I came here after 2 pm on a Wednesday. I was one of three people at that time and I still had fantastic service that was fast and polite. The amount of choice is immense! I was a bit overwhelmed and asked for a recommendation. He was very nice and quickly narrowed down by board and then walked me through the top sellers that were Caribbean Blend, strawberry blast, and orange crush. I ended up picking the Sunset Beach. First time visit and I was impressed at all of the options on the menu. My first impression of the sole employee, Peter, was that he was working hard because it seemed busy with the number of customers. Peter took my order, he was very kind and recommended supplements I could include. I was grateful for his recommendations because he knows the menu and I was just beginning to familiarize myself with the multiple menu options. Peter was clearly working as quickly as possible to create the orders each customer placed as quickly as possible so his customers wouldn't have to wait long. I ordered the Power Protein drink and I asked that he add spinach to the drink. I loved how my drink tasted and Peter was so pleased to hear I really appreciated what he created for me. It doesn't get much simpler than an açaí bowl. I've had great bowls all over the country. This place is just sad. Their idea of an açaí bowl with "all" toppings is granola and 5 wimpy slices of banana. No coconut, no other fruit, nothing... I even paid extra for peanut butter which they skipped... They were slow, disorganized and in the end produced a poor product. I'll never be back and I strongly suggest you avoid it too. Maybe if they go out of business something half decent will pop up. Used to be awesome but man have they gone down hill the last few months. Bought the Discount cup and used it for months and today was told cannot use it for discount anymore on vegetable juice combos. Only smoothies. We never do the smoothies and so this is new and what a SCAM to now not honor their discount by buying their reusable cup. Not only that, the prices for the vegetable combo we have done for a year now is several dollars higher and wont even make it the way we want "that uses too much spinach and expensive veggies, and they did about 28 of the 32 ounces as carrots and cucumber when we said 2 carrots only. THEY WOULDNT MAKE THE DRINK AS I ORDERED IT EVEN WITH THE EXTRA ADD ON CHARGES AFTER I PAID FOR IT EVEN WHEN I WAS TRYING TO CORRECT THEM AS THEY MADE IT AND JUST GOT THE GLARE AND WE CANT DO THAT SPEECH. THIS PLACE HAS LOST ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY AND ETHICS AND NOT WORTH GOING TO ANYMORE. read more

This place used to be awesome when they first opened. But over the past few months the quality has gone down. The employees always have a bad attitude and the managers are the same way. Love this place. I am able to customize my order and have been able to sub out items I didn't like in a specific smoothie. I have tried many smoothies but especially love the Hawaiian dream and grooving guava. I hate bananas and have been able to order the choc-o-nutter without, and it's delicious. So customizable. Yes expensive, but then again I pay $5-6 for a coffee. On another note...I love the review from "Molly". She must have been a jilted high school girl with first world problems to seriously complain about some young kids just working their first job. I have found these kids willing to fix anything that was wrong with my order. Clearly there are some who would rather be keyboard warriors as spoiled adults instead of giving a business the opportunity to fix a mistake, then leave a bad review. Trying to support local businesses. Would've given two stars but two of the three smoothies were good and they are just teenagers working. In mine (garden greens), they definitely forgot the apple, so was more of a celery and cucumber smoothie. Also did not ask us to add supplements for large (3) and I forgot about it until we left. The kids and I were excited for the new location and were so disappointed. The staff was horrible. My daughter cannot have gluten. When I asked the employee if the frozen yogurt was gluten free she told me I could go home and check the website! I was shocked and disappointed. The worst smoothie bowls ever! I spent almost 10 dollars on one of their smoothies bowls and it was literally soup. It tasted terrible, the coconut was so processed and sugary, and their was a limited amount of toppings that they added. If you want a quality smoothie bowl/smoothie, that's not a joke, go to a more organic place like nekter definitely not inta juice. The staff here sucks. Other then Micheal he is the only good one he tends to be there in the early AM. Otherwise the girl that work here are rude and unfriendly, they tend to ignore you when you walk in and carry about what they are doing not about the guest especially Morgan, McKenna and Emma. These girls are so rude and ring care about the customer. My smoothies from these girls are not blended well so there's huge chucks and are super thick but they are to busy talking to one another or rushing to make a good smoothie which is not hard to make. The bowl is decent, sort of lacking all the good for you things other Acai bowls offer typically. Although, I added strawberry on top and was charged an additional $0.50, which was cool, but I got 1 strawberry sliced, if that, disappointing. We had 2 smoothies both had orange juice in them. We have had these many times before and they are usually good. They were so bitter this time. I took them back and the girl suggested I order something without orange juice. I explained it seemed the orange juice was very bitter. It left the taste on your tongue that you had eaten the rind of the orange. She took the OJ out gave it a stir and remade the smoothie. Still very bitter. $10 in the trash. Disappointed. Both Mckenna and Resse were great workers! Both were extremely helpful and had inviting auras about them. However, I think there should be some music playing while there. No music in there makes it seem less welcoming and takes away from the whole experience. Some music would make it that much better. read more

I'm very bummed to be writing this because my husband and I have been coming here since they opened. We went in today and ordered 2 smoothies and I took a little plastic bowl to fill with water for our dogs. I was waiting for my order and he asked where I got the bowl. I was confused and said off the counter, and he said I couldn't do that and they were expensive. I told him we spend a lot of money there (I just filled yet another loyalty stamp card.) and he said they started charging for them. The large smoothie I just bought was alone about $8. I handed the bowl filled with water back and he dumped it out and set it aside to reuse, after we both handled it. I would have understood if he told me from now on we'd have to pay, but for him to take it back was extremely unusual and I felt shamed and uncomfortable when I didn't mean to do anything wrong. Not a battle worth fighting. They just lost two big customers. read more
