I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel it's important to share our experience with Villa Parker so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, from start to finish, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication was poor from the very beginning. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were assigned five different day-of coordinators due to constant staff changes. Then, just three weeks before our wedding, we received an email stating that the venue had changed ownership yet again. We were introduced to Keisha, the new manager and point of contact, who assured us that things would be handled differently and that we'd be well taken care of. Sadly, that couldn't have been further from the truth. Only two weeks before our wedding, we were told that they couldn't locate our signed contract. When we checked the digital link where our contract had been stored, it showed that it had been deleted. We were then asked to sign a new contract -- but this new version included multiple price increases, including higher rental fees. Despite having several emails proving our original agreement, the venue insisted we sign the new contract. Even during that renegotiation process, Keisha repeatedly forgot to include key details we had already agreed upon. If it hadn't been for our day-of coordinator carefully reviewing the revised contract, several important elements would have been missed entirely. That kind of carelessness just added to the stress and uncertainty we were already facing. When my husband (then fiancé) spoke with Keisha by phone to calmly address these issues, she raised her voice and continuously spoke over him like a child throwing a temper tantrum- behavior that was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially just two weeks before our wedding. The entire ordeal caused tremendous stress in what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an additional $800 -- $400 per hour -- simply to arrive early enough to get ready at the venue. As a result, we were rushed on the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup team struggled to finish in time, and my husband ended up helping set up just hours before guests arrived -- something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day. To be fair, our day-of coordinator, Brooke from Grace & Co., was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and was the only reason things came together at all. However, she does not work for Villa Parker -- she was contracted separately, and her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the venue's management. As a Colorado native, I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Villa Parker. It was once owned by a couple who truly cared about making each event magical, but sadly, under the new ownership, that warmth, integrity, and attention to detail are completely gone. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up our items, the project manager saw us and didn't even acknowledge us -- not a word, not a smile, nothing. It breaks my heart to say this, but I would strongly discourage anyone from booking Villa Parker under its current ownership. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the management and treatment of clients are deeply disappointing. I hope in time they rediscover the excellence and care that once made this venue so special. read more

Villa Parker is a beautiful venue with shady business practices. I booked a wedding a year and a half in advance and when My fiancé and I decided to get married in Hawaii, we wanted to work with Villa and come to a happy agreement. Obviously we would forfeit our deposit and that's totally fine. When we notified to business of our decision (over a year in advance) it took them 4 MONTHS to respond to our inquiry. Then they told us we still had to pay the remaining balance even if we gave up our date. In the end we settled in the middle and paid the remaining half, not including our deposit. They said we had to do this because they didn't have time to book another wedding for that day. They would have had plenty of time had they responded in a timely manner. Also, I have confirmed that they in face DID book a wedding for the same date. They just wanted more money from us. read more

Very beautiful venue and great communication at the start. Unfortunately we ended up attempting to switch venues about a year out from our wedding date, and communication started falling apart from there. After reaching out to discuss options, we spoke with their liaison (front desk coordinator?) multiple times, but we were always told that we would have to wait for the decision of the owners. We would again contact the liaison every week to two weeks, even offering alternatives like finding someone to take our date for them! We kept getting the run-around, waiting for an answer from the owners. Four months later (8-9 months our from wedding date), we get a response that they would not have enough time to book another wedding, and we would need to pay a remaining balance. We ended up settling, of course losing our deposit, but paying a couple thousand more to 'surrender' our date. Thennn they ended up booking someone else for that date no problem. TLDR: Great venue if you do not have any hiccups, but customer service is lacking. Your adventure may end up better than ours though! Two stars only because it's a beautiful place. read more

Villa Parker is a beautiful venue! This was the 5th wedding we'd done with our kids and the first official venue, WITH a coordinator! The venue was great but the details we expected with the extra cost were lacking. The outdoor speakers didn't work, we had to find the coordinator to close the garage door just minutes before our daughter was set to walk down the aisle, and the expensive "attended" drink service we paid for was just sodas in an ice bucket, unattended. I emailed my concern and was told the owner would reach out. After numerous emails, it's been 6 weeks now, no phone call or offer to compensate us for the disappointments. I wish I could give a glowing review, but we're disappointed. For the last wedding in our family, we'll save the money and do it right ourselves. read more

