This burger joint is legit! The burgers and jalapeño poppers looked as good as they tasted and staff are super friendly. They also have a cool pin board on their wall where people can "pay forward" a meal to someone in need. So cool!

Near perfect burger. Fast. Reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? Oh, the fries and cheese curds are also some of the best around

    Frings. Sorry, ate half already.

May have found my new favorite place in Castle Rock. Spotlessly clean. Stepped up to the counter to order, super friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of options. Ended up with a Philly and a Western burger (single). Couldn't decide between fries and rings, so we got "frings". Made to order and fresh. BIG portions. Philly made with quality steak. Burger juicy, and no skimping on toppings. Delicious. Both. Rings: lightly battered, gentle seasoning. Tipping: they have a jar at the counter, but no obnoxious "tip screen". No pressure. I see all the previous reviews are 5-star. I can see why. Here's another one.

We were welcomed by James, the owner, who made us feel like a special guest in his home. We have a special needs kiddo, who is Autistic and needs some accommodating. James was enthusiastic about seating us comfortably, and even turned the lights down, knowing that would make our kiddo extra comfortable. What an unexpectedly amazing experience. The Food: OH. MY. GAWD. We started with the Mushroom Appetizer, which are buttoned mushrooms battered in a house made tempura batter, and fried. They came with the yummiest red sauce, and we added house made ranch. Yummmm! Our Kiddo had the Penne with Butter, which came with a visit to the Cookie case, where she got to pick her cookie that comes with the kids meal. Then came the main event... the Calzones!!!! Holy moly! These GIANT Calzones are made with so much love, and are unbelievably delicious. You can pick from some Specialty ingredient combos, or build your own. The ambience is great! They have three large booths (guessing they'd fit 8 comfortably), lots of tables, high tops, a big covered patio and a bar to sit at. The football game was playing, and even with the restaurant half full, it was not loud. The pricing was very reasonable. With our appetizer, kids meal, 2 x giant loaded calzones, it was $68 out the door. We can't wait to be regulars!

He ordered the four cheese lasagna with bolognese sauce. I got the mussels appetizer and an order of spaghetti with vodka sauce. I have to make my own mussels and spaghetti dish as they don't make one. The vodka sauce spaghetti is meh. I put the spaghetti noodles into the mussel dish. Parmesan was on all the dishes and I hate Parmesan. He asked for a to go container when his lasagna came as he always has to take half home. Was told by server that she'd bring it when he needed it. Uh, he needed it then as he wanted to put half in it. Sigh. I know they're trying but this is why we only come here once in a while when we've forgotten how it is. Slow and average food. Not busy at all. Maybe to go orders overwhelm them.

He was very nice, through and prompt. He was very patient with us and we really appreciated that. We were trying to decide on what we really wanted. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed ourselves.. Oliver came back and took our orders for the food... when I tell you everything was delicious, hot, and very flavorful. Shameka like her patty melt. Kenn and Antanaysiah grit that their steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. The Cajun shrimp and lobster linguine was mouth watering goodness. I loved that the Alfredo sauce was made from scratch, The pork chop was juicy and tender; so Asante had no complaints. The salmon was flaky and sweet so Vince liked the veggies that was with it. The bbq bacon wrapped shrimp was devine and sooo good. Josh and Candice really enjoyed them. Jade loved the taste of the couscous with the shrimp. The fries were hot and on point with the garlic Parmesan. KJ said his chicken wings were seasoned with just the right amount of sauce, The salad was crispy and yummy. They loved the creaminess of the mash potatoes and the texture of the veggies. The place was cleaned, neatly decorated and the bathrooms were clean too. Oliver was simply amazing. As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.
