Popcorn Chicken (extra spicy) Stir Fried Shaved Noodle (beef brisket)
Catherine V.

When trying to look for this place, I was under the impression it was called One More Noodle. I believe they used to be but they changed their name to Volcano Tea House. The place is a little hard to find since it's off to the side but it's definitely worth a visit! I got the dry stir-fried shaven noodles with beef brisket (highly recommend), popcorn chicken, and a taro milk tea for under $25 which is honestly a good price. The staff were also really nice and friendly as well. I went when it was a little quiet and the owner took the time to talk to me. Very sweet woman and she told me that their noodles are made very healthy with no additives other than salt. Would recommend if you're in the area!

We recently stopped by to grab some boba since we were in the area grabbing dinner. Upon entering, we noticed an unpleasant scent of sewage or like there were some plumbing issues. My kids all made comments but the smell eventually went away after being there for a few minutes. They had a variety of food option and boba drinks to order from. We have yet to try their food but heard good things and ordered 5 boba. After waiting about 10 minutes for our drinks, we noticed that all of our drinks were still warm from the lack of ice. The flavor itself was delicious, we ordered the banana milk and my kids enjoyed them. We will definitely have to check them out for the second time to give this small business another try. The interior is cute, with multiple seating and cute walls.

Favorite boba in Aurora thus far! Cute, clean shop with friendly staff. I ordered the Hazelnut milk tea, very delicious. The boba itself was a bit harder than I would've liked but overall good experience. Will definitely be back!

Taro and honey jasmine milk teas

Grabbed a taro milk tea with boba and a honey jasmine milk tea for myself. Staff were kind and attentive. The teas were not too sweet which is my main gripe with most milk tea places but I did not ask for any adjustments this time and the sweetness was PERFECT. Also it was mostly tea and not all ice, which I appreciate. Some places give you 80% ice but not here! Definitely will come back when I'm in the area. They also had some food that I'm very curious to try.

Good teas, slushies and other drinks with boba and other items to add (all optional and upcharges) The employees were friendly They have several different snack and food options. I have not tried any of them so I am unable to comment on those items. She likes the milk tea with boba and 30% sugar (anything higher is quite sweet). We did the normal ice and you can customize that as well. I tried the taro slushy with 50% sweetness and mini boba. I'll have to try some of their other add ins (aloe, lychee jelly, popping boba, brown sugar, etc. We are fans of Volcano Tea and I'm sure we'll be visiting again soon.

First of all, the name of this small restaurant really caught my eye and I knew I wanted to stop in sometime. I also really liked the art that was pictured. The two things I did like were their easy online ordering system and the quick in and out when I was getting my food/drink. The reason I am giving two stars is because of the food and drink I ordered. Although the food was hot and the drink was cold when I picked it up, the taste of everything was bland and the quality was not up to par. The fries were tasteless and a little soggy. The popcorn chicken was also pretty bland and not to mention, tough and hard to chew. The pot stickers were the biggest disappointment. They were super thick and chewy and were more like a dumpling than a pot sticker. Also, there wasn't much filling, they were mostly dough and the taste of the whole thing was just bad. The Hazelnut milk tea was probably the best thing that I ordered. If you stop by I would probably steer clear of the food and just order a drink.

Review is on the milk tea. Not wow-ed but the drinks were decent. I'd still return for the milk tea and try the food if I'm at Hmart, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Service was quick. Staff was polite. Empty place with minimal seating. Very social distance friendly. Hand sanitizer available. What I've tried so far: Regular milk tea with herbal jelly (hot) - Light on the herbal jelly than I would've liked. Asked for half sugar. Good but nothing special. Regular milk tea with coffee jelly (cold) - Asked for half sugar. It was too sweet to my liking. Best to ask for no sugar if coffee jelly is added. I originally wanted boba when I ordered but their tapioca pearls were not done cooking yet. Understandably, they had opened a little less than a hour for the day. Great to know they make boba fresh every day. On the other hand, shouldn't they get the boba cooking started before they open?

I was craving a milk tea since it had been awhile since I had last had one, and was trying to keep my adult beverage tendencies at bay so I thought why the heck not! Volcano tea house was by Alfie's AND offered a Lavender Milk Tea so I was officially sold. I added boba and egg pudding ? and because Alfie was coming home from work soon and I'm just a sweet little thing I got him an Oreo Slush. So let me tell you about my boo, love him to death but he has a very plain palate. So the Oreo slush was perfect for him, I did half sweetness and he was a fan, thought it tasted just like an Oreo shake! I also loved my half sweet lavender tea, it was the perfect sweetness and the bobas were good! I am not sold on the egg pudding though haha but I figured I See it all the time and thought why not?

Besides its popular fruit slush, it may not be apparent from its name this is also a sought after spot for traditional Chinese noodle soups. It may not be difficult to find places for fried noodles (which you can also find in Volcano), but not many places have quality noodle soups with such a wide variety and authenticity. It is even rarer to find a place that handmade all its noodles, buns and dumplings from scratch. Heard the owner/chef's family has been in the noodle making business for generations and the chef has mastered the guarded family recipe. Probably it is the reason why the noodles here have the texture of yesteryears and are quite chewy, on par with the recently closed Blue Ocean (what a loss). The pork ribs, pork chops, beef brisket and beef shank are also prepared the traditional way, more approximate the Taiwanese style, which is another rare find in town. Here are their pork ribs shaved noodle soup, beef brisket shaved noodle soup, pork buns and mango slush.

