I don't like beer so I'm glad they have some alternative options like cider or pre-made cocktails but the cocktails are definitely hit or miss. Fun, alive restaurant with both inside and outside seating. A wall of beer taps great you when you go inside with a giant menu above them explaining what they have. Mostly German but some US. If you haven't tried many German, here's your chance. Size-wise from small to Boot ! Another area has a giant menu above the cash register showing all the food choices - too many to explain here. You order at each of these stations. You take your drink order with you and they bring your food order to your table. A family friendly place- we didn't have family with us but still it is a good to know for when one does. Beer selection was just okay as far as I was concerned but I am not the real beer aficionado. We sat at the bar and service was great. I sampled a few of the beers before settling on my 1st selection. Food is ordered at a different counter but then they give you a buzzer to place on a marker so they know where to find you when food is ready. We got knackwurst and the sliders. Been passing by here few times and today was the occasion, unplanned, impromptu stop. Place was packed with lots of noise on Sat afternoon. With Dog Haus nect door, parking was full but was able to find one easily. Food and alcohol are ordered at two different areas. Its huge area but all seems to be flowing effortlessly. Didn't get to try the outdoor biergarten this time. We ended up getting Biergarten burger and the Rueben with side of fries. All were good especially the fries. Come on down and try the Schwarzbier! It is as dark as my soul in appearance but light and smooth on the palate. I am not a fan of coffee beer but it was so subtle on this guy that I was sold on first sip. As always I have to give a huge shout out to the staff, at their worst they make you feel welcome but I have only seen them at their best and they always make me feel super cared for. I really wish I could 5-star Prost Brewing. The building is so nice and open. They've got tons of seating both inside and outside. The outdoor seats have heat lamps above the table and they also have seats that circle around a fire. It is a very nice spot You can bring your dogs, and it is fairly kid friendly too since there is room for them to run around outside. They have bowls for dogs right by where you can get water. Prost Brewing has got lots of drink options. I tried their hefeweizen beer and the pear cider from stem. Besides beers they do have cocktails as well running around $10 each. The beers are usually about $7.50 each. The reason that I can't 5-star Prost Brewing is because the tomatoes in my chicken doner were bad. I had to take them out in order to eat them. They tasted stale like it had oxidation. I'm guessing they have been prepped and then put in the fridge in a container that wasn't sealed and started to absorb all the flavors inside of the fridge. My smashers were good though. They are just like a loaded baked potato but instead of just one big potato it was a bunch of mini ones. I honestly would like to come back and try more of their food because German food is not very common to come by. I would still come back, it's a nice place to hang out! read more

We've come here three or four times and sat with our dogs on the patio. It seems to be popular with young families, as there have been quite a few kids having fun running around on the grass each time we've been here. We've caught live music a couple of times on the weekend. You have to go to the bar to order your beers and to the kitchen to order your food. Food is delivered to your table. The beertenders have ranged from quite knowledgeable about the styles they serve to just started and don't know the difference between a pilsner and a dunkelweizen. We came here for the first time last week and it was really good! They definitely have a different set up and get super busy! They have a counter to buy food then a separate one for the drinks. Came here the other week after being at a local park. Prost has a great selection of beers (that they brew themselves + guest brews). The beers are pricey but very good. You order your drinks at the bar then if you want to order food you go that counter to order. We ordered a sausage board (which is over $20 but plenty of food for two people). Overall great food. Others in my party got a hamburger, and they enjoyed their food as well. For the most part this place is self-serve (you pick up food when your buzzer goes off), coke machine to refill your own drinks. Met up with a friend this weekend for a quick drink out on the patio. The line looked long, but the service was quick and all the staff super friendly. While I'm glad some places are kid friendly, the amount of young kids both inside and outside running wild and unsupervised was staggering. Each time I've been here the service has been quick and friendly. The atmosphere is fun and there are always kids and dogs which is a good sign. There is cornhole and other games in the yard but unfortunately most of the time people let their kids take over without paying attention (so they stay there for hours without being aware adults actually want to play) and it's impossible to play an actual game, haha. I was in town visiting friends, and they brought me to their local brewery. Prost looked like such a fun, kid-friendly, and pet-friendly biergarten. We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday night, and the place was pretty busy. I loved everything that the place had to offer. They had great food, an outdoor patio area, and a live cover band. Service was great. Staff members I spoke with were kind, and the food came out fairly quickly considering how many people there were. Prost had many options for alcohol. I saw that they had cocktails, but I ordered a beer flight including the Cinco de Mayo special brew, an IPA, a sour, and a cider. I chose an amazing food spread if I say so myself. I ordered a few shareables for the table. Can't go wrong with a Bavarian pretzel. We got a huge pretzel paired with a sweet dijon mustard and cheese. The poutine was excellent. The fries were thin and crispy, and I especially loved the mushroom gravy. Get the chicken wings. I'm not a huge fan of buffalo flavor, but I found that the vinegar-y taste was milder than I'm used to, which was why I liked the wings so much. One of the go to places in Highlands Ranch. This place just keeps improving! The food here is very good, not just for a brewery. The beverage selection is great, there are the Prost beers and guest drinks too. Some of the Prost beers are very good, like the Vienna Lager, the Dunkel and others. The system here is you order at the bar, you get a beeper and place it on the table, and they find you and bring you the food. From my experience, if you have multiple orders to the same table thing can go wrong, but typically everything works like a clock. The line to the beer taps can be long, but goes very quickly and the service is always friendly and here you pick up your drinks right after you order them. The outside area developed a lot and seems to be very family friendly, there are a lot of families with children here.
