The workers here were so friendly! On top of that they made me a great drink. Much love to the workers.

The drinks are great! The wait is awful! I've ordered in the drive-thru and it takes forever. I've ordered at the walk-up window and the wait is better than the drive-thru. When they started mobile ordering, I thought this is great. I'll order when I leave my house, often on my way to work, so they will have it ready when I get there in 20 minutes. Sometimes. I'm usually met with "We are still working on that". My drinks do not require pulling shots. They are already made and need to be poured in a cup with syrup. I arrived today 25 minutes after ordering and was told "We are still working on that". Whenever I order online anytime after 6:30 AM, I have to wait. It appears they don't even start it until well after I've arrived. Why wouldn't they have someone designated as mobile orders only? Instead, it seems they put drive-thru and walk up orders ahead of mobile orders. It's very frustrating and makes me want to stop coming. If it weren't for the variety of syrups and drinks, I'd never come back. Starbucks doesn't have the greatest coffee, but the service is a million times better. In the end, It took me 40 mins to get a pre-made drink. read more

I completely wasted money buying a drink here today because it came with pieces of mold floating on top. Looks like this location doesn't clean their ice machine :/ read more

Friendly staff and good drinks. Really long wait times, always 20+ minutes at minimum

Very yummy!!! Love their matcha options. Hubby loves the magonada redbull drink. Our son's fave is the cotton candy shake. Was a nice treat while out & about on Father's Day. read more

I am pretty consistently underwhelmed by the coffee at this shop, probably not coming back anymore. I often order an iced flavored latte. Always too milky; faint coffee flavor and faint syrup flavor. I don't want to pay $6+ for iced milk. I recognize that is what iced lattes kind of are, but a good coffee shop should have better ratios which allow espresso, syrup, and milk to all shine together. Their non-coffee drinks are great, exactly what you would want in an energy drink, milk shake, etc. But for a place called Dutch Brothers Coffee, I wish I could taste the coffee. read more

One more time . . . I'm giving Dutch Bros Coffee FIVE STARS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Why? Because their staffing (at all of their locations) ROCKS! I have no idea what the hiring process is but they are always so positive, so happy, so pleasant and eager to serve! LOVE their staff! Of course, the staff keep me coming back but it's that hot GOLDEN EAGLE w/ CINNAMON that got me in the beginning! So happy to have Dutch Bros in Castle Rock!!!!!! (Give those kids a raise!) read more

This is the SLOWEST Dutch bros I've ever been to. If you see more than 3 cars in the drive thru get ready to wait 20+ minutes. Even when I order online I have to wait over 20+ minutes when I get there. This is the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of being around. Drinks and atmosphere are still great and I understand it takes time to make drinks but seriously. Every other Dutch bros I've been to are so much faster than this. read more

45 minute wait for a preordered drink in the app-don't waste your time. 16 year olds working laughed it off. Learn how to run a business!

Service has always been great at this location, but the waiting times are always outrageous.

The ABSOLUTE worse service and experince. Go anywhere else! 20+ minutes wait for NON CRAFT coffee is crazy. SO slow, only one person working with a long drive- thru line, mediocre coffee and RUDE employee. VERY poorly ran. CR has MUCH better options. NEVER going back again! read more

It's a Sunday at 7pm there are 4 cars in line and we are waiting 30 minutes for a coffee. This is completely unacceptable, too many coffee shops nearby and other options to have a big chain like Dutch Brothers run this way. Once you're in the drive through you are committed which sucks for customers. Id rather go to In and Out burger across the highway wait less time and get a whole meal for the time it takes here to get a coffee. If the owner reads this I hope you do something with this review and talk to your workers if you really care about your customers and your business. read more

Want to wait 30 minutes for your melted drink, come to Dutch!! The service here is horrible and far from exceptional.

the wait time is around 30 minutes to an HOUR every single time in the drive thru. 6 cars ahead of you? 30 minutes. I don't understand how it gets that bad. very rarely do you have an employee outside getting cars orders. Why does 1 car take literally 25 minutes??? if you say anything to them, they never apologize. they just laugh it off. i seriously do not understand how they take this long. read more

I always tip and they still get my order wrong and they never listen. I asked for snickerdoodle chocolate w/ chocolate drizzle and I just got a bare bone snickerdoodle. Piss poor service. read more

