We were here for the soft opening. The space has so much potential. Done in a Steam Punk motif the energy you feel is very light and happy. Seating is available both inside and out and both are very comfortable. The beverages served are so delicious. Each taste takes you to a different place. The food was prepared by a culinary artist. The Asian Meatball Casserole was so delicious as were the Cheese Covered Potatoes and the delectable Beef Brisket. For desert we had some awesome cookies. The service provided was amazing. We never ran out of food our drink the entire time. The Owner and Staff have nothing but smiles and the ability to let you know the origin of the Tea you are drinking and food you are eating. When you come here be prepared to have nothing but a GREAT TIME enjoying the Food, Beverages, Service and Ambiance.

This place is unique and cozy with a great outdoor area that is covered, to sit with your dog!

What a delightful addition to downtown Castle Rock! This steampunk-themed tea shop and cafe has such a wonderful atmosphere about it - from a multitude of hidden cats and mechanics to the eclectic Little Free Library. A perfect spot to grab a cuppa and a sweet (or savory) snack and cozy up with a book or a friend. Surprisingly, there's also a sizable covered outdoor area. My husband and I agreed that would provide a much-needed locale in town for a party or wedding reception. The owners, Elena and Tom, were great to talk to and have obviously put a lot of thought and love into Teaology. We'll be back!

I never write reviews but this business atmosphere and customer service was above and beyond. When I walked up I noticed several people with their pets sitting outside on the green. Entering into the shop I was greeted by Tom who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, he explained that all the pastries and treats were made there on premises. I ordered 2 Mexican hot chocolates and a regular hot coffee, plus 2 ube rolls and a strudel style muffin. One of the hot chocolates I asked for it to have no spice. While I waited I watched the drinks being made. I chose my coffee as a pour over brew style. While Elena made my drinks she told me that the coffee was from a local company in Elbert. We chatted about our pets and how she enjoys the area. She hand made the hot chocolates, no pre made mix and made sure to omit the any spice for one. My coffee had an excellent smooth flavor. The Ube buns were so good I had to stop myself from getting one to go. My teen ate the muffin and said it was excellent as well. We stayed at the shop for almost an hour while I studied and my companions read their books. I noticed one gentleman come up to the counter to ask if a latte he ordered for his wife had milk and when he found out it did he was ready to order a new one without but Elena told him she would make him a new one with an milk substitute no problem. After the rush had slowed down the owners came out and just talked with people checking on them. Before I left I noticed the book exchange they had tucked into quiet area. Including only photos I took that had no people in them. The experience was overwhelmingly positive and I can't wait to visit again.

For dessert, I've only had their creme brûlée; but again, YUMMY. Drinks = They have a good variety of soda, beer, wine, italian sodas, etc. Service = The waiters are always friendly and accommodating. Extra condiments on request! :) The front desk is sometimes not 100% friendly, but that's probably because they're so BUSY. Ambience = The church side has awesome ambience, although it feels a tad cramped. But it's a pretty cool setting for an italian restaurant. The "pizza parlor" side feels more spacious but also more like a typical pizza restaurant. It's fine. Location/parking = Location's near downtown but has plenty of parking down the street. They are basically kings on their block -- not really any other parking competition nearby.

I've been wanting to hit up Scileppi's for a while since I haven't been in town in what seems like forever. Placed a to-go order, came out to $45 + $5 tip for a piece of pizza (added extra toppings), and the gnocchi in vodka sauce instead of red + grilled chicken. Also 4 garlic knots and a cannoli. The pizza was great and the slice was hugeeee. The knots were garlic knots, nothing crazy. But the gnocchi, ugh it was not good. The sauce was so sour like they didn't cook off the vodka or something. Took a couple of bites to make sure I wasn't crazy and tossed it. It wasn't creamy like a typical vodka sauce. There was no flavor in the form of seasoning, just sour. It killed the whole vibe. The chicken was ok but since it had the vodka sauce on it, it was tossed out along with the gnocchi. We shared the slice of pizza and called it a night. Sad night for Italian food and the old stone church.

We stopped in for brunch and everything we ordered was really good, but the Breakfast Hangover Burger completely stole the show for me. A burger topped with smoked ham, an over easy egg, avocado, American cheese, jalapeños, fried onion straws, and sriracha aioli sounds like someone lost a bet and just kept adding ingredients. Somehow it all works perfectly. We also ordered the Monte Cristo, which was crispy, cheesy, and exactly what I want when I order a Monte Cristo. Another highlight weee the donuts. Fresh, hot, and perfect for sharing. The service was great, the food came out quickly, and the whole experience was just really enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip.

As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. As the Benedict my wife loved is no longer on the menu, she had the avocado toast with eggs. She added a large size of the breakfast potatoes and was glad she did. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.

They were busy with the brunch crowd but we were seated within a few minutes and our server dropped off a basket of warm rolls while we browsed the menu. The interior was very cool, lot of wood and giving off a nice western vibe. I did love all the western art on the walls and a nice bar near the entrance. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich which she very much enjoyed. Since their Pan-Fried Chicken was named "Famous" I just had to order that. Four delicious pieces of perfectly fried chicken and the mashed potatoes with cracklin' gravy was amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was so nice and it was a wonderful experience. Side Note - My wife did ask me why I did not order the Chicken and Waffles as it appeared almost every other table had an order. While I love a good waffle, I need to have good cup of coffee with it and seeing how it was almost noon I had left my personal coffee window.

I always grab an oat milk latte if I'm going to grab some coffee, and this was pretty good. Though, even for a smaller size, it was a bit too milky for me. I prefer to taste a bit more of that espresso, personally, but it was still decent and better than a few other options I've had downtown. They have a few pastry options, and cold breakfast burritos from Kiowa. The burrito was great! Flavorful. Several spots to sit in and eat/drink, and a few cute bistro tables/chairs outside on the sidewalk. The one thing missing for me was the service/hospitality. The staff couldn't be bothered to respond to a thank-you, and the demeanor was just a bit strange overall for a customer service role. They were happy to chat amongst each other, though. Maybe it was just an off day, so who knows, we might try again. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a shot.

This location has plenty of seating and cute decor. We tried the breakfast burritos and they were delicious. The lemon poppyseed scone was good too. The spicy chai was definetly spicy but not in the way that I was expecting. Instead of a stronger traditional spiciness associated with chai (such as cloves, cinnamon, etc) there was an unpleasant burning flavor/sensation in the back of my throat after I swallowed each sip - almost like a cayenne or something. It ruined the whole drink and now I know to avoid the spicy chai and I will just opt for a regular chai next time. My husband enjoyed his iced vanilla latte. Make sure you go early on the weekends otherwise there will be a line out the door and they will be sold out of burritos and pastries.
