Great service for a delicious early morning smoothie! We stopped in before heading to the airport, and it was perfect.

The manager and his wife threatened us and chased us out of the store for asking for a receipt. My friend order food with her drink and they forgot it. She asked for it and they asked if she paid. She did. They asked three more times if we paid. Yes. They asked for the receipt they printed out and she had declined the receipt initially and the guy couldn't remember any of this taking place. She told him to just print the last receipt. There were no other customers (now we know why) and he said they have none and can't reprint receipts. She had to tell him to fish it out of the garbage. The manager told her to not be mad at him because he didn't do anything. Who should we be mad at, do you actually work here? The manager closed the window on her three separate times and was rude and gave so much attitude. We've never experienced anything like this. Since they shut the window on us again, she went inside the establishment and started asking for her receipt and the manager (sitting on the counter) still said there was no receipt. His wife, sitting in the store with three other females, not as customers, chimed in and started being rude as well. The other original employee finally fished out the receipt and handed it to her. Magical. My friend took a picture of "the manager" to share with corporate. That's when the wife went full crazy. She demanded we delete it and called her a "fat b!@&$" and she and the rest of their family/friends followed her out of the store recording her. They threatened us and tried blocking us from leaving. Oh by the way this was recorded on her dash cam and bumper cam. Maybe we should actually call the police because of how scared they made us feel. read more

Every time I stop by, they always but always greet me with a smile on their face. The place is always clean and well taken care of. Their juices are always on point and with fresh ingredients. I frequented this location 2-3x a week. Love the impossible handwich and the protein berry smoothie. Today, however, I was served by a rude, condescending, arrogant, unprofessional boy who should be ashamed to be employed in customer service! I simply asked him to confirm that my drink was made with soy. He was laughing with another employee (Natalie, the manager), and yelled at me "YES M'AM I SAID IT'S MADE WITH SOY." He tossed my sandwich at me like I was worthless and continued laughing. He refused to give me his name. I filed a complaint with the manager who said that I deserved it because I was 'consistently asking and I should not be bashing her employee.' Oh my goodness, snowflake, you and Jamba have lost my business forever. read more

Whoever stated in their review that this was the "best Jamba Juice ever" has clearly not been to other Jamba Juice locations. . I placed an order on 4/25 for delivery from the Parker Rd location through the Jamba app; however, I did not receive one of the items, the medium razzmatazz, with my order. I contacted Doordash concerning the order, the CS stated I needed to contact the Jamba Juice store. I spoke with Makenna, the manager, stated I could only receive a refund as a store credit or cash. I asked for the drink to be delivered but should not be responsible for the delivery fee. Makenna stated there was nothing she could do. Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get the number of the supervisor/owner in order to let him/her know the situation, and I should be refunded. All I received was an email and the runaround. I live over 30 minutes away, have purchased items from this location numerous times and most of the time the orders are not correct (I should've learned my lesson and quit going there, but hope springs eternal and they have a drive thru). We stopped in after a dental appointment and ordered 5 smoothies. The team was also managing several pickup orders and had other customers come in. During that time someone came in and complained about not getting granola with her bowls. In my life, I have never seen a manager react so calmly and kindly to an irrational customer. The manager quickly remembered the order and said she was so sorry, the system substituted the granola for the peanut butter and would get her granola for her bowls. Karen was not satisfied, clearly she wasn't going to give up without getting four bowls for the price of two that day. She said she didn't see the peanut butter. Manager still, unflinching, stated the way they make it is to blend it in - we are talking about a Jamba Juice her, blending things is a huge part of their business - but no worries, she says, she will just remake them! I think I saw a twitch in Karen's eyes, she was hoping for a fight and didn't get one. Beyond that, our experience was really helpful, calm and kind employees that were truly working hard. I'm conflicted on this review. We want to like Jamba Juice. This is a new location and we know the menu is controlled by corporate but we had issues with the fruit juices that are now used as a base. Even on the full fruit ones. We asked about substitutions and although the team was friendly, the alternative options they offered (any type of milk? Another juice?) just weren't good suggestions based upon what we told them we were trying to avoid for health reasons. Still tasted good though! read more

Arrived 5 minutes prior to them closing to order 2 small smoothies and the "dude" that was on the microphone said. "Sorry dude we're closed." So they close early now? And there was a car in front of me! They decided closing earlier was better than helping a customer. Seriously, how the hell do you say all your blenders are clean and that your closed when I pulled around the corner & there was a car that just finished ordering?? And y'all have everything clean prior to your close time? To the owner, hire some new respectful adults that don't refer to your customers as dudes and hire people who will work their schedule and not call it an early day when they decide they want to go home early. Or get a new updated time of operations. Like 7:05a.m.-6:50p.m. I guess I'll have to drive to the one in Southland's shopping center if I ever want Jamba again or until you get rid of the teenagers running your location. read more

We have several dietary restrictions in our family and stopped after work. We simply wanted a milk substitution(keep in mind this is the drive thru). When we finished our order, little did the worker know that her headset was still on..we heard everything she said after. The worker was cursing and complaining about how annoying our service was and how our substitution request gave her a f****** headache. Won't be going there again... read more

One of the best Jamba Juices I've been to. Great location right off the main road, easy to pull into and they have a drive thru! Clean store, nicely decorated! Very friendly staff, everyone has been super nice to us. And don't get me started on the smoothies, I've never had such a good Jamba smoothie before! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fresh smoothies and fast an friendly service. read more

Although this is a closer location, we will choose other Jamba Juice locations because of the lack of customer service. I have watched another customer walk out of this location because her order was misplaced and not done. I was hoping to have better service but have been disappointed several times. Today was the last time because I ordered a jamba drink, a bowl and 2 fresh ginger shots and asked how long the wait was and she said no more than 5 minutes. I was in the drive-through and I pulled up to wait. After five minutes and after watching two cars behind me get their orders and leave... I went inside to find out why the two shots were not ready yet and Customer's behind me had been assisted and got their complete orders but I did not. It seems they are not very organized to treat customers this way. I have been in another Jamba Juice and they take care of the customer as they come in and do not make them wait behind other customers because they don't like to make part of the order. This is not good customer service. This process can be improved so customers are not lost to other locations. read more

25 minute wait for Jamba juice at least.... I left the drive thru! 10 plus minutes to take my order. 15/20 min wait in the drivethru, I was the second car from the window. Poor way to handle a drive thru... Easily could of had the car waiting pull up and get the drive thru moving... read more
