Had such a great experience at this coffee shop. The baristas were super friendly and personable. They chatted with us about MOA, MN sports & famous ppl and overall we're fun!! Fika is super cozy, gives off cabin vibes. We got there around 8:36pm and they were still pretty consistently busy and ready to serve everyone. Loved seeing people sit out on the patio which was porch vibes. I got a banana bread latte which was good. My friend got the princess cake latte which was raspberry based - didn't enjoy that one as much. They do use Torani syrups for flavoring. What a cute little place in Parker!! They were open until 9pm and we stopped in at 8:30pm. The two working had so much energy... maybe from the coffee. Haha. They made the experience for us! We offered two of the specialty summer coffees Banana bread latte- this one was my fav between the two. This has that candied banana flavor as they use the Torani line of all flavors. It had a nice balance of coffee, chocolate and banana. Princess Cake latte - too sweet for me but I know others would love this. Well, the service is so friendly and quick!!! So, I would say 10 stars for the service!!! I decided to try this place because the website has a picture of I think a cappuccino served in a perfect coffee cup. I like that in the morning if I am not on the go. The counter person asked me it it was for here and I said yes. She put the pastry on a plate. When the coffee came it was in a to go cup? (Small stuff). The cappuccino, single shot was okayish. (Not memorable!). The pastry..... day old I think. Not flaky delicious. In fact all of the pastries look grocery store bought except a giant cinnamon roll cake ish thing served in monster slices. So, what I am trying to share is that the quality here is a little meh.... I wish it were better! read more

Got the "So Good" iced coffee. It was a little too syrupy and sweet for me, but I liked how creative the drink menu was w so many different, fun options. Also, the space itself is super cute and in a great location. My main critique is that I wish they leaned more into actual Swedish pastries! The whole experience felt a bit inauthentic. I love this place, it's the o Lu place around open late, BUT they have some things about the place that suck. They use fabuloso cleaner at night and it stiiiiiiinks. It makes the place smell cheap and dirty. It's nauseating. I tried to enjoy my coffee and food and all I can taste is fabuloso cleaner. They also don't put flavor in when you ask for it. Absolutely love Fika! Delicious coffee in a cute little place right on Main Street in Downtown Parker. My Husband loves the "so good" hot in the winter and iced in the summer. The good: I got a fireside latte seasonal special that was delicious! They had many winter options to choose from as well as an impressive number of other specialty drinks. It was definitely not a boring menu. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. They're located in downtown Parker so it's a very nice area to walk around in. The interior is very cozy and homey feeling with separated rooms that allow for more privacy or for a more intimate feel. The coolest thing about this place was the blocked off room with a baby gate and kid toys for toddlers/babies to play with! It was kid friendly despite being tighter inside. The bad: I came to "get coffee" with my late dad on the anniversary of his passing. It wasn't a happy occasion to get coffee but I am glad Fika made the experience as warm as it could be. Fika on Mainstreet. Sister to the Fika Idyllwilde (the more spacious, cabin type feel). This one is located on Mainstreet in downtown Parker. It's an older building. Lots of places to sit. And also a small side kid playing area with toys and a baby gate. We like to order the cortados. They have many fun drinks and teas to choose from. They also offer pastries and breakfast burritos you can hear for yourself. Staff is friendly. Parking used to be plentiful. But is now metered in the big lot unless you find a spot in the side lot or out front. read more

We stopped in at this coffee shop during our short walk through the town. The lights and Christmas decorations on the street is what really brought us into this coffee shop. I'm glad we stopped in because it was freezing outside and I needed something to warm me up! I grabbed a chai tea and a muffin and the kids all got hot cocoa! The drinks and muffin were excellent. One of the best things is that the drink were the perfect temperature and were ready to drink as soon as we ordered them (not overly hot or mouth burning). read more

I've been wanting to try this Fika location for a while. I usually go to their other location on East Idyllwilde Drive. This location is downtown Parker. It was very busy today. I like the rustic feel to this location. However, I much prefer the other Idyllwilde location over this one. I knew the Idyllwilde location would be hard to top. Staff is very friendly at this location. The young lady who took my order engaged in conversation with me. She wasn't standoffish. There are plenty of cozy chairs to sit in at this location. However, seating is cramped here. There are a lot of nice areas to sit at. A few couples were sitting at a table near me. They could've been more courteous by not blocking a walkthrough area. It would've allowed for a more fluid walkthrough rather than barely squeezing through this area. I recommend management consider repositioning that table in this area. I ended up leaving early because it was a little noisy and the patrons nearby were being annoying. I recommend checking this place out during the week or early morning on a weekend. I may return here sometime. I love the coffee and the friendly staff. read more

They have tons of unique coffee flavors that I didn't see before so I ordered a basic vanilla latte but it was good and if I come back, I'll try some thing with one of their fancy flavors. What I loved about the coffee shop most is that I didn't have to order extra hot (well for some reason I forgot but then thought I'd take a sip and be disappointed). But that wasn't the case at all. My hot beverage actually came hot!!! -- unlike in most places where it's lukewarm and I have to order extra hot. Cheers! read more

It's hard because I really want to give this place more than 3 stars but I also want to be honest about the space. As someone who goes to coffee shops regularly to work and do school work, I was pretty excited to check out Fika. I got there around 9am on a Friday morning and the line was out the door. They got through it pretty quick tho and kept the line moving. The baristas were extremely sweet and took the time to answer some of my questions despite the long line behind me. The chai was tasty and had a good spicy kick to it, so no complains about that. I was presently surprised by all the work space they had in the different rooms. The space itself, however, wasn't the cleanest. The floors, the walls and even parts of the tables were extremely dirty. I couldn't even bring myself to put my bags on the floor. Now, this is partly because it's an older coffee shop, but it seems like there's more that can be done for its up-keeping. The lighting also wasn't all that great. It was pretty dark throughout without many windows. They did have lamps scattered around that you could move to your space, though. The concept is good, but the space lacks cleanliness unfortunately. Of note, this is about the downtown Parker location! It looks like there is another location down the road that is much preferred! read more
