We were here for the soft opening. The space has so much potential. Done in a Steam Punk motif the energy you feel is very light and happy. Seating is available both inside and out and both are very comfortable. The beverages served are so delicious. Each taste takes you to a different place. The food was prepared by a culinary artist. The Asian Meatball Casserole was so delicious as were the Cheese Covered Potatoes and the delectable Beef Brisket. For desert we had some awesome cookies. The service provided was amazing. We never ran out of food our drink the entire time. The Owner and Staff have nothing but smiles and the ability to let you know the origin of the Tea you are drinking and food you are eating. When you come here be prepared to have nothing but a GREAT TIME enjoying the Food, Beverages, Service and Ambiance.

This place is unique and cozy with a great outdoor area that is covered, to sit with your dog!

What a delightful addition to downtown Castle Rock! This steampunk-themed tea shop and cafe has such a wonderful atmosphere about it - from a multitude of hidden cats and mechanics to the eclectic Little Free Library. A perfect spot to grab a cuppa and a sweet (or savory) snack and cozy up with a book or a friend. Surprisingly, there's also a sizable covered outdoor area. My husband and I agreed that would provide a much-needed locale in town for a party or wedding reception. The owners, Elena and Tom, were great to talk to and have obviously put a lot of thought and love into Teaology. We'll be back!

This shows the side of the service bar into the covered outdoor area beyond the roll down door.

My husband has become a tea snob, so after walking the shops in downtown Castle Rock, we popped in for a look and drink.

Get my menu and everything seems normal, look it over make eye contact with a few of cooks and then decide on my food. After about 5ish minutes someone finally acknowledges me and I place my order, soup/sandwich and Dr Pepper. Around this same time, someone sits next to me at the same counter. Immediate hi from someone in the kitchen, let me find someone to take your order, the full red carpet. They place their order a few minutes later, and we are off to the races. We are now about 10 minutes from when I placed my order drink and soup comes. Cool, just going to wait for my sandwich but eat a few spoonfuls. Another 10ish minutes pass and I have now finished my cup of soup, still waiting on the sandwich. Here's where things take a turn, person next to me gets their order and lo and behold it looks like what I ordered soup/sandwich and some kind smoothie/shake thing. At this point it's almost 215 and my lunch hour is almost over and still no sandwich in sight. So I got up, paid for my had a cup of soup and Dr Pepper and went back to work. Thanks for helping me keep my calorie count low today Manna.

This is truly an elevated hospital dining experience. Most hospitals just have few selections for food but this restaurant has a full menu and wait staff. The food comes out fast and they are very friendly. Everything we tried was delicious. They have weekly menu options for a special burger and pizza of the week. You can also order ahead for pickup too which is a nice touch. If you're loved one is in the hospital this is a nice reprieve and escape from visiting the hospital. There is plenty of seating inside and if you take your food Togo there are outdoor areas to sit as well.

Our booth on the church side was a little cramped. During the online reservation, it asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I selected anniversary. I did not expect anything elaborate, but a simple acknowledgment would have been nice. There was none. The bread was soft and warm. It was probably the best part of the meal. The rest of the food was just underwhelming. The four seasons salad was okay but not memorable. The crab-stuffed shrimp linguine was also just okay, nothing special. The chicken piccata was overpowered by lemon and had not much flavor. The veal marsala risotto was dry, bland and forgettable. The portions were just right. Service could have been better. It was a little slow and did not feel warm or welcoming. Considering the hype and prices, the experience did not meet our expectations. None of us really enjoyed the meal. For us, it is a one-and-done.

We were seated quickly and our server was there to take our order. I loved the look of the restaurant with the beautiful murals on the wall. We placed our order quickly. Then it all fell apart. Our food came out but only 3 of the 4 meals. It was clearly a mistake on their part but no apology at all. The pho (11) was horrible. This party was accustomed to eating pho and this serving was not good. The spicy beef was tough and dry. The service that started out so well quickly became terrible. We had to flag our server down for everything: Drink refills, to go boxes, the bill - and it's a small place!!!! Now the billing - I hardly ever include the receipt in my reviews but I wanted to be clear - they charge for refills!!! The drinks were $3.75 EACH!!!! I had the iced tea. Just plain old unsweetened tea!!! I was charged $3.75 for a refill. When I asked about it there was a hesitation and then a response of yes we charge for refills. If you go here to dine, I hope that your experience is 200% better than ours. I will not be returning and I am a second chance person. May our experience be an exception - that does happen. Good luck if you choose to dine here.
