Employees in this store are so welcoming and nice!! The young man who took our order was very pleasant and friendly. We had delicious pearl boba taro milk tea and crème brûlée milk tea. Can't wait until I'm back in the area so I can come here again!

Opening a Gong Cha in Lone Tree, Colorado is genius. Visiting from an area that thrives off of boba, I was glad to find out they have a location right here. This is a great spot to get your morning, midday or night boba pick-me-up. Nice spot with high ceilings and a well kept environment. Greeted by friendly staff, but opted for the kiosks. The self order kiosks make it easy to look through the menu and seamlessly place a quick order. All orders can be customized according to your desired level of ice and sweetness.

Super clean. Super fast, the service was great and the drinks are so yummy!! I recommend whenever you are craving boba

Gongcha is also very popular globally when it comes to milk tea . They deliver such authentic tea taste and premium products. The store is also well designed- clean - very modern looking and staffs are always nice - friendly. Perfect place to study - hangout with friends and family . Would highly recommend everyone to come and check it out !

One of my favorite bubble tea shops. The atmosphere is great, and the staff members are really friendly. Bubble tea offered by Gong Cha is delicious. What makes me love this place is that they create seasonal tea series, merchandise.

When you walk in, the place looks cute. But the staff is rude and seems like they don't want to help you. When I had questions, they seemed annoyed with me. I got the mango milk slush with boba and it was not good. Very watery and thin, almost like it wasn't frozen. I ordered a pearl waffle, and they gave me a green one? For the terrible service and mistake, on top of not enjoying any of the food or drinks, this place is getting 2 stars from me.

Great drinks. Fair prices. Customer experience is inconsistent and could be better. But overall a good place.

Love this new boba spot in Lonetree. So much better than Share and KungFu in HR. Clean, friendly accommodating staff and so clean inside.

I built mine with three regulars and one seasonal: The Highlights: The Taro/Ube was absolutely amazing, and both the Pistachio and Egg Tiramisu were incredibly good. Bonus points for premade cold foams that aren't overly sweet! The Critiques: The seasonal Coconut was my least favorite (lacked flavor and had a strange aftertaste), and the cups were a bit heavy on the ice. Still, it didn't ruin the experience. The Work Vibe The daytime ambiance is wonderful and very laid-back. It's a stellar remote work option with: Good Wi-Fi & plenty of outlets Ample indoor & outdoor seating Note: It's peaceful early on, but gets pretty busy by 11:30 AM. My 12-year-old son has recently gotten into Dungeons & Dragons, and for his birthday we reserved a table here knowing that Enchanted Grounds welcomes tabletop RPGs. I'll admit, I was a little hesitant about leaving my son and four of his friends somewhere new on their own for nearly four hours. Any concerns disappeared almost immediately. One staff member in particular, Paul, went above and beyond. The boys would not stop saying, "Paul is the GOAT." He checked in on them throughout their entire time there, helped them out whenever they needed it, and genuinely made them feel welcome. More importantly, he made me feel completely at ease as a parent. It's rare to find a business that not only creates a fun, inclusive space for kids but also earns the trust of parents so effortlessly. Enchanted Grounds Highlands Ranch has my respect and admiration. Thank you for giving my son one of the best birthday experiences he's ever had. We'll definitely be back.

Just wanted a place to work on my computer, and ultimately that's what I got. Enchanted Grounds is a cafe and game emporium. Like for real, they have such a huge selection of games. If you are into that, I truly love that for you! As far as the cafe is concerned, the best part was not paying Denver coffee prices! Only a few bucks for an iced coffee, god bless America. The staff weren't all that friendly or interested in talking to customers. It definitely gives off humble, rainy day coffeehouse vibes and that's not a bad thing. Bright, tacky colored walls, one guy was sleeping in one of the booths, a giant group of 80+ year olds at the big community table, and gamers galore on a Wednesday afternoon. It's low key, wifi was fine, coffee was fine. Nothing stood out for me personally. Considering it's close to an hour away odds of me coming back aren't high. I wish them the best!
