I had a little trouble finding this place as it's in a building connected to a parking garage and I found myself wondering around to find it. However, had I gone in the opposite direction, I would have found it easily. The cafe was open and airy. It seemed like a great place to work for a bit or meet up with friends. Met up with a friend here and what a cute spot! I ordered a spicy chai and I'm fairly particular about my chai and this one was perfection! If you like chai with a bit of spice you will enjoy theirs. Location was absolutely busy and full to the teeth but everyone was so pleasant. The patrons, the staff, literally everyone was as sweet as pie. Solid coffee spot in Castle Rock, in a great little "quad" space near Festival Park. If you have kids... and two grownups.. let them run around outside and play while you order your coffee. I always love when a cafe or restaurant has space for littles to run, versus forcing others to hear them scream or spill things indoors... haha! My only knock of a star was the wait time for our coffee but to be fair, they were pretty new back then, and have probably resolved this now. It would also be great if they offered a larger variety of food options (last time I was there I only recall a few pastries). Overall a solid choice for a good cup of joe! read more

A very nice coffee place. We passed four other coffee bars but were told to check this place out by a local. It is large for a coffee bar. A large bar with a dozen seats and an indoor and outdoor seating area. A delightful barista served us. We got a chai tea, Doppio and Cortado. My Cortado was prepared perfectly and she added some nice swirls on top of the steamed milk. We also got a biscotti to share. Dipped in chocolate. I discovered this place last night while walking around downtown Castle Rock after having dinner at a nearby restaurant. I didn't have an opportunity to visit last night but made a promise to myself to check them out this morning. Their hours are 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. I ordered a 20 ounce drip brew coffee and later, I ordered their infamous "bee sting latte." Coffee is great here! The "bee sting latte" was wonderful! Make sure you ask for cayenne pepper on it if you like "spicy." I will definitely order the "bee sting latte" again and again. I hung out here for a few hours and felt very comfortable here. I sat at their high counter top seating area. It's a nice "horse shaped" granite counter top with about 10 leather padded chairs. The chairs are sooo comfortable! I could probably sit in them all all day long. This place is also locally owned. They opened in January 2022. I sure hope they continue to succeed with staying open! The rest of the interior of this place has a nice modern vibe to it. There is plenty of seating beyond the high counter top seating area. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit at. They also have a nice outdoor seating area. While visiting today the weather was so lovely! They have a nice bay door that was open and the fresh air felt so nice! It was also very nice to see various patrons coming in to order beverages for takeout and others hanging out inside like myself. Also, this establishment is located right next to the Town of Castle Rock government building. Restrooms are clean and they have cute signs on the men's along with ladies' doors. There is also nice artwork hanging on the walls as you walk to the restrooms. Staff is super friendly too! I engaged a few of them in conversation. I recommend asking them questions about their beverages, their coffee or equipment they use for making their beverages. I asked one of them about the "bee sting latte" before ordering it. The young man provided me with some helpful information and later asked if the barista who made my beverage put cayenne pepper in it. She did not so he sprinkled a few shakes in it then stirred it for me. Great customer service! They also offer pastries. There is a medium sized display case of various pastries next to the ordering station and they appear locally made. They also sell breakfast burritos as well. Below the e-menus they have display shelves where various coffees and merchandise are sold. I absolutely plan on returning here and making this place a frequent coffee stop. So perfect for my Saturday morning coffee! I highly recommend checking this place out if you're local or passing through town. Lastly, you will need to park on nearby streets or a parking lot and walk into this place. It's well worth the walk. Especially if you access it thru a nearby public park. Enjoy! Extraordinarily rude brunette behind the counter. We arrived a little more than 30 minutes before closing so maybe she was upset that we were delaying her closing duties. The chai is delicious. So is the matcha. My daughter says her coffee cake is delicious too. The only negative element was the female barista. An older couple arrived just as we were leaving. Somehow their r presence totally transformed her crabby attitude. We even saw her smile. They may have been the owners. My daughter is still chatting about the grumpy lady who had no smiles and walked away from us when we were ordering. We won't be back but yhe drinks are delicious. Coff33 is a unique coffee shop in the heart of down town castle rock. The shop itself is clean, and has an amazing atmosphere. There hasn't been a time that I have gone and there weren't people working on laptops, friends meeting up, and individuals sitting just enjoying their day. The walls open up to a large outdoor area, overlooking the riverwalk, which makes for a fun stop on a nice day. We have loved every drink we have gotten here, and enjoy the many pastries from a local donut shop. My husband is a school of Mines grad, and loves that he can get a taste of Golden, CO with a bonfire burrito. This coffee shop is a treasure to our town! read more

Exceptional tea! Really a cut above. However, it was noisy, even when not especially crowded. Arrangement of seating is not very conducive to "coffee chatting." Service was friendly and helpful, but very slow. As many coffee spots as there are in Castle Rock, I'm not sure I'll go back. read more

Also, they pay the staff a full wage and don't have a tipping option on the iPad, which was new to me, but I am glad the staff are paid well! I don't write reviews or get overly excited about coffee shops but Caff33 deserves one. I normally order a latte. They have a drink on their latte menu called a 'Bee Sting' This was so delicious. A latte with a hint of honey and a sprinkle of Cayenne. A double wow folks! In addition, plenty of interesting seating inside and outside patio has Adirondack chairs.. near Festival Park and downtown.. I am definitely going to become a regular.