Consistently Disappointing Experience I've given this Dutch Bros location multiple chances, but unfortunately, every single visit has been a letdown. The order accuracy is a major problem - I regularly receive duplicates of items I only ordered one of, or end up with drinks I never even requested. It's frustrating to pay for something and consistently get it wrong. What's even more concerning is the lack of attention from the staff. There always seems to be a crowd of high school-aged kids hanging around, even when they're off the clock, and the employees on duty get caught up in conversations about school, classes, and their personal lives. I've been completely ignored at the drive-through window and even when walking inside - no acknowledgment, no greeting, nothing. It's like I'm invisible while they're absorbed in their social conversations. I understand that many coffee shops hire younger staff, and that's totally fine, but there needs to be better management and training to ensure customers are actually being served. The basics - getting orders right and acknowledging customers - shouldn't be this difficult. I really want to support this location, but until they address these consistent issues with order accuracy and customer service, I'll be looking for other options. read more

Don't go to Castle Rock Dutch! At least on a Saturday afternoon. Wait is way too long for broistas to be out socializing and not helping get the orders out!! Never have never waited this long! read more

The drive thru line might be long but man is it worth it once you take the first sip of your drink!! I love this Dutch bros so much, definitely need to start going on a regular basis! If you need the equivalent of a liquid sugar I.V. right into the veins, then this is your place. Not a place for those who like a great latte or other traditional craft coffees. They can make it I guess, if you can hold back the arm that pours in the syrups. Lots of people love it, just not my cup of sugar. read more

The people working here are always fast and friendly! Love their hot coffees, hate the nipple they make me drink it from. And, just so you know...I figure that dollar tip into the price of my coffee, which causes me to visit here less often. Yes, I know it is optional. But, it isn't. Just sayin' read more

Only stopped by this location one time. So this review is based on a one time visit. I happened to be in the area and drove by this coffee shop. This was last year when almost all the establishment were drive through or drive up, no walk ins. I thought I'd give it a try being that I've heard great things. They had specialty coffees for the holiday and what I could recall it was a peppermint mocha. They had it set up similar to chick fil a. Where you give your order to someone and they put your order in their tablet. He gave me the totally and you could put how much tip you want to leave. I asked if I could do cash tip and because corona he said "no". They really should have both options available because sometimes I'd rather give cash but I digress. Pulled up to the window and was greeted by a friendly young lady. Asked them about the reward program and apparently you have to load the app. So for the first time visit there are a few kinks to work out but for now only four stars. read more

If there is a line for the drive thru be prepared to wait 30 mins+ for your order. It's a great Dutch Bros IF there is no line. My order is always correct, but the long wait makes us not want to come back. We only stop in if there is no line. read more

someone in the line told us to go around into a lane that doesn't exist, then we got stuck. the vibes suck and the line took like 40-50 minutes for some bad food. the entire thing ended with the girl asking for a tip. no! and the menus aren't good. the ambience sucks too. read more

Nothing negative to say here! We've never tried Dutch Bros. Coffee because we didn't have a local one living in San Jose, but now we have 2 by our new home in CO! I tried the Caramelizer and my husband tried the White Chocolate Chai. Both are such a fun treat and though this place is more of a sugary coffee vibe, that's right up our alley. The drive through was extremely fast and all the employees were genuinely lovely. This might be our new go to coffee shop in no small part due to the massive drink menu we need to work our way through. read more

I haven't been here a lot but the drinks I have had have been yummy. Drive through is long but it goes fairly fast.

DUTCH...what happened to you? You used to be so fun and quick...now the employees look like they are in pain and so slooowwww...they used to be quick and cranking out drinks and now we wait and wait. Good luck grabbing something before work, you get stuck in line and can't get out. Very sad! When you 1st came to town you converted me from Starbucks....and now I just wait in line! Ugh! read more

With what may look like a small menu they pack so much variety and flavor. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. I have heard of Dutch Bros many times and while visiting finally had the opportunity to stop in and see what the fuss is all about. I understand why people love it! I enjoyed a hot chocolate hazelnut beverage that a staff member suggested and it was great. Not too sweet but not too coffee bitter either. They offer oat milk which is an amazing milk substitute, it is much creamer than other milk substitutes which makes a huge difference for those looking for all the great taste but less guilt for your varied choices. read more