We found Villa Parker at the suggestion of our photographer, Tony Clapp. Villa Parker is absolutely breathtaking, especially during the summer. There are so many beautiful photography opportunities--the grounds are well-maintained, with plenty of flowers and options for indoor/outdoor lighting packages to add extra flair. We are thankful we spent the extra money on the lighting package we chose! Our main interactions with Villa staff were with Kelsey, until we were assigned our day-of coordinator, Jen, who works in partnership with the venue. The price of the day-of coordinator is built into the venue fee, which was a huge plus of choosing Villa Parker. Kelsey was wonderful to work with. She is professional, kind, accommodating, and always answered our questions with exceptional detail. Jen was fun, collaborative, had fresh ideas and great advice, and made the venue look just as we dreamt it would be. During the event, she watched over every detail and made sure everything was taken care of. It even rained during dinner, and she & her assistant, along with our caterers, were able to pivot immediately to their Plan B floorplan. It was so nice that we did not have to worry about the details of the decor and events of the day! On the business side of things, Villa Parker worked well with each of our vendors, even though some of them had never worked at the venue before. The bartender that Villa Parker provided was also fantastic and kept our guests happy! Villa also has available several decor closets full of easels, signs, candles, candle holders, and other items which we were able to utilize and save a bit of money on decorations. They even let us borrow an easel to take to our ceremony site for our welcome sign. For the decor that we provided, we were able to deliver our items the day before the wedding, which added flexibility for us the day of the wedding. Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Kelsey did a very good job with keeping us updated. When we contacted her with questions and concerns about whether we would be able to move forward, she was always compassionate and as flexible as she could be under the circumstances. There came a point where we weren't sure whether we would be able to have our ceremony at a church, and she kept the option of hosting the ceremony at Villa Parker open throughout the planning process. While we were able to keep our ceremony offsite, it was nice to know that we could still have the wedding we dreamed of. The only roadblock we encountered was when we were informed several days before the wedding of an unexpected policy change because of COVID. This certainly created a great deal of stress, but in the end, Jen was accommodating and helped the event run as smoothly as possible during the pandemic. I had both positive and negative interactions with Villa Parker. The biggest take away is how inflexible and inconsiderate they have been throughout the pandemic. While every other vendor allowed us to postpone our wedding with no consequences, it was a battle at every step with Villa Parker. Originally, in March of 2020 they were not allowing couples who had wedding dates beyond June to postpone. When it came time to evaluate if we needed to postpone, they said that since we were allowed 50 people (according to the county - we had originally invited 200) we did not qualify to postpone - and if we opted to - we would need to pay the ENTIRE $6500 fee again. It took multiple emails and conversations to get them to accommodate moving our wedding date from a peak season date to an off-peak season date (mind you - there is a $1500 difference that they did NOT reimburse or apply to other expenses). - My biggest caution is to NOT book them if you foresee ANYTHING at all happening that may require you to change/cancel your wedding date. - We did not foresee anything... then a worldwide pandemic hit. On a positive note - the reason we fell in love in the first place is that the venue is gorgeous. I was initially ecstatic for the blooming trees and florals in the garden that (should have) been present during our end of summer wedding. Unfortunately, these were not in bloom during our wedding as we moved from peak season to off peak season. - The getting ready suites were perfect and we very much appreciated being able to drop our stuff off the night before and get it partially set up. The day of coordinator through Grace and Co was amazing and was able to accommodate all of our needs and was a great support to have leading up to and day of the wedding. read more

