This place never fails to amaze. Order on DoorDash- no fault to the dasher my name was on the drinks. But the drinks were made incorrectly. I ordered 2 32oz smoothies and got the smallest ones. One of them wasn't even one I ordered! They're never busy enough for there to been too many orders for such a mistake. Note I paid for the large ones. My favorites are the Pomegranate açaí smoothie and the PB&J bowl, which are both dairy free! Some dairy free smoothies lack in texture but these two are nice and thick. The staff is generally young high school and college kids. They are very helpful, friendly and seriously hustle when it's busy. My pet peeve is when you go into a busy food place and they look like they are moving in slow motion. Not the case at Berry Blendz! read more

They just do whatever hours they feel like. Online website AND hours posted on the door says they're open when the doors are closed, and lights are off. The teenagers there are rude and barely even blend a smoothie correctly, as there is huge chunks of fruit everywhere. read more

The first time going in to Berry Blendz The service was horrible! A younger girl working at front was very dismissive, rude and not helpful. I asked about the supplements and she rudely pointed to a flip Chart and said to "read about them there" . She should not be at the front as the face of the business. read more

My experience here has been left wanting. Is it too hard to find wheatgrass juice? Well I found some on Yelp and ended up here. The young man (only person in the entire establishment) that helped me told me he couldn't make it because "the machine is broken ". Ok McDonalds. That it had been broken for three years because the owner simply didn't want to replace or repair it and didn't care (words of the employee). (Yet it's still on their menu as announced on this platform and in store. Even though I specifically went for the Wheatgrass I ended up getting something else as I was pressed for time. I had an overpriced smoothie instead and wished I had gone to Jamba juice. read more

My new obsession is the Orange Crush. Love it. The staff is always kind and friendly. The smoothies are great. The menu has enough variety for my family to be satisfied. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems like whenever there are 2 or more groups waiting the staff stresses out and just starts making errors. I Cane for the first time yesterday (4/23) & ordered a watermelon smoothie & the greens smoothie. The smoothies were both watered down, it didn't really taste like a smoothie more like a juice .. also my green smoothie was really strong with Kale, usually when I order from anywhere else they will add other things in the drink to make it taste better. We were in Berry Blendz last Sunday on a very hungover day.... and we ordered a simple strawberry banana orange smoothie, with a scoop of hangover powder in it. We took it to go and my boyfriend was drinking it and blue, plastic parts came up with the smoothie in the straw nearly choking him. I thought he was being dramatic so I opened the lid and sure enough there was little blue plastic parts inside our drink..... they were sharp, small, light blue. Not safe at all! Been a Berry Blendz fan for years so I'm SUPER happy they are in Castle Rock in a stand alone store from the "mall". Got my first one at this new location tonight & the staff was patient while I figured out what I wanted, had it made amazingly fast, and finally I can go back to fixing my craving for a great real fruit smoothie without having to go into Denver. To the Person who thought their smoothie was too sweet...you picked a sweet one?! Try another one of their dozens of blendz. I prefer ones with açaí, pomegranate and particularly cranberry and they will pucker you up good! read more

The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because the staff were awesome! I ordered the Caribbean smoothie and it was WAY too sweet, I couldn't even drink it. Just wasn't good at all. I suggest you stick to Jamba Juice!! read more
