Been to this location a number of times. The fruity drinks with adjusted sugar are where they stand out. I tried an oolong milk tea and was too sweet even after requesting for less sweetness. Super cheerful staff and super quick as well. The entire shop gives off great vibes. Definitely a good place if you're in a pinch. Super friendly staff! Lots of seating, very bright inside and spacious. The bobarista recommended me the peach oolong tea with boba (not on the menu, but she said she could make it), I ordered it 30% sweetness at her recommendation, and it was fantastic! Probably one of the best boba drinks I have had. Very refreshing, still sweet but not too much so, and great soft, fresh tasting boba. I totally recommend this place and will be returning! My husband ordered a taro slush with boba and said it was amazing. Good size options too! A little on the pricier side (all boba is an added cost), but worth it. So this place is tucked away next to Sierra so you might miss it if you expect it to be near the other restaurants. There's plenty of parking. I came at 1:30 after working out and it was pretty empty. The location is really clean and bright with plenty of seating if you ever want to stop by and hang out with friends. I came in for the gingerbread bottle because it was so cute with a scarf. There are many different facial expressions so you never know which one you'll get. The gingerbread drink was pretty good. It did taste like gingerbread. However, the boba was very chewy and after having homemade boba, I wasn't a huge fan. If you read this before the end of the holidays, get the drink without the boba. read more

I wanted to thank the two girls who were working around 6 pm yesterday (Sunday, February 15, 2026) I had to call 911 for the second time when I was in their restaurant as I had just come in to take a bit to relax because I had just dealt with EMT's and a medical emergency and then while in the restaurant, I had another medical emergency episode and had to call 911 back. I hopped on the phone and was asked for an address and had no idea what it was, they both immediately hopped up so fast and helped me out and helped me get to the outside since I got really dizzy and over heated and almost passed out. They sat down with me and brought me a water. They had a customer come in so one girl went inside while the other stayed with me then the other girl returned to help. Once the ambulance arrived, both girls grabbed my stuff and helped me up and helped me get into the ambulance and made sure all my stuff went with me. While I was waiting I was so scared but those two girls helped keep me calm enough and relaxed until they got there. They were amazing and deserve to be praised for what they did. To them they may have just done the right thing or helped someone out but to me they did much more than that and their quick help and response to me was just beyond anything you would expect from customer service/employees. They do not have to help me but they did so out of the kindness of their hearts without me even asking. The even spoke to the EMT's, not sure what they said but I know it was their way of helping me and making sure the EMT's knew what was going on and maybe what they observed to better help the EMT's to be able to assist me. If you had not been there or I had been alone, the situation could have been so much worse for me and I really deeply appreciate your help and your kindness more than you know! read more

I grabbed a few drinks in the middle of the day at Gong Cha. Due to it being middle of the day it was pretty empty and service was very quick as I was the only person there. The inside is very cute and would be a great place to hangout with friends for a sweet treat. Very clean with claw machines along the wall. I got the Oolong Milk Tea, the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Foam and boba, and the Mango Milk Tea Slush with passionfruit jelly. I ordered every drink at 50% sugar which was pretty good for us. I personally think I might even order less sugar the next time and I appreciate that we can order the drinks with less sugar because they can be pretty sweet. The boba in my drink was okay, I feel like they were fairly small and average amount of chewiness. I usually prefer my boba more chewy and larger but overall a decent job. The flavors of the other drinks were also good and the mango slushy was a bit sweet for me but my husband loved it. Overall an average good boba for the parker/centennial/englewood area and I love that it is so close to the shopping so I can grab a little treat before walking around at Target and Homegoods etc read more

Finally made to this location. Being new, it's super clean, spacious and well appointed with lots of comfy chairs and minimalistic clean decorations. Subway tiles definitely make this place stand out. The menu board is well positioned and also another one on the counter with different options. There are many options to choose from. I ended up with large matcha smoothy with medium sweetness. The flavor was not strong and sweetness just right. It's definitely a big thirst quencher. My order came out pretty quickly. So excited to have this tea place so close to where I live. I frequent this plaza A LOT, so this is a great addition. The menu has a wide selection and ordering through the kiosk offers near limitless alterations and combinations. The prices are good and in line with I'm used to paying for these kinds of drinks (maybe slightly cheaper even) however the quality is top tier. My husband has ordered the ice coffee milk tea the last two times we went and I got the lemon yogurt drink and then the iced ear grey with milk foam. Simply delicious. Service is quick and both times we've been, it wasn't busy and our orders quickly appeared. I'm not sure what it's like during busier times. The inside is bright but the space is relatively small, though it makes good use of it with seating. I hope this location does well! I will be back again. read more

It's super clean, I love how the chairs and tables are set up and they're actually pretty comfy. The menus are easy to ready and understand. Seems like lately there is a wave of good boba places invading Denver. Gong Cha is will surely be another entry that will keep competition honest and promote higher quality boba in Denver. Interior is very clean and nice. I love giant walls of artistry that also communicates some information about the brand and product. Ordering is simple and can be done at the cashier station or at a self-service kiosk at the front window. This setup is nice so that one area is not so concentrated with people trying to order. We ordered a variety of drinks and bubble waffle. The bubble waffle is delicious, fluffier and chewier than most, sacrificing a little in the crispity crunch department. It's just a matter of personal preference on which style one prefers. The drinks comes in either medium or large size and are definitely good quality, but I'd place it average or below average of top tier boba shops. The tea are good, but not great. Sweetness is just right (we ordered 50% sweetness and this is adjustable). The jellies were nice, but the boba was a little mushy, possibly overcooked. The fruity flavored drinks had a nice, strong fruity flavor without tasting too artificial. Overall, if I were in the area, craving boba, and pressed for time, then Gong Cha would be acceptable and get the job done. If I were specifically going out for boba, then I'd probably skip over this place. read more

This is a convenient and fun spot to swing by. It is airy and bright. I love that you can personalize the sweetness of the drinks and customize your add ins. Not pictured was the original bubble waffle which is delicious. It did take a while for that order to come out and it did not come out with my drink. I was unaware that my drink already came with boba and when I asked the young lady at the counter volunteered to make me another without boba, which I declined. It was nice of her to offer. Their Taro milk tea is gross. Just tried it tonight and it tasted bitter. I order this from Snowl every time I get the Boba craving and always satisfying and way cheaper. Snowl's large size milk tea is under $7. Gong Cha's medium with tax is $7.02 after I added the pearl boba! The store was just opened. The ambience was tidy and roomy and and the staffs were kind and friendly. Ordered two of the popular drinks, the Milk Foam Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea, adding extra white pearl and Ai-Yu jelly with less ice, Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte and the chocolate waffle. The staff kindly recommended to have less sugar for the Brown Sugar Milk Tea so the drink would not be overly sweet with less ice. Loved the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, the white pearls were chewy and the Ai Yu jelly was refreshing with light citrus flavor. The Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte was certainly not of my taste, the creme brulee was a bit too salty while the latte was too heavy, the two tastes did not mix well. The outer crust of the chocolate waffle was crispy, but the inside was too moist and under-cooked. The texture of the egg waffle should get better once the staffs were more familiar with the waffle maker. read more
