We went to Ziggi's for a late breakfast on a Thursday at about 10 AM so not a really busy time. We ordered 2 breakfast items a coffee and a smoothie. How did we get our order? Not how you would think, breakfast came first I was about 1/2 way done with my burrito before my Black coffee was ready! Then my wife was done with her grilled cheese sandwich before the smoothie came out the total was if I recall correctly 36.00. The burrito was OK but the frozen ones I have at home from Evol is actually better and larger. Grilled cheese was OK but just that. Horrible service. New girl hasn't been trained well, and her manager is rude so of course new person doesn't want to ask her a question. So my drink is messed up, I asked for it to be remade and I got so much attitude. Again it was made without what was the cream of a dirty drink. It was just a blue sweet drink. I'm very new to having Ziggi's and love the dirty sodas! 2-3 sodas in store a few months ago in and Been making them at home mostly since. However I have a pretty bad dairy allergy. I asked this time to the young girl working drive thru at 12:05 pm 9/30/2025 if the creamer in very cherry had dairy JUST to be safe. She said yes it did, and I decided against ordering it super confused and disappointed, so I left and looked up the allergens list online. It does NOT have dairy. As someone who has worked at multiple places as a former barista, and has multiple food allergens, you double check that stuff when you don't know. I already can't have tons of stuff because of my allergies, but it SUCKS to not have something you CAN eat because of others lack of knowledge. I get it's not that serious and I'm probably doing the most because tomorrows my birthday and my dads in the hospital, but girl please ask next time. I got so sad because I was so excited for this drink today after hearing my dad had chest pains for 2 weeks. Anyway drive thru ambiance was fine. read more

Coffee here is average, they have a lot of sweet stuff. My main issue with them; I brought in my personal mug and ordered my coffee drink. She charged me for a 16 ounce drink, even though it clearly stated on the bottom of my mug 12 ounces. When I pointed this out to her, she argued with me and told me that my travel mug looked like more than 12 ounces. I pointed out that it clearly states 12 ounces on the bottom. She didn't care. She charged me the more expensive price anyway. The manager noticed that we were discussing something and came over and asked what was going on. We stopped by later in the morning and the staff was cordial not overly friendly. This shop has a good location with large seating area. I really enjoyed the hot white mocha and the blender drink was okay. We also ordered a cake pop that they forgot to give us and we forgot about until we got home and it was not worth a trip back. Horrible service ! Ordered a 16oz drink with no ice . I was told the drink would be smaller . So I then said light ice only to get 8ozs at a 16 oz price of $5.13 for this . So if you order without ice it will be a 5-6oz drink. Not going back happens every time! And they have the nerve to ask for a tip on their pad . No tip for rudeness! . Delicious coffee options with a quick drive thru! They also had a ton of bakery/sandwich options and they were tasty. The staff are friendly and patient and they make great recommendations! Compared to chains like Starbucks I feel like they're very fairly priced and they do have a rewards system if you would be a frequent visitor. My parents live in the area and kept raving about this coffee shop so while I was down there we had to stop by. We had coffees and breakfast burritos, all of it was delicious! The burritos have a great little bit of spice but not too much. They had awesome flavor and I really enjoyed the texture. My coffee was outstanding. I substituted white mocha for the standard in a Colorado coconut mocha... I would drive the 20 minutes just for that darn coffee! The coconut flavor tastes real and isn't too sweet like that other bigger chain shop. BTW we barely had to wait in line while that chain coffee shop had a massive line a half block away. Do yourself a favor, ditch the 'bucks and go here! read more

The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is that it is a bit pricey (I get a chai tea), but otherwise they are great. Service is friendly, drinks and food are delicious and usually the drive-thru is pretty fast. The price of my drink is about the same as Starbucks, but I always get it much quicker. read more