Where do I begin!? Villa Parker was the first site visit for a wedding venue my now husband and I had. After visiting, we cancelled all other appointments and booked Villa Parker for our March 17th wedding! It is an absolutely beautiful venue all around. Every backdrop is insanely gorgeous and you really feel as though you've been transported to another country. More importantly than the gorgeousness of the venue, is how amazing the staff is. During the months leading up to the wedding, I always felt welcome to contact the staff with any questions or concerns I had. Erika was always so helpful and quick to respond and Amanda was so amazing in giving guidance concerning bar packages & floor plans. I ALWAYS felt taken care of and never as though I was just another bride. Our final walk through and rehearsal was executed flawlessly with Erika in charge. She makes you feel so at ease and you don't have to worry about anything. The day of the wedding was even greater than the months of help leading up to it. When you book Villa Parker, you are also granted day of coordination from Marilee & Grace. These ladies are absolutely AMAZING!! They do everything, and I mean everything. My vision that I had in my head for the past 12 months were becoming reality right before my eyes! They were more than happy to hang banners & wreaths, set out chargers & menus, and making sure all the special touches I had wanted were present. They also took such good care of me and my girls while we were getting ready, providing us with anything we needed at all. Our day was flawless and Villa Parker is mostly to thank! Villa Parker Cultural and Event Center is located in Parker, Colorado and is a 30 minute drive from Elevate Photography's studio. The Mediterranean styled villa sits atop a meadow looking over the open range with views of the distant mountains. Inspired by its original private owners, the Villa's warm and inviting spaces make guests feel relaxed and at home. The bridal suite is quiet and tastefully decorated. It offers ample room and alot of mirrors for hair and makeup. Both indoor and outdoor ceremonies are possible given the couples needs and the time of year. The great room can be used for both the ceremony and reception in cooler months and the private terrace makes for a great outdoor ceremony. Inspiration for photography comes easily here with the many unique spaces and architectural embelishments. Natural light is available in many of the spaces that make for great candid portraits. The west side of the villa boasts multiple archways and a patio layered with large elm trees. The property sits on an acre of land next to an open field that faces west. The field offers opportunies for great portraits with bridal parties, expecially large ones. The real charm of Villa Parker shows when the sun sets and the warmly lit spaces inside glow as the dinner and reception begin. Guests will feel at home and be ready to dance the night away in the great room. read more

LOVED our experience here! I actually hosted a 3 day, private business retreat at the Villa and they were so helpful and accommodating. Kelsey was amazing in helping me plan everything and get all our details sorted out. The space was absolutely stunning and created such a beautiful area for us to work, have presentations, small group break out sessions, photo shoots, yoga, happy hour and more! This truly was a spectacular place for my event and I couldn't have been happier with the staff and assistance provided! read more

I was having a great time as a guest here at a wedding recently. That all came to a halt when I was groped by a male guest during the reception, a stranger to me, and a Villa Parker staff member named Erika Oltmann handled the situation absolutely horribly. Wouldn't you be angry if you were a guest at a wedding, were sexually assaulted, and the perpetrator came up to you an hour later and continued to harass you? I was, and I let my assaulter and others around me know. Apparently, Ms. Oltmann doesn't know how to investigate such incidents properly, nor is she capable of protecting or respecting guests when they have been victims of sexual assault on the Villa Parker property. Without caring to hear my side of the story, she belittled me, insisted I calm down, and threatened to kick me out of the event. When I told her that I had been inappropriately touched by the man whom I later became engaged in a shouting match with, she gave me a smug apology and brought her focus back to the idea that "it's the bride and groom's day. Don't ruin it." Talk about blaming and shaming the victim! I was deeply disturbed by the way Ms. Oltmann treated me. She was dismissive, condescending, and rude. I urge that she and other Villa Parker employees are trained, quickly, both on how to manage sexual assault at her venue and in terms of general customer service. If you check my Yelp track record, of the 464 reviews I've written on the site over the past 10 years, only 1% of them have been 1-star reviews. I don't like to give businesses bad reviews. I only write 1-star reviews if they are absolutely necessary. Villa Parker, despite being a beautiful place, perpetuates rape culture. It is 100% necessary for prospective clients to know this. If you book your wedding here after reading my review, unfortunately you will only be contributing to our society's problem. read more

This past weekend, my spouse and I had an awful experience at Villa Parker. We were attending a wedding at the venue and another guest inappropriately touched my spouse while she was in line at the bar. Later, when my spouse was loudly confronting the man--who was at that point shouting misogynistic epithets at her--an employee, Erika Oltmann, threatened to kick us out. When we tried to explain what happened, Erika was dismissive and condescending. She explained that she had heard that something had happened to my spouse at the bar and said something to the effect of "these things happen." She also called my spouse rude. Her handling of the situation was completely unprofessional. Rather than investigating guests who are sexually harassing other guests, she blamed the victim. Don't expect your guests to feel safe at Villa Parker. read more

