I've never had a bad drink or food item from this location. The staff is always very fast and efficient. Everyone at the window has always been super friendly and polite even when they're very busy. My most recent visit I wanted my usual drink which is a Cinnamon Dolce Latte but the person who took my order let me know right away that they were out of the syrup for the drink. He recommended their seasonal Chestnut Praline Latte which I ended up getting and loving. I also tried their seasonal Sugar Plum & Cheese Danish as well. I'm not a fan of the long drive-thru lines as they usually wrap out onto the street which is not safe at all. The only upside is that the line usually moves pretty quickly. read more

Update on Mother's Day 2026 - Ordered mocha latte with coconut milk, caramel ribbon frappucino, bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich, and Swiss & Ham croissant. The bacon on the breakfast sandwich was halfway cooked and presented a food safety risk. The customer service was abysmal! The breakfast croissant was not only improperly cooked, but was served to us in a bag with a hole in the bottom. As a result, the croissant sandwich fell out while on our way back home. I called the manager of the store to alert him of this epic customer service failure - but he was busy trying to find a distraction to focus on rather than deal with his massive customer service issue. Cameron is a terrible manager, and he has an employee that requires retraining at the window. We will not revisit this location. Instead, we will visit Ziggy's, Dazbog or Dutch Bros. Getting right! I have a new addiction. Dragon Drink with Cold Foam. The foam is super delicious and tops off the drink perfectly. (Heavy cream, 2% and vanilla). It was busy at the drive thru so I went in and was served right away. The waiting area is a tight fit (in an already cramped room) as they added a few high tops. Still a bit pricey but expected. On my way from Denver International Airport, I stopped off one of the exits off on E-470 for some caffeine. I was feeling pretty sleepy as I had only had one small cup of coffee very early in the morning. It was a beautiful day out - the temp was right around 70 degrees. When I rolled up to this Starbucks - it has the look as if it were fairly new. There was a young guy standing out front sawing away on a fiddle. This Starbucks has a Drive-Thru - which they loudly proclaim (see the photo I have attached to his review). There were two attractive Colorado babes working the counter - something about the west and all of this mountain air - maybe I need to move out west! :-) Anyhow, I ordered a triple Grande soy latte. Normally I do not expect much from Starbucks, but this time I found that the workers at this location were very inappropriate. Given the fact that this location is considered to be on a nicer side of town one would think that the service would be better. Workers were young and naive that I can tell. Maybe ages 16-18 at most. I think if they are going to put a bunch of high schoolers working together they should have a supervisor at all times. The workers were loud and obnoxious (I had headphones on at the max). Again I do not expect it to be super quiet, but I was there in hopes to get work done in peace however all I heard was workers talking about how high they got over the weekend and how messed up they were. Regardless of where someone may work I think there should be some professionalism... It was very unpleasant to here these things given their were kids around.... The second big mistake I saw was that they had dropped a lid on the dirty floor and picked it up placed it back on the cup and handed it to the person in the drive through... This Starbucks has always been poorly run and continues that dubious distinction now. I ordered a caramel macchiato and then received a iced version of it which I didn't want and didn't order. I told them this and they said they would make me a regular version of the drink which I had ordered. Then I waited for what seemed like an eternity for the order which never came out. I eventually left and hope to never return. Also, the people working there are too busy joking around to do their job. This location has an amazing morning staff. Drinks are always fast and made right. I've never complained about them. The evening/weekend staff is different. Almost opposite. Drinks are sloppy or wrong. I almost always have something I can complain about. Recommend you visit the morning shift if possible. The drive thru line might be down the street but you get through quickly. I give it four stars because the morning shift makes up the difference. read more

Time for me to either go to Target in the very same parking lot or just travel out of the way to get a decent latte. More times than not, my drink is wrong and I don't even stray from the basics just for that reason. This Starbucks location used to be my favorite (and most convenient) but no longer is. When I visited yesterday an employee was standing on the back counter (where the cold drinks are made) organizing syrups. This is unsanitary as other drinks were being made just inches away. I have also had many drinks prepared incorrectly lately as well (including a drink sent in for mobile order). Hor.i.ble. This place is the worst, and has been for quite some time. Drive thru is SLOW. Takes at least 15min. Once you get to the window it is clear the staff are not very quick; they seem to move in slow motion. I have tried going back several times, hoping they got more staff, but there has been no improvement. On top of that the "baristas" cannot even make a simple mocha. I have no special requests with my order, and it always comes out burnt or watery. Of course, I don't know until I've driven away and my drink has cooled a bit. I always use the drive through because they get the drinks right everytime. However when I go inside, the drinks never seem right.
