista. They also use mineral-rich water from their own wells out on the plains. I look forward to stopping in again the next time I visit Centennial!

I wouldn't have known this distillery unless Yelp organized an Elite event here. This place is more than a hidden gem; what should I call it? Silicon Valley of whiskey making?? Hopefully you understand what I'm trying to say (lol)!! Due to some last minute cancellations, I was reached out by our wonderful Community Manager, Matt a few days before the event. Thanks, Matt, for kindly extending the invitation to me. I, without hesitation, said yes to it. The city of Centennial has a special place in my heart as it boasts diversity in the restaurant scene. And to know that it has one of a kind distillery was a shocking thing to hear. This place is a true Colorado native; from sourcing to distillation, everything is Colorado made. I'm so proud of this place to say the least. Quick and yet very informative distillery tour by Ryan and Mitch was very educational. I've been to several distilleries through Yelp event in the past but this was by far the best one I've ever been to. After the tour, we gathered at the bar and sampled about six different expressions of the spirits they make. Every single one was exquisitely delicious. I personally liked the coffee one and the wine barrel one. Now I know a place to buy a nice bottle of bourbon whiskey. And it's only 10-15 min from my house!! This place also has a variety of merchandise. I found a beautiful blue flannel on the rack which I couldn't resist to buy (it was $48.) Can't wait to wear it for a nice occasion. Thanks Branch & Barrel for opening up your place for us Yelp Elites. Now we have a task to do: to spread the word about your distillery to the rest of Colorado or the country or the world!! And I must not forget to thank Yelp and Matt for organizing this event. Because of you, we are spoiled as hell!!!

Awesome! Great drinks, interesting flights, and great team out here. They explained the process and the flavors of everything before us. It's always worth a try when you find smaller, chill places like this that have unique takes on oaky spirits. Love the local from 4 Grain to Miel. The aromas and flavors were packed.

Definitely the most hidden gem in Centennial. This is distillery is located maybe half a mile from Arapahoe Road. They have limited hours, but they do have a tap room and they do have hours . I have attached a photo just in case but Yelp has been notified. The distillery isn't assuming business building but once you walk in, it's cozy and cool I got a flight enjoyed every variation, but I especially love the honey bourbon. It was not too sweet. It's definitely not a liquor, but it would make a great old fashion. I didn't got a Mai Tai variation that was both different an amazing. My wife got there, Colorado Rita, and it's one of the better ones out there. Line up the hours and come over. It's gonna be a good time.

While waiting for my car to be finished from getting detailed I had arrived early. As this area is strictly industrial luckily this establishment was opened and I was able to have a few drinks while waiting for my car to finish. Also Yelp had an event here a few years ago and I enjoyed it then as well. They have a drink that goes towards charity and it was a bit tart but drinkable.

Went to a Yelp event here and had a great time! One of the owners gave us a tour of the place and told us all about their values & distilling process. They've made so much of their process sustainable and use high quality ingredients, such as getting their water from the Arapahoe Aquaphor. The bartending staff was also so kind and knowledgeable-- I had an old fashion, which I can be a little snobby about (being from Wisconsin). This didn't disappoint! They're very creative and try new flavors a lot here-- it's worth the trek from the city!

    So many to choose from!

Never would have known this place was here without yelp. A true hidden gem. Highly recommend taking a night out there with the guys or the gals or the spouse. Take a tour and learn how they make their incredible Bourbons and whiskeys. I can almost guarantee, you'll end up making a purchase which is exactly what I did. Great people, great business and even a great little pooch there. Say hi to Moose if you're lucky enough to see him!

Yes. I know it's out of the city. Trust me... it is worth it. The number one ingredient is love. Love for the bourbon and love for the employees. As soon as I walked in, I was met with warm smiles and a doggo! 90% of all ingredients are from Colorado. The water is from an arapahoe well and trucked to the distillery. The corn used is human grade made for eating! Passionate. Is the only word to describe the employees at B&B. Follow them on IG for events! Bottling once a month and a tour of the distillery! Colorado made. Family business.

The Gold Rush Mitch made for us. Amazing!

Mitch, Cassie, and Kimber (the dog) showed us the best time at Branch & Barrel. So much so that we returned a couple of days later with the rest of our traveling party! I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a fan of bourbon, but when my partner asked to add this to our itinerary, I thought I'd be open and give it an honest try. While I still don't think a bourbon neat is for me, I think this is a really special spot and a great stop-off when you're passing through Centennial. Mitch and his drinks are thoughtful, fun, adventurous and there's something on their menu for everyone. I had the Campfire Peach Old Fashioned which was smoky, subtle, and smooth, the PB&J Sour which was complicated, a little sweet, and surprising. I also had a taste (or two or three) of the Ube B Baby and I would highly recommend that for someone who usually orders cocktails and likes them on the sweeter side. Great ube flavor and overall really fun. I also rolled for an old fashioned, because where else could you find something unique like that? They have a stunning list of options and I couldn't resist leaving a drink up to fate! I also cannot forget to mention the Gold Rush Mitch made for my partner. That was genuinely one of the BEST drinks I've ever had. Overall, a fantastic place with fantastic hosts, and a true commitment to staying local; I hope to make it back again someday!

So many choices only four spots to fill for the the flight.

The knowledgeable staff are a wealth of information. They ensure your experience is top notch and welcoming. Their whiskey is truly surprising good, competes with all of the legacy distilleries in Kentucky.

We LOVE this distillery and their tasting room. They have a rotating seasonal drink menu and a BYO old fashioned menu. Mitch and Cassie run the bar and it's never a disappointment to see their faces! We can't say enough good things about this place and it's a staple for out-of-town guests as a great representation of all that CO has to offer! If you want something local and want a change from beer, come check them out.

Often. Have you seen how often I check in??? For client meetings. For get togethers. For coffee. For cocktails. It's neighbor is Cranelli's, my other fave spot for Italian. Just look for the bright yellow umbrellas and you know you've arrived to coffee heaven. Parking can get nuts during the busy hours but there's always one available if you just exercise patience so you can get the aahhmazing Vietnamese coffee. I adore the owners Tracy and Q who are usually on site and welcoming guests or working the counter. They invite you in with their warm smiles and happy soul. Staff is always friendly and ready to serve you the caffeine fix or in my case the cocktails. I am head over heels on the Lychee Peachy, Espresso Martini or Afterwork Refresher if I am not getting the coffee flights. Trust me, you can't drink just one Lychee Peachy. The coffee flights of chilled coffee are customizable (four options you can choose from a rotating list of regular and seasonal flavors). The flights are so Instagram swoon worthy and art itself. I also can't get over the incredible baked goods like the cream cheese cruffins that I won't share. There is such a selection of breakfast items like the lox and bagel that will taste so good with your coffee. The light bites are so yummy and a meal itself. I highly recommend the steak bites, the shrimp toast and the banh mi board if you had to start with anything. I learned that they have a similar concept at the Golden Triangle where Q's brother is the owner. It's on my list though I am partial and loyal to this location. May all your to-do's turn in to ta-da's! Peaky Peak makes me look forward to tomorrow's coffee.

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.
