Mid food. I was not impressed by the tacos. It seems like most Mexican food is pretty weak in Castlerock.

Tacos that fall between fast food and fresh/ authentic. For the best deals, go for happy hour and enjoy $5 margs and $2 tacos!!

This is it for me. Three of us tried to order a simple breakfast and a few drinks about $70. The guy behind the counter had zero training and would try and make drinks with the manual while the Que keep getting longer. Another employe3 was too busy chatting with friends to help anyone out. Manager comes out takes an order and leaves. I go to pick up queso and chips not body could speak a liq of English in the kitchen and they were looking at pictures on how to make items. Went back to see if bartender maybe made my drink, nope. Waited for 8 more minutes until that finally came out. The drink was horrible and the queso was terrible. Food wait was taking so long that I knew it was going to be terrible as well. Just left and can't believe that I had to pay for the aggravation and garbage. Never again Fuzzy's this place is going to be out of business in Castle Rock. read more

Never been to one so we tried it. Cool vibe with a bar front and center behind the order counter. Those two things dominate the layout with seating around and on the patio. We got in line and ordered. Baja tacos - mahi and shrimp fried and without feta cheese for me. He chose a burrito and fountain drink. We were given cups and a thing that would notify us when our order was ready. We got a fountain drink and water for me. I love that they have the water as part of the drinks available at the soda machine. We sat down and waited. Finally the thing went off and he went to grab the food. The Baja tacos were pretty good. Just a lot of lettuce. And the habanero hot sauce is not spicy. His burrito was large and didn't come with green Chile so he wasn't happy. The associate misheard him and put queso. But he didn't want to bother with it and ate it. The queso was bland to me. Even he thought the hot sauce wasn't spicy. It was an average meal. Maybe if I had a margarita with my meal I'd think it was epic. Who knows? read more

As a frequent Fuzzy's customer at multiple locations in several different cities, I had just as great of a time at the Castle Rock location! We decided to stop there on Cinco de Mayo, so of course the line was long, but nothing worse than what I'm used to there. I really appreciate the process of ordering food first, grabbing drinks at the end of the counter, then getting food when your buzzer goes off. Although waiters don't bring you your food, they are still walking around clearing your table and checking in on you. Very helpful! My partner got shredded chicken nachos and they looked bangin'. I got 4 different tacos because I wanted to try a little of everything. The beef one was a little boring and the fried avocado was a bit burnt, but I did love the carnitas and shredded chicken. They have sauce on every table to make your meal spicier....it's called Butt Burnin and it's worth it. Fuzzy's is most popular for their drinks. They have tons of options in addition to their classic margaritas or beer-ritas. I got the Strawberry Lemon Mojito and it was pretty good! Fyi- their chips and queso are a delicious side and their sopapilla bites are a perfect end to the meal. read more

This is my wife's and I first time eating here and our first restaurant in our new town and new home we live in!!!!! This place is so amazing and we love the environment and vibes that Fuzzys give! The food is amazing and they piled down the meat in the burrito for sure! Very happy with everything and the service was amazing and they cooked the food to perfection and served in a timely manner! Been eating at Fuzzy's just about every week for the last two years. The staff at this location is incredibly warm and welcoming. Beyond standard friendliness, when my wife had to start eating gluten free, the kitchen staff made sure her food is always prepared safely. The best part about the Fuzzy's is staff is Adriana who is not only incredible to customers, but cares about the whole experience created at a Fuzzy's restaurant. read more

The bartender Blake would never treat a customer disrespectfully and is truly just doing his job, to expect a free drink for your own wrong doing is not only crazy but not something to be expected at any establishment. Absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. Fuzzy's in Castle Rock reminds me of dining options in Limon, CO at midnight. Orders take 1/2 hour to arrive, the food was cold, tasteless and gross. Also simply asked the kitchen if we could get some queso warmed up to beyond room temperature and had a stream of espanol mumbled at us. We have two of these close to our house & yet it's taken us over a year to try a Fuzzy's. It reminded us a lot of one of our favorite spots, Aquis, & it's nice to have this as an option to take it's place. We love the casual atmosphere, easy/quick ordering process, & fast turn out time for food/drinks. We tried a lot on this first trip: 2 margs, oreo churros, shredded chicken burrito, the fuzzy rice, latin potatoes, & the California style tacos. What a let down!! It's been a long time since I've been to a Fuzzy's (none are close to me). I used to think they were pretty good but earlier I stopped at the one in Castle Rock for some take out dinner for me and my wife. There were only a few cars parked near the restaurant. So few i thought they might be closed. But now I know why. The service was very good (the two stars in the rating. the waitress said the tacos would be about 3" high, but what a shrinkflation surprise when I opened the take out bag at home - they were about an inch high and 3" long. The burrito was half to 2/3 the size they used to be. Tasted "ok". But a couple hours later I was in the bathroom for a long time. So sorry I went to Fuzzy's and Never going back. read more

Very mediocre taco shop, we've been to the ones in Colorado that have more margarita opens. Nothing too special but super super cheap. Ordered online and most of the order was correct but the taco order had all of the stuff I asked to be removed on them and very little meat. It kind of ruins going somewhere for a family. The person who had the tacos will probably never want to go here again. I checked my receipt to make sure it was not my error. And it is in red to remove the items. I don't have a problem with that but if you want to add something later like chips or maybe salsa, you have to go back up to the counter and re-pay again. So you might wanna make sure you do that all when you're there the first time. I ordered a fajita chicken taco and a brisket taco on a plate. Make sure you add hot sauce because that's where you're gonna get your flavor. My chicken taco had four little pieces of chicken and some lettuce. My brisket was tough.
