I always grab an oat milk latte if I'm going to grab some coffee, and this was pretty good. Though, even for a smaller size, it was a bit too milky for me. I prefer to taste a bit more of that espresso, personally, but it was still decent and better than a few other options I've had downtown. They have a few pastry options, and cold breakfast burritos from Kiowa. The burrito was great! Flavorful. Several spots to sit in and eat/drink, and a few cute bistro tables/chairs outside on the sidewalk. The one thing missing for me was the service/hospitality. The staff couldn't be bothered to respond to a thank-you, and the demeanor was just a bit strange overall for a customer service role. They were happy to chat amongst each other, though. Maybe it was just an off day, so who knows, we might try again. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Very reasonable prices. They also sell their teas by the bag!! The staff is ALWAYS incredibly welcoming and kind. It's not crowded, though it sits so conveniently in Castle Rock's downtown. There's outdoor and indoor seating, and even a little event venue you can rent! Steampunk decor is very fun and unique. Everything is always spotless clean. Overall, 100/10 - would highly recommend, even if you're not a tea connoisseur! I will definitely return.

I also like how this coffee shop is relatively close to I-25. So if you're traveling up or down 25, consider this place a pit stop. Also, I like their gift shop. It's setup near the register. The service was also great, 5 stars there. My drink, however, not so great. I ordered the cornbread latte (specialty drink). It sounded so unique and they make homemade syrup with jiffy mix! The flavor was not really there for me. It was kind of...crumby still? And the flavor I could taste was good but I think it needed more syrup. For such an expensive drink, I don't think this place is my new spot. I may come back to try something else in the future out of convenience alone.

There are several food vendors: a Bar at the top, a restaurant I've yet to visit alongside it, as well as several spots to eat downstairs. Downstairs they have : - A bagel spot (get there early for the best selection and don't be disappointed if they run out- that's what it means to have fresh baked daily!) - A great BBQ spot (this is coming from a KC native and BBQ critic!) - Apres coffee - a cute coffee shop with alternative milks and Italian sodas options. - A stuffed pita restaurant (I'm sorry I don't know the name!) - Gluttony and Graze, for salads and gourmet hot dogs and burgers - And don't sleep on the cute little kiosk to order Mexican food! I didn't get a chance to check it out, but it's next on my list to try! Though, please note all of these places have different operating hours - though you're mostly safe Wed-Sun.
