I really wanted to love this place more than I did. Our family is a huge fan of Fika coffee located…read morein downtown Parker, just off of main street. But this location does not offer the same level of excellence in service, or in expertise when crafting coffee. Not only was my husband's warm brew incredibly watery, but he said he could taste grains inside, swimming at the bottom of his mug. On top of which, my own iced breve lacked any flavor, despite the fact that I'd requested an addition of three separate flavors of sugar-free syrup pumped in at the end. Seating was pretty limited, as most tables were taken by students of all ages hunched over open laptops, alongside tubby backpacks. The temperature in the lodge was nothing short of stifling, and as this has been an unseasonably warm winter, the high degree seemed extreme. I found myself sweating, even after shedding several layers, and had to walk the property in order to cool down at one point. Thankfully, the surrounding scenery of panoramic mountain views offers its own mesmerizing draw, in this particular location erected off the beaten path. Parking is tight and can be tricky when snow patches take up half the lot, as another review mentioned. I appreciated the fact that the bathroom was clean and housed lots of charm. There are sugar-free syrup options on the menu, alongside gluten-free pastries, which is always helpful for those with dietary restrictions like myself. I did fall in love with the colorful little library, cheerfully offered at one end of the lot. Books, like coffee, bring a community together. This place is worth a visit, but I wouldn't recommend going in the summer, unless they know how to actually use the air condition.

(You can tie up your horse too!) The ambiance is great, as this building was the original developer's community center, so it was designed to fit into our neighborhood. While 3-4pm may be a little hectic due to the nearby middle school and high school students, it is a great place to stop on a stroll/hike along the trail. For Idyllwilde neighbors, its location next to our community pool and the Great Hall is a great amenity. How many neighborhoods have their own coffee house with such great options and a great location? The staff includes some young adults learning the food service business, so the owners are not only our neighbors but invested in serving our community every way possible. Thank you!

(ours was less than 10 minutes) It's worth the wait!! Heritage Cafe has a large menu with a variety of options to choose from. They have boozy brunch cocktails as well if you are so inclined- I was and ordered a Bloody Maria. This was delicious as was the strip of bacon that came with the drink. Yum! We also gave their cinnamon roll a shot, and were very pleased with the gooey, deliciousness of this baked good! I tried the chilaquiles for my main entree and was pleasantly impressed. I did order my eggs sunny side up, and well, they tried but they came out a little over cooked-no biggie though. Our server was very nice and kept tabs on us frequently throughout our meal- this was very much appreciated!

My company had a large conference in Denver and the team decided to get a coffee cart at our booth…read more With less than a week until the conference and being based in Chicago I found Sinfully Delicious by perusing Google. Teri worked with me to get the right drink package and was incredible to work with. The team who attended the conference said the coffee cart was a big hit and they had 0 issues with the set up/tear down. It was such an amazing process that I almost forgot the cart was in use at the time and hope to mimic my experience again. I HIGHLY recommend Teri and team. Thank you so much!!!

Instead, a voice mail was left by the owner, Teri, saying, "I am on vacation. We are short staffed. I need to confirm that you still need us." The owner said she tried to contact me via e-mail and cell phone. There was no record on my cell phone of a call. Her business e-mail was filtered out of my system into my junk folder. When I did finally touch base with the owner she said that she assumed that since I was not able to confirm the day prior, that the we were canceling. I do not think this is best business practice! I scheduled this catering a month in advanced and expected the company would honor the date. It is not our fault they were short staffed and the owner was on vacation. I did not appreciate the blame being put on us. This is not a reliable company.

Everyone at the window has always been super friendly and polite even when they're very busy. My most recent visit I wanted my usual drink which is a Cinnamon Dolce Latte but the person who took my order let me know right away that they were out of the syrup for the drink. He recommended their seasonal Chestnut Praline Latte which I ended up getting and loving. I also tried their seasonal Sugar Plum & Cheese Danish as well. I'm not a fan of the long drive-thru lines as they usually wrap out onto the street which is not safe at all. The only upside is that the line usually moves pretty quickly.

The bacon on the breakfast sandwich was halfway cooked and presented a food safety risk. The customer service was abysmal! The breakfast croissant was not only improperly cooked, but was served to us in a bag with a hole in the bottom. As a result, the croissant sandwich fell out while on our way back home. I called the manager of the store to alert him of this epic customer service failure - but he was busy trying to find a distraction to focus on rather than deal with his massive customer service issue. Cameron is a terrible manager, and he has an employee that requires retraining at the window. We will not revisit this location. Instead, we will visit Ziggy's, Dazbog or Dutch Bros. Au revoir!