Update: just as bad as before. Villa Parker reached out to me after this review and tried to guilt me into changing it with a Starbucks gift card... And then didn't send one! This place is awful. We just went to a reception here. First off, the reception was beautiful and the villa served as a beautiful backdrop for a romantic wedding. So, for the couple- that's awesome. But the 1 star is for the service. I was the DD, at a reception going from 3-Midnight, and the bartender wouldn't let me have a can of diet coke- instead charged me $2 for a tiny plastic cup of 8oz of coke. The bartender seemed annoyed to be there all day- she was incredibly rude to our whole table, along with every other person. The wait staff was also incredibly rude and hard to deal with, and weren't even doing things that serving staff should do at weddings. Just really dropped the ball. The Bride and Groom were still happy as clams, as they should be. It's just such a shame that such a gorgeous place couldn't show up in the service department. read more

Villa Parker is a beautiful event venue, but what sets them apart? Part of why we booked Villa Parker was the friendliness of the staff- they are very accommodating and helpful! The other reason is because they had a back up plan for bad weather. It came in handy because we had a blizzard on our wedding (IN MAY!!) so our outdoor wedding became an indoor wedding. They did everything so seamlessly most people didn't know it wasn't our original plan. read more

After days of looking at wedding venues, we fell in love with this place. We wanted a down-home, comfortable feel, and that's what we got. Couches and fireplaces, lots of windows and pretty views. Warm colors, dark wood. We liked it because it was handicap accessible as well. Private parking lot, although they need a better sign for guests to turn off the main road for it. We fit about 130 people in there for a non-dinner reception. The cake fit nicely on the altar when we were done with the ceremony so everyone could see us cut the cake. Wonderful! read more

As an event planner, I love this place! The owner and her staff are amazing, attentive and make planning an event there wonderful! I can't wait to have our next wedding there. The location is unique, different than the typical Denver wedding venue. The preferred vendors offer a great variety of options and the staff offer a seemless event. The town of Parker offers wonderful vendors for event planning, florists, etc. So check us out! read more

I had a horrible experience with the owner, Joe Oltmann! The wedding planner (through the venue) messed up and double booked our rehearsal (which is included in the package that we paid for). She told us 3 days before the wedding and it was impossible to reschedule with all our wedding party and we were not able to have a rehearsal. This greatly impacted the day of and the ceremony and caused a lot of stress. I asked to speak with Joe, the owner, about it after the wedding. It took him over 2 months to final talk with me. He was unapologetic about not having a rehearsal. I asked for a small refund, he did give a small refund which did help and I was happy with. However, I also brought up that there were no lemons and limes at the reception (which again we had paid for). He basically implied I and my guests were all liars and there were lemons and limes and he was check the video (what?). What really made me upset was what was told our guests, when they asked for a lime in their drink, the bartenders said "Oh the bride and groom didn't pay for those." Who says that to guests? And it wasn't true!! Joe refused to give me an additional $55 discount that I asked for as a result of not getting the lemons and limes. I was very disappointed in my experience with him and his rudeness. Other than that, I did enjoy the Villa. It's a beautiful space and we had a good time. It rained up until the ceremony and the staff did a great job at adjusting. One thing to note-there is NO air conditioning (except in the bride suite). So far so good! I have booked our venue with Amanda at Villa Parker and have been impressed with them so far. They are willing to work with us with payments and held our date with the contract in progress, which was very accommodating in my opinion! Amanda has been so great with correspondence and answering my list of questions. She always picks up the phone when I call and emails back pretty quickly! This venue is gorgeous and they definitely seem to cater to the bride and groom. I am hoping that we have as good of an experience with the day of coordinator and the vendors we will work with. I hope to write an equally excellent review post ceremony and reception! read more

