Saturday morning coffee with a San Pelegrínno.
    Marty P.

I discovered this place last night while walking around downtown Castle Rock after having dinner at a nearby restaurant. I didn't have an opportunity to visit last night but made a promise to myself to check them out this morning. Their hours are 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. I ordered a 20 ounce drip brew coffee and later, I ordered their infamous "bee sting latte." Coffee is great here! The "bee sting latte" was wonderful! Make sure you ask for cayenne pepper on it if you like "spicy." I will definitely order the "bee sting latte" again and again. I hung out here for a few hours and felt very comfortable here. I sat at their high counter top seating area. It's a nice "horse shaped" granite counter top with about 10 leather padded chairs. The chairs are sooo comfortable! I could probably sit in them all all day long. This place is also locally owned. They opened in January 2022. I sure hope they continue to succeed with staying open! The rest of the interior of this place has a nice modern vibe to it. There is plenty of seating beyond the high counter top seating area. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. They also have a nice outdoor seating area. While visiting today the weather was so lovely! They have a nice bay door that was open and the fresh air felt so nice! It was also very nice to see various patrons coming in to order beverages for takeout and others hanging out inside like myself. Also, this establishment is located right next to the Town of Castle Rock government building. Restrooms are clean and they have cute signs on the men's along with ladies' doors. There is also nice artwork hanging on the walls as you walk to the restrooms. Staff is super friendly too! I engaged a few of them in conversation. I recommend asking them questions about their beverages, their coffee or equipment they use for making their beverages. I asked one of them about the "bee sting latte" before ordering it. The young man provided me with some helpful information and later asked if the barista who made my beverage put cayenne pepper in it. She did not so he sprinkled a few shakes in it then stirred it for me. Great customer service! They also offer pastries. There is a medium sized display case of various pastries next to the ordering station and they appear locally made. They also sell breakfast burritos as well. Below the e-menus they have display shelves where various coffees and merchandise are sold. I absolutely plan on returning here and making this place a frequent coffee stop. So perfect for my Saturday morning coffee! I highly recommend checking this place out if you're local or passing through town. Lastly, you will need to park on nearby streets or a parking lot and walk into this place. It's well worth the walk. Especially if you access it thru a nearby public park. Enjoy! Can't wait to return again!

Tried for the first time today and I really liked! The vibe is super cool. There's lots of outdoor seating perfect for a lovely morning sitting and sipping coffee. Coffee was good, scones were good. I will definitely return.

Very nice place with doors that open to the outside area when it's nice out. There is also a very nice outdoor area for seating. Coffee was very good and they had lots of pastries that looked good. I would recommend going here if you haven't been here yet. I would definitely go back.

Coff33 is a unique coffee shop in the heart of down town castle rock. The shop itself is clean, and has an amazing atmosphere. There hasn't been a time that I have gone and there weren't people working on laptops, friends meeting up, and individuals sitting just enjoying their day. The walls open up to a large outdoor area, overlooking the riverwalk, which makes for a fun stop on a nice day. We have loved every drink we have gotten here, and enjoy the many pastries from a local donut shop. My husband is a school of Mines grad, and loves that he can get a taste of Golden, CO with a bonfire burrito. This coffee shop is a treasure to our town!

I'm pretty sure the iced coffee added at least 10 years to my lifespan and healed emotional damage I didn't even know I had. Every sip tasted like happiness itself got blended with espresso beans by ancient coffee wizards. But the REAL star of the place is Keilana. Somebody genuinely needs to study how one person can be that kind, friendly, and good at making drinks at the same time. She had the energy of someone who could calm a hurricane just by saying "have a nice day." I've never seen customer service so elite. She made the whole place feel welcoming instantly, remembered everything perfectly, and somehow made the best drink I've had in forever like it was nothing. Honestly, if Keilana told me the secret ingredient was moon rocks and good vibes, I'd believe her. The coffee was so good I almost stood up and applauded in the middle of the shop. If this place ever disappears I will genuinely enter a period of mourning. 10/10 coffee. 20/10 service. Keilana deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own national holiday.

It was a little out of the way in terms of the normal hustle and bustle of Castle Rock as it's not near the outlets or Main Street, but I'm actually really glad that I did stop by because this space is so beautifully decorated and has such a welcoming feel that it made the drive worth it. Because I had been on the road for a while, I did have to use the restroom when I first arrived and I'm happy to say they were extremely clean and they had a changing table. They're definitely welcoming to littles as I did see a few kids under five so thank you for considering families. They have a very large menu that's contains coffee and coffee based beverages as well as some Italia sodas and some energy infused Red Bull drinks, smoothies and non coffee drinks. I asked the barista for a recommendation and she told me to try the maple bar, which was a white mocha with maple and I'm happy to say it is fantastic. I would order it again. They do offer sweets and savory treats. I just ended with a cake pop but would be interested in trying other items. The price of the coffee was about $13 including tip, my drink, and a cake pop. I think it's reasonable for the area and for what I received. They have a drive-through so if you are in a rush in the morning, it would be a very easy stop and they have a lot of seating space for people to work and converse. They also have these really cute swing chairs that I enjoyed. They have a rooftop bar and ample outside patio seating however it was really windy the day that I came so I stayed on the main floor. The only thing that would make the space better is if they had some sort of couch or relaxed seating. I was looking for something a little cozier than metal chairs I would recommend this place as a cute date, meet up spot, a place to hang with friends, or a place to work. I will definitely be back.

Quaint, cute, decent selection, good children's section and they feature local authors. Support your local bookstores!!! They are wonderful. If you didn't know, this is a mini-food hall of sorts. There are several food vendors: a Bar at the top, a restaurant I've yet to visit alongside it, as well as several spots to eat downstairs. Downstairs they have : - A bagel spot (get there early for the best selection and don't be disappointed if they run out- that's what it means to have fresh baked daily!) - A great BBQ spot (this is coming from a KC native and BBQ critic!) - Apres coffee - a cute coffee shop with alternative milks and Italian sodas options. - A stuffed pita restaurant (I'm sorry I don't know the name!) - Gluttony and Graze, for salads and gourmet hot dogs and burgers - And don't sleep on the cute little kiosk to order Mexican food! I didn't get a chance to check it out, but it's next on my list to try! Though, please note all of these places have different operating hours - though you're mostly safe Wed-Sun. Either call ahead or be open minded when you come in, just in case! Overall, highly recommended. People sleep on it because the outside is unassuming, but you have to try it at least once!