We stopped here on a recommendation that it is authentic boba tea. I would say overall the experience was good. My classic milk tea was okay tasting. Kind of watered down and not very cold. They were having some issues with the freezer producing ice. I didnt finish my drink. Matcha green milk tea was not good either. My cousin had the Hokkaido milk tea- very interesting flavor and delicious. This was the only drink I liked and would get it if I'm here next time. The boba pearls were okay to my tasting. The food was good! And their spice level is no joke!! It is REALLY Spicy! We got their fried chicken poppers. Fried fish tofu. XHot level. I think I can go with medium next time. We were downing our drinks due to the heat. The lobster balls were okay. I don't live here. But if I visit, I would come with my family. I'm not so sure if I was on my own I would stop by.

The drinks were average but the issue was the 45min wait for only two drinks. The business was not busy either.

Staff were nice and good boba prices! The place is very clean and has a good vibe. The only thing is that the pork buns weren't really good.

Someone had bought up all her egg tarts, but the taro bun, pineapple bun and scallion pork floss buns were well-made. She cares a lot about using high quality and all-natural ingredients. No food coloring or syrups. She makes her own taro paste! We came around lunchtime to try some of the savory dishes. Her crispy scallion pancake (wrapped around beef and cucumber) was stellar-- a crisp exterior but chewy interior and the filling was fresh and flavorful. We of course had to get the braised pork belly rice bowl-- a Taiwanese classic. This is a super filling meal that comes with a soy egg, pickled daikon and pickled greens. The pickles balanced the rich fattiness of the pork. This was a gem and we certainly will be back.

Ordering and paying via QR code was actually enjoyable--super intuitive, and I liked being able to track orders in real time as dishes were accepted and delivered. The optional text updates are a smart touch, especially if you're doing takeout or juggling a group. Atmosphere was light, clean, and easygoing. Service matched it--friendly, attentive, no friction. Food-wise: * Edamame -- solid, exactly what you want to start * Pan-Fried Chive Pockets -- good, but not the star * Steamed Crab Soup -- flavorful, hit the spot That said, I tried a friend's pan-fried pork dumplings and yeah... that's the move next time. Absolute standout--crispy, juicy, dialed in. Washed it all down with a Lucky Buddha--first time trying it. Surprisingly smooth, and honestly the bottle alone is worth keeping. Bottom line: Efficient, modern ordering + legit food + good vibe. Easy recommendation, and I already know what I'm ordering next time.

This is a pretty big shop for a boba establishment, but there's mostly a lot of empty space rather than having a ton of seats. Tieguanyin Milk Tea, Large, Honey Boba ($6.85) - I first asked about their sweetness levels and they stated that their full sweetness is much less than chain boba shops and I totally agree. It's probably comparable to 50% sweetness, which makes the drink pleasantly sweet and not cloying, good for my tastes. The drink is expertly blended with non dairy creamer to give plenty of creaminess but not a hint of grit. The tieguanyin is brewed very hard. Hard enough that it has the characteristic bitterness and smokiness of heavily overbrewed tea. It's smoky and tannic and only has a small fruity undertone, which might actually be from the boba honey soak. While it's not the best tea flavor, it's better than a lot of other shops where the tea is secondary to syrups and powders. The boba is nice, marinated so there's a decently sweetness level, with a great chew and bounce. They aren't that consistent in size, but the texture is consistent between pearls. Unfortunately they don't give enough boba. When we still had a third of the drink left to go, all the boba ran out! Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 but -1 for not giving nearly enough for the drink. Overall Tea Street serves some good boba. I'd return next time I visit Denver. The tapioca is actually quite good - they just don't give enough of it! Bathrooms - One unisex room that requires a key

We came on a Sunday and thankfully parking is free on Sunday's so we were fortunate to be able to find street parking. The place was rather small since they sectioned off half of the restaurant for a private event but nothing was even set up on the other side to indicate that there's going to be an event happening. Seating is interesting since tables are extremely small and they have these uncomfortable stools to sit on in addition to the bench by the window. They have self serve ice, cold water, and hot water. However, there's no appropriate cup for the hot water, just the plastic provided. You order at the counter and it's self seating. We ordered the beef noodle soup and Lu rou fan. Both came out relatively fast. At first taste of the beef noodle soups broth, it was flavorful and tasty. However the beef was on the chewier side and as you continue eating the food, it becomes saltier and not as good. The same can be said for the lu rou fan dish as well. It becomes extremely salty after the first couple of bites. Considering it's a Chinese food place, you usually have sauces at the table to use. However, their sauces are rationed at the counter where food is served for pickup. They provide complimentary sauce per item but anything after the first one will cost you additional $0.50 each. Personally I don't think I would come back again.
