Tried this food truck while it was parked outside Danico Brewing Company. I went with the Italian…read moresausage based on the worker's recommendation, he said it was his favorite on the menu, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was super friendly and helpful too, which always makes the experience better. I upgraded to the garlic parmesan fries, and both items hit the spot. The Italian sausage was solid, juicy with onions and bell peppers, and the garlic aioli sauce on it was so good. That same sauce (I think) was on the fries too, along with big chunks of real parmesan. The only thing I wish is that the fries were a bit crispier, but flavor-wise, they were still great. Overall, it was a tasty meal and worth checking out if you're around the area or grabbing a beer at Danico.

First and foremost, love the owners! Super fun to chat with and really passionate about what they do. The Cluck-Off was delicious! How can you go wrong with crispy fried spicy chicken breast on a bolillo roll with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and garlic aioli. Trick question, you can't. The sammie was wonderfully spicy and the fries had a super tasty seasoning on them. I paired this with the Kelsey Montague peach wheat from Danico Brewing, and it was divine. I'm a sweet heat kinda girl and this pairing definitely fit the bill. I really wanted to grab an order of the fried pickles, but alas they were out. So that will just have to wait for next time. 2 Salty Sarges was an excellent food truck experience and I can't wait to nosh on more, especially those fried pickles! Yum! **Pro Tip: Make sure to give them a follow on Facebook to keep up with where they're setting up shop today!

Saw this new spot pop when I was at Auto wash (you get a 10% discount if you have the Auto wash app…read moreBGW) up and had to check it out--always down to support local BBQ. I grabbed the ribs since they were hot and ready, and they came through. Tender, juicy, legit flavor. Could've used a little more salt for my taste, but nothing major. The pull was perfect--meaty without falling apart in your hands. It's got that backyard smokehouse vibe, and you can tell they know what they're doing. I'll be back to run through more of the menu. 4.6/5 - solid spot, worth a stop.

I've had so much bbq and have made so much bbq that friends and family consider me a guru. Having had all regions of bbq including while living in Hawaii and Hawaiian bbq. Positives: Friendly when ordering and getting the order. Fast service Meat was smoked excellently Packaging was superb Negatives: Need some type of sauce. None was included and didn't see any available. Rice was plain Coleslaw needs sugar or some other sweetener. I expected there to be options like pulled pork or brisket. They did have ribs but didn't get any. Meat was great, I had the pork belly and it was great. Tender and very flavorful. Still need to have some type of sauce though. Glad I didn't get chicken since I'd would definitely need sauce for that. Rice is odd and boring for bbq. I'd rather not have rice at all but it came with the combo. Give me an option for something else like fries, tots or beans. Coleslaw needs sweetness to bring out the flavor. Tasted like mayo covered cabbage. The food truck looks newer and I completely appreciate they smoke all their meats. I also appreciate they had tables and seating right next to the truck. Overall, I would get more meat if there was an option for that, I wouldn't get the combo because I don't think white rice goes well with bbq unless it's Hawaiian or Korean bbq.

In seeing Super Diamond (Neal Diamond cover band), we eagerly headed to the food truck station to fill our bellies before the show! Although the menu is small (and the line is usually long) - there is something for everyone at this truck! We chose to nosh on the Wechef Nachos and spring rolls, which were both deliciously fried and hit the spot. The nachos featured crispy fried wonton chips (NOM!) topped with chicken (or protein if your choice), homemade slaw, cilantro, and smothered in sweet soy/sriracha mayo, which was light and utterly delicious!! The spring rolls were golden fried and filled with veggies for the perfect crunch! Looking for a bahn mi? Its here! Craving dumplings? All yours! Needing the perfect mix? Curry fries to the rescue! Portions are decent and while pricing may seem steep - the unique and powerful flavors are worth it. Because this truck stops at various events and is spotted at breweries around the city, I'm bound to sample more of their offerings in the future!
