When I did finally touch base with the owner she said that she assumed that since I was not able to confirm the day prior, that the we were canceling. I do not think this is best business practice! I scheduled this catering a month in advanced and expected the company would honor the date. It is not our fault they were short staffed and the owner was on vacation. I did not appreciate the blame being put on us. This is not a reliable company.

Teri worked with me to get the right drink package and was incredible to work with. The team who attended the conference said the coffee cart was a big hit and they had 0 issues with the set up/tear down.
