I'm really disappointed with this shop and the attitude of the people in charge. I went in to enjoy a drink and a waffle on a special occasion this week. We ordered 3 drinks and 1 chocolate waffle. The chocolate waffles in the pics on their website were nice and dark looking with a rich cocoa experience. What I received was a tannish waffle with zero cocoa or chocolate flavor. When my husband went back in to ask about it the employees insisted it was chocolate and so he asked if they'd let him exchange it for the original one and they said "only if you buy a new one". He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices. Probably the worst tea shop experience of my life because they don't want to fix anything if someone isn't satisfied with a reasonable request. read more

Everytime we're in the Lone Tree area, we make sure to stop by our favorite boba shop to satisfy our cravings. My boys and I really enjoy visiting. We love how modern the interior looks. Our last visit, we were surprised to see small Japanese themed claw machines. My little one went crazy for it. You do need cash to play so make sure to bring some small bills. My son left there winning two adorable prizes. The drinks it's self are delicious as always. I love how you can customize the drink with the amount of ice and sweetness. I love their classic brown sugar or milk tea lines. My boys really enjoys their strawberry milk teas. We will be back here soon to try all the other flavors. read more

When you walk in, the place looks cute. But the staff is rude and seems like they don't want to help you. When I had questions, they seemed annoyed with me. I got the mango milk slush with boba and it was not good. Very watery and thin, almost like it wasn't frozen. I ordered a pearl waffle, and they gave me a green one? Everything was great except the boba itself. The shop was clean and had great seating (Albeit the seats are a bit low and the tables go to the upper chest). The staff was helpful and quick to get our drinks out. However, the drinks themselves were lacking. We got the strawberry milk slush and the mango yogurt drink. The strawberry milk slush looked nothing like the pictures and whatever strawberry flavoring they used tasted extremely artificial, more like cotton candy than strawberries. Did not taste very milky at all just sweet and artificial. The mango yogurt drink was a bit better but the mango syrup was not mixed in and came up the straw in stringy clumps. I couldn't even keep it down -- spit it out in the trash can on the way out. Besides the syrup on the bottom as long as you pulled the straw up the drink was decent. The drink was definitely overly sweet for something you aren't allowed to change the sugar level on though. Will definitely not come back. Just drive to greenwood for Happy Lemon if you're desperate for a boba fix. read more

Decided to visit this location for the first time during mile high asian food week but was told they weren't taking orders at the register. We were directed to self order via the kiosks but because of this, they couldn't offer the advertised promo for MHAFW (just 15% off so not a huge deal, but still). The workers were apathetic and unapologetic and service was slow. The drinks came out with ice chunks so I would get milk tea instead of smoothies at this location. Prob won't be back to this location if the service is subpar for almost $8 a drink but still love other Gong Cha locations! read more

Gong Cha is one of my favorite bubble tea spots. I love that they just opened one near me in Lone Tree. The only downside is that they haven't worked out the kinks and have ran out of black boba (pearl) both times that I have been there in the middle of the day. The black boba is all I crave for when it comes to getting bubble tea. Please fix this issue and you'll get a 5 star for sure! The service is good and the staffs are friendly. Gong cha has my heart for favorite boba tea shop. I used to be a die hard for Kung Fu tea but this is every bit as good if not better. My go to is iced black milk tea with the least amount of sugar sub lychee jelly for boba. Love the claw machines too and so do the kids. read more

Been my go to boba shop lately. Every time I've gone I've had great service but this particular visit around 7:50 I ordered the usual 2 drinks and 2 waffles but the girls working said they closed it down. I asked if there was a time they usually close down the waffle maker she then responded depends on who's working and trying to close. I can understand if it's known or a sign that says no longer serving waffles an hour close but I have been in multiple times before close and this was not the case.
