Nice clean cozy warm feeling lobby and friendly employees! Store is in an awesome location next to the park! Drink is as good as any and the boba was warm and chewy the way I like. Wish there was a little more boba to drink ratio. Nice sturdy cup quality. Definitely would stop by again next time I am in Castle Rock!

    Crème Brûlée !!! Yeah!

Best taiyaki. Great ice cream combos, we had the peach and lychee & watermelon and coconut. Nice employees.

The taiyaki is something to die for and the boba is amazing. Is a kid writing this review?

But fast forward to 2026 and the era of tariffs and inflations, a $10 drink is the norm. And I'm glad I decided to give MTP another try. First time was good but didn't stand out. This time around, I left impressed. We were in Downtown to see Hell's Kitchen and I decided to bring my partner here since he's never been. This time, I ordered the ube jasmine sweet cream drink because it didn't look too powdery and artificial (the light purple color spoke to me). We also ordered the black sesame drink and both drinks were quite delicious and definitely worth the drive for the drinks (or at least the 14 min walk from the entertainment venues to here for a pick me up before the shows). They're not too sweet and I'm glad that they don't overload the drink with ice because I've been to some places where you get 90% ice. It's a modern milk tea shoppe but it's currently located in a plaza with plenty of outdoor seating and it's enclosed so you don't see the loudness of the city. I know they're relocating soon but I'll be back for sure.

On our first visit my friend got the matcha jasmine sweet creme and I got the hojicha vanilla sweet creme. We both agreed that the matcha and hojicha were watered down and had a chalky aftertaste. This was definitely not worth $10. My two friends who got frescas instead loved their drinks. The second time we went back we all got frescas. They were extremely busy on a Sunday evening especially since it was the Dodgers vs Rockies game. It took awhile but service was amazing. Staff brought out our drinks. The store is definitely very aesthetic but there are no tables inside. Outdoor bench seating only.

Sips: Signature milk tea - this drink is usually the one that I order first when I check out a new boba spot to set the bar and it did not disappoint. The right ration of creaminess and sweetness. My kids ordered a mango green tea and a peachy one and both finished them before I could get a sip! Service: You can either order via a kiosk if you are anti-social and if you want some human interaction, that option is available too! Can't wait to drink my way through the menu!

It's vibrant and... bubbly inside this small shop, in which several youthful employees half hide behind a wall of plastic cups next to the register. The bright pink displays just beyond the entrance beckon you to buy buy buy merch merch merch, and also have two screens for you to place your order sans human interaction. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the ice level on these, so we ended up going to the counter to place our order. Prices are pretty comparable to other bubble tea shops in Denver, and have your usual selection of milk teas, fruit teas, fresh milk, and smoothies - but we were delighted to see the addition of some Vietnamese coffee drinks as well. Seasonal offerings seem to be a must these days to keep Gen Z's attention, so they also had pumpkin pie and toasted creme brulee varietals. There are a few small round tables inside, each enough to seat 2 people and a large shopping bag, but most people seem to grab and go. Our order came out pretty quickly, and we were pretty pleased with our choices - the matcha came through nicely in my Matcha Milk Tea (25% sweetness turned out perfect for me), and the Vietnamese Coffee Milk Tea was strong but creamy. This beats Starbucks for me any day, and Niko Niko will be my hydration of choice when I'm back at the outlets.

When a cracked phone screen brought me to the Apple Store, I seized the opportunity to check them out. The space is super cozy and Insta-worthy for sure! Sadly, this will be one of the few photo-less reviews I post since I was sans-phone while it was being repaired. Sad day! I love the ability to customize my drink to my liking. However, I personally recommend ordering with a person for your first time just to better understand the menu and get the inside scoop. I opted for a Thai iced tea with boba. It was just okay. It had a bit of a marshmallow taste to it that I found a bit too sweet for my liking. I will agree with others that the house made Boba is def something to be experienced. Your boba standards are going to be raised for sure! While my choice of beverage missed the mark. I think it was more of a me problem than a them problem. I don't find myself in the area often, but I will absolutely be giving Latea Bubble Tea another shot!
