The last several times I've been in. I parked right on the street out front, but there is a lot straight across from the fountain and one across the street the other direction. While we were there we kept seeing these giant cinnamon rolls come out of the kitchen. We joked that we would come back the next day for one but that's actually exactly what we did. Get my menu and everything seems normal, look it over make eye contact with a few of cooks and then decide on my food. After about 5ish minutes someone finally acknowledges me and I place my order, soup/sandwich and Dr Pepper. Around this same time, someone sits next to me at the same counter. Immediate hi from someone in the kitchen, let me find someone to take your order, the full red carpet. They place their order a few minutes later, and we are off to the races. We are now about 10 minutes from when I placed my order drink and soup comes. Cool, just going to wait for my sandwich but eat a few spoonfuls. Another 10ish minutes pass and I have now finished my cup of soup, still waiting on the sandwich. Here's where things take a turn, person next to me gets their order and lo and behold it looks like what I ordered soup/sandwich and some kind smoothie/shake thing. At this point it's almost 215 and my lunch hour is almost over and still no sandwich in sight. So I got up, paid for my had a cup of soup and Dr Pepper and went back to work. You can also order ahead for pickup too which is a nice touch. If you're loved one is in the hospital this is a nice reprieve and escape from visiting the hospital. It's incredibly dark in there and it took a really long time for my eyes to adjust to the very dim decorative lighting before I could 'take care of business'. The Hubs had the same issue. Since there's only one restroom designated for women and one for men, it might be prudent to add a smidge more light so people don't need to be in there any longer than necessary if other people are waiting. Just my 2-cents.