I am the father of a bride that was married at Villa Parker in June, 2018. I have one statement for anyone considering this venue for a wedding or any other significant event - buyer be ware!! The exterior of this venue is extremely nice in a beautiful country setting, however the inside is very dated and needs a lot of attention (painting, cleaning, etc.). However, the primary reason for my low rating of this facility is the attitude and incompetence that we received from the staff (Erika, our day-of wedding coordinator). When we met with Erika a month before the wedding, we were assured that she would "choreograph" the entire event so that the wedding party and all of our guests would be led seamlessly from the ceremony to the cocktail reception to the dinner and finally dancing. Also in the plan was a rose-petal walk down the aisle, the traditional bride's bouquet toss, and a champagne toast by me, the father of the bride. We fully expected and counted on Erika to be in charge and make sure that all of our requests were handled appropriately and timely, as she promised she would. I don't know where Erika disappeared to once I began to walk my daughter down the aisle, but she was pretty much a no-show from that point forward. First of all, as the new couple walked down the aisle at the conclusion of the ceremony, there were no rose petals scattered as we had asked and paid for. Secondly, Erika was no where to be found when it came time for my daughter to toss her bouquet. That is something that my daughter will never have the chance to do again. Finally, when it came time for my "toast" that included $400 of champagne that we paid for, Erika was again a no-show and guests were left to toast with whatever was in their glass at the time. There were several other mishaps that I will leave unmentioned here, but possibly the worst comment I have is about the attitude that Erika exhibited towards us - she is condescending and extremely "uppity." Also, Villa Parker had to issue us 3 different refund checks to refund our "deposit" and to reimburse us for the champagne that we paid for which they did not provide. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering this venue to make a detailed list/description of all of your requirements and to get IN WRITING from Villa Parker their agreement to provide those requirements. In addition, get Villa Parker's agreement to reimburse you for any of those requirements they fail to meet as agreed. All of these precautions, however, cannot make up for the crappy attitude that we received from Erika. Good luck if you choose this venue! read more

Jen was our wedding planner and did an exceptional job setting everything up and down and up after it started to rain. Everything went smoothly and she worked fabulous under pressure. Held my husband's 80th birthday party at the Villa. I was a little behind on party planning, but the staff helped with recommendations for a caterer (and even menu ideas), as well as a DJ. They helped to keep the party moving, and even got extra chairs and a table out on the spur of the moment when more guests showed up than had RSVP'd. Beautiful venue. read more

This event center is stunning! Sitting on a hill right in the main downtown area of Parker the panoramic views of the mountain sunsets were divine. The old architecture made me feel transported to the romantic set of Zorro. The arches, adobe/stucco design with heavy wood beams and intimate touches like the deep fireplace were so comforting. I loved the bridal and grooms suits should a wedding be taking place. I think my favorite thing about this place was its feel of intimacy, while large enough to host a gathering of 120 or so it felt so close and small unlike a hotel or large event center. The staff has their stuff together too with amazing tastings once a month that feature their vendors and a full spread I was impressed. With no rock unturned this place made me want to rehost my own wedding...well my 10 year anniversary is coming up,..lol read more

Great venue for my sister's wedding. Highly recommended. Staff are also wonderful - they helped take care of my sick mom, brought me Mole Skin for my blisters, and we're all around wonderful. Gorgeous grounds. If I could improve anything, it would be the air conditioning - it was such a hot weekend! Also maybe spread the seats out a bit during the ceremony - it was pretty tight. To start: this place is breathtaking! I fell in love the first time I saw it. My club threw me a graduation party here. The reason(s) why I gave this place 1 stars is because of the management. The person we initially signed the contract with and the Day-of venue supervisor was Amanda. She initially was very sweet and kind, very easy to work with and answered most of our questions in a timely manner when we were first signing the contract. She even agreed to let us come the day before to set up for the party. I don't know what changed, but she became extremely rude and acted like she didn't want us there when we were setting up and on the day of the party. I read many other reviews about the rude staff, but experiencing it for myself was something else. The place was filthy when we were setting up. We asked if it would be cleaned, but it appeared as though that was the best they could do. During the party, I wore a black dress with a long train, and after walking through the dining room once, the bottom of the train was grey from the dust. I held my train the entire night after that. There were also cobwebs in a few corners full of dead bugs, which we cleaned before the party. During the last hour of the party, she took it upon herself to remind my mom every 5 to 10 minutes how much time we had left (i.e. you have 45 mins left, you have 35 mins left, you have 20 mins left). I understand a gentle reminder of the time, but constantly bothering my mom like an egg timer is not ok. After the party ended, we started cleaning up. We had a cleaning crew of almost 15 people. Everyone began the clean up by taking down the centerpieces and table covers, and then doing the majority of what seemed to be Amanda's only job of stacking chairs and taking down tables. After that, Amanda swept the floors quickly and then started telling us to mop, and pick a piece of gum off the floor. One of my sisters immediately started picking up the gum to avoid any trouble, my other sister started to ask if it was even our gum to begin with (since the place was so disgusting before we had the party). Amanda didn't know how to answer and KICKED MY SISTER OUT OF THE PLACE. She told her she didn't want to answer any questions and, in front of all 15 people who stayed to clean, told her to get out. Amanda said, very condescendingly, that she should've gone over the contract more clearly since it seemed I didn't understand it (I didn't want to start comparing intellectual capabilities, as I am an engineer and she babysits parties for a living, so I stayed quiet). In our contract, it is very clear that cleanup was on us. I did read the contract and made note of the cleanup, had a large crew to help, but this was not about the contract, it was her behavior that I didn't like. We also had to take the leaking trash and put it into our cars and take it home with us. Amanda was ok with us coming the next morning to take the trash, which was very nice. It's hard to believe this place doesn't have any garbage bins, but it was in the contract so we couldn't argue. I had more than 10 people approach me (clearly none were among the 15 to watch the circus act during clean up) since my party asking for the number of the place and I told them the whole story. We were also supposed to have another graduation party at this venue for 2 other girls from the club in August but that, of course, will not happen now. It's very sad, as this place is so gorgeous and should be one of Colorado's top venues! If this place had better management, completely new staff, and better cleaning standards it would be one of the best places to have a party. After working on my degree for 4 years and graduating magna cum laude from a vigorous engineering program, I almost felt like the attitude we were subjected to ruined everything I worked so hard for. My graduation commencement was the same day as my party and every time I think about it I remember Amanda's rude behavior. read more

