I've only tried this place once and wasn't impressed. The fries were good but the mushroom bacon burger was nothing special, flavor ok but not distinctive. The single thin smashed patty is not enough for the burger size, opt for the double option. At this price point there should be more imaginative burger toppings than the basic BLT/pickles like BK or McD. read more

Second time trying Stack'd. I cannot say enough good things. First, its so hard to find food cooked to perfection at a decent price. This isnt gourmet...but who even does "gourmet " in CR? We've been to nearly all the restaurants and its a huge disappointment at most of them, especially at what they charge. I had seen the spicy chicken sando advertised and on a hot saturday after working outside all day, it's all I could think about. So, husband drove the 30 minutes to CR to pick them up. And even after a 30 minute drive back home, they were crispy, loaded with slaw and jalapeño and seriously.... ridiculously amazing!!! There arent many things I can't cook myself, and this one im willing to give up. Dayyyuuummmm!!! I just cannot explain how good this was!!! That slaw is unreal!!!! Please keep killing it!!! Delicious! Seriously great burgers, and they have a hunch of other menu items as well - Philly cheese steaks, chicken sandwiches, appetizers, mini cakes. We had the bourbon jam burger, the Philly cheesesteak, the jalapeño poppers, and the frings. Dips are sometimes not very big, so we got two of each, but that was way too much - they're generous and you only need one. Everything was tasty. The burger was the highlight and the frings were great. I probably wouldn't order the poppers again, only because they're just standard jalapeño poppers. Next time I'll be getting the cheese curds! My husband liked his cheesesteak, but thought it could have a little more cheese. Still tasty. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. It's a good value for what you get, and the portions are good. It's a casual place with about 7-8 tables. We went on a Saturday night, but went early - about 5. The restaurant quickly filled up. We tried Stack'd for the first time today, and we were not disappointed! I had the Philly with mushrooms, my husband had the Bourbon Bacon Jam double. Added a side of 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. This is a must-try burger spot. We've been to many places but their burgers were amazing and customer service was top notch. They're located near the library so there's lots of parking. Depending on the time of day, they can get really busy but they do their best to clean the tables quickly so guests can sit down. The wait wasn't too long and they brought our order directly to us. We tried a double OG Western (good for two people), single cheeseburgers for our littles, and their frings. We're definitely coming back when we're in the area. read more

I went to Stack'd for the first time, earlier this week. It was so good, that I've already been back (and brought friends). Great burgers. Super nice people running the place. The first time I was there I had the regular cheeseburger. It was very good. Maybe could have used a little more sauce (il remember that for next time). I also got a basket of Frings. Which was generous, and for 2 people. Very well cooked and seasoned. The second time I had the onion jam burger. So good! I'm looking forward to trying out more of the menu, in the near future. Ended up with a Philly and a Western burger (single). Couldn't decide between fries and rings, so we got "frings". Made to order and fresh. BIG portions. Philly made with quality steak. Burger juicy, and no skimping on toppings. Delicious. Both. Rings: lightly battered, gentle seasoning. Tipping: they have a jar at the counter, but no obnoxious "tip screen". No pressure. I got the chicken sandwich that comes with the jalapeño slaw, and holy guacamole was it insanely delicious! Read such great reviews we thought we would try it. I love a good hamburger so I was really looking forward to trying this place. The food is ok at best, not much flavor in my opinion and the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger was that precooked kind that is so thin you could read through it but certainly not a piece of acorn that you could get any flavor from. Additionally we were thinking about trying an OG Western but it had a chili sauce that sounded a little spicey so we were concerned, the person helping us said it's not really that hot and he could give us a sample to try because it's a good fry dip too. When they rang it up he had charged us for the "sample" sauce he offered to us. We won't be back for a second time for sure. read more

I left a message with 5 minutes to spare and they called back, said they would fix it, and did not charge me. I should've paid for that mistake. Service is fantastic, met with friendly faces, and a good attitude. We got here, line out the door and every table full, our food came out 10 minutes later. Originally I came for a burger from out of town, I ended up with tacos but my family got burgers and their burgers don't come to mess around either.