Villa Parker was a dream come true for us. We wanted to get married in a Tuscan Villa in Italy but after realizing very few people would come, we decided to bring Tuscany here. My fiance and I attended one of the open house events at Villa Parker and we were blown away at how beautiful the venue is. The venue was very clean and wall taken care of. They have several great options for those looking for a variety of packages for any type of event. All of the staff and vendors working the event were very helpful. Amanda is great to work with! So far she has been very responsive and detailed in her communication with us, even though we have made several changes. I cannot say enough great things about Villa Parker and its staff. After booking with them, we ended up having to change the wedding date up by nearly 4 months. Karen worked with us and not only moved the date up but contacted some of our vendors for us to make it easier on us. Taylor was our day of planner, she decorated the space just as we had imagined and made the whole day go smoothly. In a time of great stress and chaos, we were able to rely on the competence of the Villa Parker team. Everything from the planning to the rehearsal to the wedding day was seamless. They were able to make all this happen with less than 2 weeks notice!! I cannot speak highly enough about Villa Parker! We loved everything about our wedding day there--the beautiful Mediterranean Villa setting, amazing preferred vendors, and a helpful staff who made us feel like family. Although my husband and I were leaning toward a mountain wedding, we fell in love with Villa Parker after our first tour. Karen was so kind and helpful in answering all of our questions, and they have fun free tasting events each month where you can check out the other great vendors that work with them. The staff was responsive in helping us plan for our big day, and it is so nice that they just book 1 wedding per day, so you have the whole day there to get ready and enjoy yourself without pressure. I had my wedding on June 23rd, 2012 at Villa Parker. This was the first venue I went to and I knew immediately that this is where I wanted to have my wedding. Erkia was a pleasure to work with. She is so open with letting you do what you want to the venue to make it your own. There were so many people that told me that this was the neatest venue they have ever seen. We recently had our wedding there and it was a nice wedding, but too many problems before and after with the staff. For starters, the owner Erica is very hard headed and not very easy to work with. It's either her way or she won't be happy, when in reality, she should strive to make her customers happy. Every step of the planning was like pulling teeth with Erica, we couldn't get her to show up to meetings on time, and when she did show up to meetings, she acted like she had better places to be. On the day of our ceremony our guests took us outside for our Formal Exit, when they returned, they found their wedding keepsakes thrown in the trash and the tables and chairs had been broken down...keep in mind this was 2 hours before our event was scheduled to end. Our guests were basically pushed out 2 hours early. And on top of it all, they charged us $560 for dish cleaning! Needless to say we will not be recommending this place to any of our friends or family for their events. Very dissatisfied with the service, and when you pay $30k for a wedding, you expect to be satisfied. read more
